Back in 2022 I wrote the original post “Who Heals the Healer?” Doctors, Nurses, Therapists, Clergy, and other Healing Providers
CWD 25/10/2022 Ireland
Who heals the Healers?
We are all in danger of burnouts, but Doctors and us Nurses really do “feel” that pulling at the very essence of our being.
These are very stressful times and many are sick. Physically and emotionally. Usually you would attend your Family Doctor – GP for physical or organic help, or you may attend a Clergy or Therapist for emotional help … or, God forbid you end up on the hospital trolley in A&E (ER). And as you are now in their presence, looking for help, have you given the Healthcare Provider – Doctors, Nurses, Therapists, Clergy – a Thought of Your Time? Who Heals the Healer?
We are by no means immune to cases coming in and some touch us profoundly and we “bring it home”; something we were all taught, never to do. And to quote Rag’n’Bone Man: “I’m only human after all” – at the end of the day, that is exactly who we all are: Human.
Healing for Healers is a unique approach to address compassion fatigue, to listen to your body, and to connect to your inheritance. This includes both your inherited burdens and the true gifts of your lineage. You learn how to release what does not serve you, repair deep wounds, restore balance to the body, and replenish your energy and life force. As healers and care providers it is imperative to have a safe and containing place to receive this kind of support. It is possible to give and care for others while still honouring and providing for your own needs and health. …
Now, 4 years on, nothing really has changed, yet something shifted.

Caring for Those Who Carry Everyone Else
There is a quiet group of people in society who are often praised, relied upon, and leaned upon… yet rarely asked a simple question:
How are you, really?
They are the nurses finishing a shift while carrying the weight of three others. The carers supporting ageing parents while raising children. The therapists holding space for grief, trauma, and fear. The doctors making decisions under pressure. The clergy listening to pain few others ever hear. The mothers, fathers, partners, neighbours, and friends who are always “the strong one.”
They are the helpers.
And too often, the helpers are exhausted.
The Cost of Always Being the One Who Copes
Many caring people become experts at functioning while depleted.
They keep going through tiredness. They smile through stress. They minimise their own needs. They tell themselves others have it worse. They postpone rest until “things calm down.”
But the body keeps score.
Stress may begin to show itself through:
poor sleep
anxiety
irritability
fatigue
headaches
muscle tension
lowered resilience
emotional numbness
feeling detached from work once loved
Sometimes it is not weakness. Sometimes it is overload.
“Healers are uniquely vulnerable to burnout because they constantly hold space for others’ pain, regulate heavy emotions, and witness trauma without always receiving the same support in return.”
Burnout Is Not a Personal Failure
We live in a culture that often rewards self-sacrifice and calls it strength.
Yet there comes a point where constant output without replenishment becomes unsustainable. Burnout is not laziness. It is often the natural consequence of prolonged stress, responsibility, and emotional labour without enough recovery.
Even the strongest nervous system has limits.
Who Holds the Holder?
This is the real question.
Who listens to the one who is always listening? Who comforts the one who comforts others? Who notices when the capable one is quietly sinking?
Many healers, carers, and professionals do not need grand solutions.
Often they need:
permission to pause
somewhere safe to speak honestly
rest without guilt
support without judgement
practical help
human kindness
time in nature
space to breathe again
Healing the Healer
Healing does not always mean leaving everything behind and moving to a mountain hut with goats. Though tempting.
Sometimes healing begins with small acts:
A proper meal. An early night. A walk by the sea. Turning the phone off for an hour. Massage. Prayer. Silence. Laughter. Boundaries. Saying no. Asking for help.
Small repairs done consistently can save a structure.
A Message to Every Helper Reading This
You are allowed to matter too.
You do not need to collapse before you deserve care. You do not need to prove your exhaustion. You do not need to earn rest through breaking point.
The world needs good healers, carers, nurses, therapists, parents, and kind-hearted people.
But it also needs them well.
Final Thought:
Restoration for healers relies on four key pillars: grounding the body through gentle movement, restoring mental and emotional balance through breathwork, nature walks, reflective practice, or quiet recovery time, nourishing the system with rest and wholesome food, and ensuring they are supported by others through therapy, supervision, or peer circles. Ignoring these needs can lead to depletion, where healers operate from a state of exhaustion rather than resilience, ultimately compromising their ability to care for others effectively.
So perhaps the question is no longer only Who heals the healer?
Perhaps it is:
When will the healer allow healing in?
I hope you feel inspired. Look after your body, and it will keep you healthy.

• Dopamin • Serotonin • GABA • Glutamat

Wo Energie fliesst, folgt Heilung. Wo Widerstand besteht, entsteht Druck.

8. Herz-Kohärenz — Emotionale Wahrheit entsteht
Fühlen und Handeln kommen in Einklang. Klarheit und Mitgefühl vereinen sich.
9. Stimmlicher Ausdruck — Wahrheit erhält Klang
Inneres Wissen sucht Ausdruck. Die authentische Stimme erwacht.
10. Aktivierung der Einsicht — Wahrnehmung erweitert sich
Das Bewusstsein öffnet sich. Intuition vertieft sich.
11. Einheitserfahrung — Kollektive Resonanz
Die Erfahrung von Trennung löst sich. Verbundenheit wird fühlbar.
rhythmisches Atmen
nährende, warme Nahrung
ausreichende Ruhe
ehrlicher Ausdruck von Gefühlen
das Zulassen innerer Bewegung
Bewegung stellt Zirkulation her. Zirkulation bringt Harmonie.

The Year of the Fire Horse brings movement — not just symbolically, but energetically within the human body and the living Earth.
In my book Twelve: The Sacred Code of Consciousness, I describe the underlying architecture through which life force organises itself. The Fire Horse year reveals how this structure activates in real time. What has long existed as potential now moves into direct experience.
What follows is an exploration of how rising energy moves through the twelve fields of consciousness and why 2026 marks a year of accelerated embodiment.
This is not simply philosophy. It is the living movement of energy through matter.
Fire Horse Energy — Movement From the Ground Up
The Fire Horse does not work from the mind downward. It works from the ground upward.
It brings momentum, circulation, and rapid truth. Its cleansing is not achieved by stripping away, but by demanding movement — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Where stagnation exists, pressure increases. Where flow returns, healing follows.
To understand this year, we must look beyond organs alone and return to the central channel of life force — the spine. This rising movement is ancient, efficient, and intelligent. It is the same pathway through which Kundalini moves within the human body, and the same pattern through which planetary energy expresses itself through the Earth.
The Fire Horse ignites movement. Twelve (available on Amazon) describes the structure through which that movement unfolds.
Fire provides the force. The twelve-fold architecture provides the order.
The Twelve Movements of Fire Horse Energy
The rising life force can be understood through twelve stages of activation — a progressive unfolding of energy, awareness, and embodiment.
1. Ignition — Life Force Awakens
A stirring begins. Vitality rises. A sense of urgency or renewed energy appears within the system.
2. Grounding — Connection to Earth Stabilises Energy
Energy seeks anchoring through the body, the feet, and the Earth. Stability becomes essential.
3. Circulation — Energy Begins to Flow
Movement increases in the blood, breath, and nervous system. What was static begins to move.
4. Purification — Stagnation Surfaces
Blockages become visible. Tension, fatigue, or emotional pressure may rise as the body clears.
5. Emotional Release — Liver Field Activation
Stored frustration, anger, or suppressed truth seeks expression. The system restores movement through release.
6. Courage Response — Kidney Field Strengthening
Fear and overwhelm are brought to awareness. Grounded courage replaces contraction.
7. Rhythmic Order — Spleen Stabilisation
The body seeks rhythm — regular nourishment, rest, and balance. Structure supports vitality.
8. Heart Coherence — Emotional Truth
Alignment between feeling and action emerges. Authenticity restores circulation and ease.
9. Voice Expression — Truth Spoken
Inner truth seeks outward expression. Communication becomes clearer and more direct.
10. Insight Activation — Perception Expands
Awareness deepens. Intuition strengthens. New understanding emerges naturally.
11. Unity Awareness — Collective Resonance
Individual experience connects to the collective field. Shared consciousness becomes more apparent.
12. Embodied Integration — Spirit Grounded in Matter
Energy stabilises within the physical body. Spiritual awareness becomes lived experience.
A Unified Framework of Consciousness
These twelve movements reflect a universal pattern found across multiple traditions and healing systems. They align naturally with:
chakra expansion and multidimensional energy centres
the Temple of Akhalin framework
the Twelve Tribes consciousness model
Kundalini awakening pathways
Gaia’s energetic field activation
What we witness in the Fire Horse year is not a new system, but the activation of a timeless structure.
What People May Experience
As Fire Horse energy moves through the system, individuals may notice:
increased restlessness or inner urgency
emotional intensity or sudden clarity
physical heat, tension, or energy shifts
desire for movement or change
heightened sensitivity or awareness
release of old emotional patterns
stronger intuition and perception
These experiences are not disturbances but signs of circulation returning where stagnation once existed.
The body responds to movement before the mind understands it.
Movement as Medicine
In a Fire Horse year, cleansing is not achieved through force but through flow. The body restores balance through simple, natural actions:
walking and gentle physical movement
rhythmic breathing
grounding practices
consistent hydration
warm, nourishing foods
regular rest and daily rhythm
emotional honesty and expression
Movement restores circulation. Circulation restores balance.
The body holds its own intelligence and responds when given the conditions to regulate itself.
Listening to Body Wisdom
This year invites a return to embodied awareness. Rather than analysing every sensation, we are encouraged to listen.
The nervous system settles when grounded. The heart stabilises when truth is expressed. Energy flows when resistance softens.
The Fire Horse teaches us to trust the intelligence of the body and the natural movement of life force.
The Living Architecture of Twelve
The Year of the Fire Horse does not introduce new energy — it reveals the structure through which energy has always moved.
It shows the living architecture described in Twelve: The Sacred Code of Consciousness — the twelve-fold pattern through which life organises, evolves, and expresses itself within both the human system and the living Earth.
Fire ignites the process. The twelve fields give it form.
Further Exploration
Those wishing to explore the deeper energetic architecture behind these processes may refer to Twelve: The Sacred Code of Consciousness, where the full framework of the twelve-fold system and its role in human and planetary evolution is described.

Sie entzündet, was bereits aufgerollt bereitliegt.
Schon immer.

Humans have always known something about horses that we’ve struggled to put into language.
Stand near a horse and something happens before thought can intervene. The breath drops lower into the body. The nervous system reorganises itself. The mental noise quietens. There is a subtle but unmistakable sense of being gathered back into oneself, as though the body remembers something the mind had forgotten.
This is not romance, projection, or sentimentality. It is resonance.
A horse does not meet us at the level of words or concepts. It meets us at the level of spine, instinct, and truth. And it is here—far below the thinking mind—that the Year of the Fire Horse shifts from poetic symbolism into something far more physiological and real.
Across cultures and mythologies, the horse has been associated with life force, sexual vitality, courage, momentum, and the ability to move between worlds. Yet beneath all of this symbolism lies something simpler and much older. The horse moves from the spine. Its power is not forced or manufactured; it arises as a coherent wave that begins at the ground, travels upward through the body, and expresses itself as motion.
This is the language of Kundalini.
When a human rides a horse, stands beside one, or even watches a horse move freely, the body recognises that wave. The nervous system begins to entrain to it. Something long dormant stirs—not because we decide it should, but because the body remembers how energy is meant to move. This is not imagination. It is somatic memory, carried far deeper than culture or belief.
In the Year of the Fire Horse, this spinal intelligence does not remain subtle.
Fire Horse energy does not gently awaken what is asleep. It ignites what is already coiled. For many, this year may not resemble “spiritual awakening” in the neat, meditative sense people expect. Instead, it may arrive as sudden surges of energy, emotional heat rising without warning, pressure along the spine or pelvis, or a restlessness that demands movement. There may be a growing intolerance for repression, stagnation, or unspoken truths—both personally and collectively.
This is Kundalini attempting to move through bodies that have been trained, for generations, to remain still.
The Fire Horse does not ask whether we are ready. It asks where the channel is blocked.
What makes this year particularly potent is that the stirring is not confined to individuals. Humans are not designed to awaken in isolation. Despite our modern insistence on individuality, we are fundamentally a herd species—highly sensitive to one another’s nervous systems, emotions, and states of being. The Fire Horse agitates not only personal energy but the collective nervous system itself.
This is why emotions feel contagious, unrest spreads quickly, and truth-telling accelerates. When one nervous system breaks free of an old constraint, others feel it immediately. Just as horses move as a unified field—responding instantly to subtle shifts—humans are being pulled back into somatic coherence, whether consciously chosen or not.
And this movement does not stop with us.
Gaia, too, has a spine. Ley lines, mountain ranges, mid-ocean ridges, and volcanic belts are all expressions of vertical energy rising through matter. Historically, Fire Horse years have often coincided with seismic activity, volcanic movement, social uprisings, and rapid civilisational course corrections. This is not punishment or chaos for its own sake. It is energy seeking expression.
When rising energy meets a blocked channel, pressure builds. When it is allowed to move, transformation follows. The same rule applies to the human body as it does to the body of the Earth.
What the Fire Horse asks of us, then, is not discipline, suppression, or spiritual bypassing. It asks for embodiment. For movement. For honesty that begins in the body rather than the story we tell about it. It asks us to respect instinct, to ground before attempting to ascend, and to stop pathologising vitality simply because it feels intense.
This is not the year to force awakenings or chase experiences. It is the year to walk more, breathe deeper, allow heat to rise without panic, and ground excess energy back into the Earth. Kundalini is not dangerous when respected. It becomes destabilising only when denied.
The Fire Horse is not here to burn us. It is here to remind us how to move.
It carries an ancient memory of spine-led power, heart-led courage, and fire that remains connected to the Earth rather than severed from it. If something stirs in you this year—restlessness, heat, urgency, or truth—do not rush to explain it away. Listen to the body. Ground the feet. Let the spine remember what it already knows.
The horse knows the way. It always has.
I hope you feel inspired. Look after your body, and it will keep you healthy.

Introduction
In recent weeks, a striking energetic pattern has emerged in my clinical and intuitive practice: multiple women presenting with complete chakra lockdown. This is not the common sluggishness or emotional congestion many people carry, but a full-system freeze affecting the Earth Star, all seven primary chakras, and the Soul Star. The pattern is precise, repeatable, and—crucially—collective.
As both a medical practitioner and an intuitive healer, I am documenting this emerging phenomenon to bring clarity to an escalating issue in the feminine field. What I observed in three separate women, each on the same day and with no connection to one another, indicates a larger energetic wave moving through the collective.
What is Full-System Chakra Lockdown?
A full-system freeze presents as:
Earth Star: inactive, unresponsive, no grounding dynamic
Root to Crown: unmoving, silent, withdrawn
Soul Star: disconnected, unlit, sealed
Aura: flattened or collapsed inwards
Nervous System: in dorsal-parasympathetic freeze (shutdown response)
This is not depression or simple burnout. It is a whole-system protective mechanism; the energetic equivalent of the body curling into a ball to survive.
Why the Solar Plexus Collapses First
Among all chakras, the Solar Plexus governs the greatest range of physiological and energetic functions. It influences:
the gut–brain axis
digestion and assimilation
liver, pancreas, adrenal regulation
boundaries
will and personal power
identity, autonomy, direction
In states of overwhelm, fear, pressure, and emotional overload, the Solar Plexus is the first centre to implode. When it collapses, it pulls the entire Chakra column with it, much like a star folding inward during gravitational overload.
Reopening the Solar Plexus becomes the pivotal step. Without it, the system cannot re-engage, reconnect, or climb out of freeze.
Why Women are Affected First
This wave strongly targets the feminine energetic architecture. Women process emotional and collective tension through:
hormonal cycles
relational fields
intuitive sensitivity
ancestral memories
social and maternal expectations
the psychic responsibility of caretaking others
Men respond to overload differently, often through mental dissociation or emotional numbing. Women absorb; men deflect. In collective compression, women reach freeze first.
Collective Triggers Behind the Feminine Shutdown
The cause of this pattern is not individual but environmental and collective. Key contributing factors include:
global instability and heightened fear
solar storms and geomagnetic stress
emotional overload in the collective psyche
information saturation and psychic noise
economic tension and survival concerns
collapse of social structures and support systems
ancestral trauma resurfacing for resolution
The feminine field has become the buffer for humanity’s emotional backlog, leading to widespread energetic collapse.
Case Report: Three Women, One Pattern
In the same month of November 2025, three unrelated women presented with identical energetic architecture:
full freeze from Earth Star to Soul Star
imploded Solar Plexus
diminished will and emotional exhaustion
a sense of being overwhelmed, directionless, or depleted
Despite different life stories, each carried the same imprint of collective pressure. In all three cases, the Solar Plexus was the centre demanding immediate intervention.
Intervention: Why the Solar Plexus Was Reopened First
Reactivating the Solar Plexus initiated:
return of breath and energetic flow
reconnection of the vertical line (Earth Star ↔ Soul Star)
release of tension in the gut and diaphragm
restoration of personal agency and inner stability
Opening any other Chakra first would have been ineffective or destabilising. The Solar Plexus is the command centre in full-system freeze.
Implications for Healers
Based on this emerging pattern, healers should be aware:
More women will present with full-system lockdown.
The Solar Plexus must often be addressed first.
Grounding techniques may fail until the Solar Plexus reopens.
Crown or heart work may overwhelm a frozen system.
Emotional containment and safety must be established before energetic reopening.
Healers may find themselves acting as stabilising nodes for the collective feminine field.
Implications for Humanity
This pattern reflects deeper shifts in consciousness. The feminine is reaching its threshold for emotional labour, generational trauma, and societal expectations. The Solar Plexus collapse signals the end of the era in which women silently carry the weight of the world.
A new phase is emerging—one that demands boundaries, balance, and restoration.
Conclusion
The phenomenon of Solar Plexus collapse in women is not isolated. It is a collective response to overwhelming emotional, psychic, and societal pressures. Documenting these cases helps illuminate a larger process unfolding within the human field—one that calls healers to recognise the signs and support the feminine through this transition.
Further study, documentation, and dialogue will be essential as this wave continues to unfold.

When you live with fibromyalgia, you face daily challenges that many others don’t. Chronic muscle pain, nonstop fatigue, unrefreshing sleep, numbness or tingling in the hands and feet, and depression are all issues that can divide your life into ‘good days’ and ‘bad days.’
Fibromyalgia affects approximately one in 50 people – mostly women. There is currently no cure and no one knows what causes it- yet. Therefore, finding the best fibromyalgia pain relief is an ongoing process.
In this blog, we’ll examine seven herbs that can provide relief for your symptoms, along with three natural treatments that can make a big difference in how you feel.
1. St. John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum)
While no studies have been done on the effect of St. John’s wort on fibromyalgia symptoms, it is often used to treat depression, which is commonly associated with fibromyalgia.
As a herbal therapy, it’s usually well-tolerated, although some people may experience an upset stomach or a skin rash.
According to this medically-reviewed article published on WebMD, an analysis of studies examining the effect of St. John’s wort on depression found that the herb was as safe and effective as selective SSRI antidepressants like Zoloft and Prozac. However, if you are currently taking antidepressants, speak to your healthcare practitioner, as mixing St. John’s wort with some medications may cause illness.
2. Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea)
Echinacea is often used to shorten the duration of the common cold and flu, and to reduce symptoms such as a sore throat, cough, and fever.
Herbalists also recommend echinacea to help the body fight infection.
Echinacea contains antioxidants such as flavonoids, cichoric acid, and rosmarinic acid, which may protect your body from the pain and stiffness associated with fibromyalgia. It can also activate chemicals in the body that reduce inflammation while strengthening your immune system.
3. Turmeric
Dried and ground turmeric roots have been used as a pain reliever and anti-inflammatory for centuries, particularly in India. More recently, turmeric’s active ingredient, curcumin, has been called the ‘herbal ibuprofen.’
One study found that curcumin was highly effective at reducing pain and swelling in arthritic joints. When taken as directed, it can deliver a similar benefit to those living with fibromyalgia, so if you already enjoy turmeric in your meals, here’s a good reason to keep indulging! Works best in combination of Black Pepper or Piperine.
4. Cayenne (Capsaicin)
Capsaicin has powerful pain-relieving properties when applied to the skin. It reduces the amount of substance P, a chemical that carries pain messages to the brain, in your body. When there is less substance P, the pain messages no longer reach the brain, and you feel relief.
What are the benefits of topically applying cayenne pepper?
Topical analgesic.
Studies show that applying 0.025% to 0.075% capsaicin cream topically may also aid in short-term pain relief. It eases pain from rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and psoriasis. It also relieves pain due to neuralgias. These include shingles and diabetic neuropathy.
Arnica has been used for treating bruises, inflammations, and muscle pain since medieval times.
Today, many different topical remedies include it as a natural treatment for muscle pain, as these treatments tend to be well-tolerated and have few side effects.
Research has suggested that certain arnica gels work as well as ibuprofen in reducing hand pain associated with osteoarthritis.
6. Lavender (Lavandula)
Lavender oil and flowers are both used to create natural remedies for insomnia, stress, and anxiety. Since fibromyalgia patients often suffer from all three, taking lavender as a tea, tincture, or topical treatment can make it easier to sleep at night. One study concluded that lavender essential oil improved the sleep quality of patients in intensive care units (ICUs) who had trouble sleeping.
When applied as an oil, lavender has an added benefit of helping to reduce pain and improve blood circulation, rubbing a massage oil over sore joints and muscles may give you the pain relief you need.
STOP. Handle with caution!
Lavender is so dangerous…. In doing some of the research, though, I just had to laugh…. Because according to a Google search,
Lavender can cause:
blurred vision difficulty breathing burning pain in the throat burns to the eye confusion decreased level of consciousness diarrhea (watery and bloody) stomach pain vomiting rash skin irritation allergic reactions such as hives OKAY….OKAY….STOP!
PPP-LEASE….
In case you’re wondering…..
Now that artificial intelligence is in charge, the information is pulled from a variety of articles and is in an “experimental” stage at this time.
If you didn’t know all of this, what on earth would you think when you read all of these things? The list reads like a Big Pharma advertisement (risk section), doesn’t it?
Good GRIEF!
It’s becoming more and more evident that the powers that be (PTB) are truly, TRULY trying to crush use of natural, good-for-you plants for health. It’s ridiculous to be afraid of lavender, one of the safest, broad-use and beautiful of the medicinal herbs.
I love Lavender. Don’t you?
7. Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa)
Black cohosh, which was first used by Native Americans for medicinal purposes, became a popular treatment for women’s health issues in the mid-1950s.
Today, black cohosh is often used to ease the symptoms of menopause, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), acne, and osteoporosis.
Black cohosh root contains several chemicals that work to reduce pain in the body, making it a viable treatment for fibromyalgia symptoms. These chemicals can also have a similar effect to serotonin, which boosts the mood and can help reduce feelings of depression.
8. Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum)
Milk thistle is a flowering plant that is frequently used to treat various health conditions, mainly liver problems like cirrhosis, hepatitis, and jaundice.
In addition, it may lower cholesterol levels and help people manage type 2 diabetes.
Many people have found that milk thistle is highly effective in the treatment of painful conditions like fibromyalgia. In addition, it helps strengthen the digestive tract and aids in the healing of irritable bowel syndrome, colitis, and Crohn’s disease.
Additional Natural Therapies
The soothing and healing effects of the above herbs can be sustained and even improved with natural therapies that also target the stiffness and soreness caused by fibromyalgia. They include but are not limited to exercise massage and acupuncture.
1. Exercise
Fibromyalgia patients might find exercising difficult at first, but building up gradually and persevering can be beneficial. Over time, your pain and discomfort may decrease as muscle strength increases.
Exercises like swimming, walking, and cycling, are likely to improve health and the quality of life for people with fibromyalgia. A physical therapist can help you put together a program that works for you.
2. Massage
Massage may provide chronic pain relief when received regularly. There are different types available to help you cope with fibromyalgia-related stiffness and discomfort:
Swedish massages use long strokes to target and relax the muscle’s superficial layers.
A deep tissue massage uses direct pressure and slow strokes to affect the deeper layers of your muscles and relieve chronic tension.
Myofascial release involves stretching and manipulating the connective tissues, making them more flexible and allowing you to move more freely.
Your massage therapist will work with you to determine the type of massage that will reduce your pain and improve your comfort the most.
3. Acupuncture/Acupressure
Acupuncture is part of traditional Chinese medicine, which treats a wide range of pain conditions. A core principle of traditional Chinese medicine is: “Where pain exists, Qi is blocked.” Qi (or Chi) is the name of the life force (energy) that permeates the human body. Practitioners believe that when your Qi is blocked, it can cause pain or illness
Acupuncture can relieve pain by facilitating a more efficient flow of Qi through the painful areas. During your treatment, which lasts anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes, the acupuncturist will insert several thin, sterilized needles in strategic locations to open up all of your Qi channels.
You may notice that your pain has improved following an acupuncture treatment session. It may have to do with the fact that acupuncture triggers endorphins, which are natural painkillers that can help decrease pain perception.
Conclusion
Managing uncomfortable fibromyalgia symptoms improves your quality of life. The remedies and treatments in this blog can all play an important role in controlling pain and depression and improving mobility. A consultation with your healthcare practitioner can result in a holistic treatment plan that improves your outlook and your wellbeing.
My fibromyalgia clients all love the Infrared Myofascial Massages and the Cayenne Balms. Some even go as hot as 350000 units heat on the Scoville chart.
Thank you for showing continued interests in my blogs.
The human body has a storehouse for energy within the solar plexus, just as the sun stores energy for its planetary system. This energy is called Prana or Ki. It is the life force behind all things in our universe.
We can enervate more Ki to any depleted part of the body by using the mind, the nucleus of the body, to direct it to where it is needed. This activates the nucleus within the cells of the body in need of assistance.
Practise the Manipura self-healing method as follows:
lie down in a cornfortable position. Support any painful areas of your body with folded towels or pillows underneath. Repeat the words “ReiKi on” or “LeiKi on” 3 times and wish for your own healing to take place. Relax the feet, legs and lower trunk. Now feel the head. shoulders, aims, hands and upper trunk letting go.
Visualise your solar plexus area, the Manipura Chakra, being generated with a bright, luminous yellow healing streaming down from the sun above. This energy is re-filling your own solar centre which is a ball of revolving energy radiation outwards.
Now, take your mind to the top of your head, feeling the scalp relax as the forehead smoothest out allow the relaxing energy to draw down your body to the solar plexus. Let the eyes sink back into the sockets and feel the eyelashes touching with the energy flowing downwards. Lips together, teeth apart and jaw hanging loose see the energy continue down through the neck. Allow the shoulders to drop down, relaxing, as the energy t1ows downwards through the chest and ribs into the solar plexus. From the top of the spine to the mid-hack and from the fingers up through the arms, feel energy moving down to the solar plexus Chakra.
Visualise and feel the Manipura – solar plexus Chakra radiating more brightly
Clearly see in your mind’s eye the toes and feet. Feel each foot falling outwards as you relax. Allow the energy in the feet to allow gently up to your solar plexus. Notice the calves loosening and thighs letting go. Draw the Ki energy upwards to the solar plexus area.
Feel the buttocks sinking down and the tummy releasing tension. Be aware of the energy moving upwards through those areas and the pelvis. From the hips up to the solar plexus. Through the spine to the mid-back.
Visualise and feel the Manipura – solar plexus Chakra radiating more brightly. Tune into your body and any part which is in pain or requires healing See and feel the solar plexus area full of ki energy which is a bright yellow colour.
Send the Manipura energy to relieve pain or to repair and heal any area of need. Visualise a stream of energy flowing tn that specific area and any dark spots filling with light from the solar plexus storehouse.
Keep pumping energy and light from the solar plexus to the weak parts of your body, until you feel it is sufficient
Now send the Ki energy from the Manipura Chakra back out to all parts of your body and be aware of a more balanced state.
Give thanks for your own healing which has taken place and thanks to the lei (God Love Energy) and Ki (Life Force Universal Energy).
Wriggle your fingers and toes. stretch your arms above your head and slowly move your body. Take deeper breaths in and out and come back up to surface.
You have connected your mind to the cell within and the universe without all of which has connected with the highest infinite light and love, described on planet earth in many ways.
Reiki Vs Taoism and Ho’oponopono – by Rev Dr C.W. Dunne D.D., RGN, WMA, RGMT, RMP, RHP, Healing Minister
Reiki was discovered in the 1920’s. Taoism is ca 2500 to 3000+ yrs old.
The Dao Monks studied the Human, done autopsies, studied the Universe and kind of invented/discovered Astrology and their findings and discoveries had been passed on to their students. Over the course of time, the connection was made, as they discovered that the Universe is the Macrocosm and we are the Microcosm. The whole of the Universe is within us, as we are the Universe. Cosmic dust “rained” onto our planet and life began in form of bacteria and those evolved as we know. We eat, breath and drink cosmic dust and when we die, we become cosmic dust once again. Dao Monks had also established the connection to our Higher Self through meditation. Our Higher Self is permanently connected to the Universe.
Ho’oponopono: the real “age” of Ho’oponopono is not very clear, but the Polynesian Islanders have been practicing for a very, very long time. But what exactly is Ho’oponopono? In a Nutshell? It is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness.
Traditional Practices: “Ho’oponopono” is defined in the Hawaiian Dictionary as “mental cleansing: family conferences in which relationships were set right through prayer, discussion, confession, repentance, and mutual restitution and forgiveness.”
Literally, hoʻo is a particle used to make an actualizing verb from the following noun, as would “to” before a noun in English. Here, it creates a verb from the noun pono, which is defined as:
Ponopono is defined as “to put to rights; to put in order or shape, correct, revise, adjust, amend, regulate, arrange, rectify, tidy up, make orderly or neat”.
In other words: There are three states of Mind: Emptiness – Zero (Divinity), Inspiration and Memory.
My personal conclusion is the following:
Dr Usui Sensei, as per history, studied many books. He had stumbled across references of ancient Chinese Text (about the Universe, Astrology, Anatomy, Health and Healing, including Meridians, Energy Centres (Chakras), Meditations in order to connect with the Universe as we are the Universe) from before a certain Emperor ordered their destruction; during the reign of this Emperor, these scrolls were hidden, brought out of China to Tibet and Thailand. Usui had travelled to China a lot it is said he had come across scrolls and tried to find more, but these were “lost goods”, many are still not found.
So with the knowledge he had up until that point, and he was a Monk now, he would practice frequent meditation.
Now I surmise the following:
I think the Enlightenment came with an INSPIRATIONAL thought…..and Reiki was born but not the Reiki as we know it today. Ho’oponopono: …once the mind is empty we wait for that INSPIRATIONAL thought to come through.
I can never prove this; it is and will always be a Theory but, like a jigsaw, one can visualise what had happened and put the pieces together…
Reiki Symbols: Usui only towards the end may have had only two.
Hayashi is the one who made more symbols and hand placements.
Takata, is the one who turned it into a business. But the bottom line remains still this:
This is why I believe that there is a connection between Reiki, Ho’oponopono and Daoism (Taoism)
Reiki being the youngest of them, the result of Ho and Dao perhaps… who knows?
Mikao Usui received and INSPIRATIONAL thought in other words. He was never attuned or initiated by any one person.
