Back in 2022 I wrote the original post “Who Heals the Healer?” Doctors, Nurses, Therapists, Clergy, and other Healing Providers
CWD 25/10/2022 Ireland
Who heals the Healers?
We are all in danger of burnouts, but Doctors and us Nurses really do “feel” that pulling at the very essence of our being.
These are very stressful times and many are sick. Physically and emotionally. Usually you would attend your Family Doctor – GP for physical or organic help, or you may attend a Clergy or Therapist for emotional help … or, God forbid you end up on the hospital trolley in A&E (ER). And as you are now in their presence, looking for help, have you given the Healthcare Provider – Doctors, Nurses, Therapists, Clergy – a Thought of Your Time? Who Heals the Healer?
We are by no means immune to cases coming in and some touch us profoundly and we “bring it home”; something we were all taught, never to do. And to quote Rag’n’Bone Man: “I’m only human after all” – at the end of the day, that is exactly who we all are: Human.
Healing for Healers is a unique approach to address compassion fatigue, to listen to your body, and to connect to your inheritance. This includes both your inherited burdens and the true gifts of your lineage. You learn how to release what does not serve you, repair deep wounds, restore balance to the body, and replenish your energy and life force. As healers and care providers it is imperative to have a safe and containing place to receive this kind of support. It is possible to give and care for others while still honouring and providing for your own needs and health. …
Now, 4 years on, nothing really has changed, yet something shifted.

Caring for Those Who Carry Everyone Else
There is a quiet group of people in society who are often praised, relied upon, and leaned upon… yet rarely asked a simple question:
How are you, really?
They are the nurses finishing a shift while carrying the weight of three others. The carers supporting ageing parents while raising children. The therapists holding space for grief, trauma, and fear. The doctors making decisions under pressure. The clergy listening to pain few others ever hear. The mothers, fathers, partners, neighbours, and friends who are always “the strong one.”
They are the helpers.
And too often, the helpers are exhausted.
The Cost of Always Being the One Who Copes
Many caring people become experts at functioning while depleted.
They keep going through tiredness. They smile through stress. They minimise their own needs. They tell themselves others have it worse. They postpone rest until “things calm down.”
But the body keeps score.
Stress may begin to show itself through:
poor sleep
anxiety
irritability
fatigue
headaches
muscle tension
lowered resilience
emotional numbness
feeling detached from work once loved
Sometimes it is not weakness. Sometimes it is overload.
“Healers are uniquely vulnerable to burnout because they constantly hold space for others’ pain, regulate heavy emotions, and witness trauma without always receiving the same support in return.”
Burnout Is Not a Personal Failure
We live in a culture that often rewards self-sacrifice and calls it strength.
Yet there comes a point where constant output without replenishment becomes unsustainable. Burnout is not laziness. It is often the natural consequence of prolonged stress, responsibility, and emotional labour without enough recovery.
Even the strongest nervous system has limits.
Who Holds the Holder?
This is the real question.
Who listens to the one who is always listening? Who comforts the one who comforts others? Who notices when the capable one is quietly sinking?
Many healers, carers, and professionals do not need grand solutions.
Often they need:
permission to pause
somewhere safe to speak honestly
rest without guilt
support without judgement
practical help
human kindness
time in nature
space to breathe again
Healing the Healer
Healing does not always mean leaving everything behind and moving to a mountain hut with goats. Though tempting.
Sometimes healing begins with small acts:
A proper meal. An early night. A walk by the sea. Turning the phone off for an hour. Massage. Prayer. Silence. Laughter. Boundaries. Saying no. Asking for help.
Small repairs done consistently can save a structure.
A Message to Every Helper Reading This
You are allowed to matter too.
You do not need to collapse before you deserve care. You do not need to prove your exhaustion. You do not need to earn rest through breaking point.
The world needs good healers, carers, nurses, therapists, parents, and kind-hearted people.
But it also needs them well.
Final Thought:
Restoration for healers relies on four key pillars: grounding the body through gentle movement, restoring mental and emotional balance through breathwork, nature walks, reflective practice, or quiet recovery time, nourishing the system with rest and wholesome food, and ensuring they are supported by others through therapy, supervision, or peer circles. Ignoring these needs can lead to depletion, where healers operate from a state of exhaustion rather than resilience, ultimately compromising their ability to care for others effectively.
So perhaps the question is no longer only Who heals the healer?
Perhaps it is:
When will the healer allow healing in?
I hope you feel inspired. Look after your body, and it will keep you healthy.

Wo Energie fliesst, folgt Heilung. Wo Widerstand besteht, entsteht Druck.

8. Herz-Kohärenz — Emotionale Wahrheit entsteht
Fühlen und Handeln kommen in Einklang. Klarheit und Mitgefühl vereinen sich.
9. Stimmlicher Ausdruck — Wahrheit erhält Klang
Inneres Wissen sucht Ausdruck. Die authentische Stimme erwacht.
10. Aktivierung der Einsicht — Wahrnehmung erweitert sich
Das Bewusstsein öffnet sich. Intuition vertieft sich.
11. Einheitserfahrung — Kollektive Resonanz
Die Erfahrung von Trennung löst sich. Verbundenheit wird fühlbar.
rhythmisches Atmen
nährende, warme Nahrung
ausreichende Ruhe
ehrlicher Ausdruck von Gefühlen
das Zulassen innerer Bewegung
Bewegung stellt Zirkulation her. Zirkulation bringt Harmonie.

The Year of the Fire Horse brings movement — not just symbolically, but energetically within the human body and the living Earth.
In my book Twelve: The Sacred Code of Consciousness, I describe the underlying architecture through which life force organises itself. The Fire Horse year reveals how this structure activates in real time. What has long existed as potential now moves into direct experience.
What follows is an exploration of how rising energy moves through the twelve fields of consciousness and why 2026 marks a year of accelerated embodiment.
This is not simply philosophy. It is the living movement of energy through matter.
Fire Horse Energy — Movement From the Ground Up
The Fire Horse does not work from the mind downward. It works from the ground upward.
It brings momentum, circulation, and rapid truth. Its cleansing is not achieved by stripping away, but by demanding movement — physically, emotionally, and energetically. Where stagnation exists, pressure increases. Where flow returns, healing follows.
To understand this year, we must look beyond organs alone and return to the central channel of life force — the spine. This rising movement is ancient, efficient, and intelligent. It is the same pathway through which Kundalini moves within the human body, and the same pattern through which planetary energy expresses itself through the Earth.
The Fire Horse ignites movement. Twelve (available on Amazon) describes the structure through which that movement unfolds.
Fire provides the force. The twelve-fold architecture provides the order.
The Twelve Movements of Fire Horse Energy
The rising life force can be understood through twelve stages of activation — a progressive unfolding of energy, awareness, and embodiment.
1. Ignition — Life Force Awakens
A stirring begins. Vitality rises. A sense of urgency or renewed energy appears within the system.
2. Grounding — Connection to Earth Stabilises Energy
Energy seeks anchoring through the body, the feet, and the Earth. Stability becomes essential.
3. Circulation — Energy Begins to Flow
Movement increases in the blood, breath, and nervous system. What was static begins to move.
4. Purification — Stagnation Surfaces
Blockages become visible. Tension, fatigue, or emotional pressure may rise as the body clears.
5. Emotional Release — Liver Field Activation
Stored frustration, anger, or suppressed truth seeks expression. The system restores movement through release.
6. Courage Response — Kidney Field Strengthening
Fear and overwhelm are brought to awareness. Grounded courage replaces contraction.
7. Rhythmic Order — Spleen Stabilisation
The body seeks rhythm — regular nourishment, rest, and balance. Structure supports vitality.
8. Heart Coherence — Emotional Truth
Alignment between feeling and action emerges. Authenticity restores circulation and ease.
9. Voice Expression — Truth Spoken
Inner truth seeks outward expression. Communication becomes clearer and more direct.
10. Insight Activation — Perception Expands
Awareness deepens. Intuition strengthens. New understanding emerges naturally.
11. Unity Awareness — Collective Resonance
Individual experience connects to the collective field. Shared consciousness becomes more apparent.
12. Embodied Integration — Spirit Grounded in Matter
Energy stabilises within the physical body. Spiritual awareness becomes lived experience.
A Unified Framework of Consciousness
These twelve movements reflect a universal pattern found across multiple traditions and healing systems. They align naturally with:
chakra expansion and multidimensional energy centres
the Temple of Akhalin framework
the Twelve Tribes consciousness model
Kundalini awakening pathways
Gaia’s energetic field activation
What we witness in the Fire Horse year is not a new system, but the activation of a timeless structure.
What People May Experience
As Fire Horse energy moves through the system, individuals may notice:
increased restlessness or inner urgency
emotional intensity or sudden clarity
physical heat, tension, or energy shifts
desire for movement or change
heightened sensitivity or awareness
release of old emotional patterns
stronger intuition and perception
These experiences are not disturbances but signs of circulation returning where stagnation once existed.
The body responds to movement before the mind understands it.
Movement as Medicine
In a Fire Horse year, cleansing is not achieved through force but through flow. The body restores balance through simple, natural actions:
walking and gentle physical movement
rhythmic breathing
grounding practices
consistent hydration
warm, nourishing foods
regular rest and daily rhythm
emotional honesty and expression
Movement restores circulation. Circulation restores balance.
The body holds its own intelligence and responds when given the conditions to regulate itself.
Listening to Body Wisdom
This year invites a return to embodied awareness. Rather than analysing every sensation, we are encouraged to listen.
The nervous system settles when grounded. The heart stabilises when truth is expressed. Energy flows when resistance softens.
The Fire Horse teaches us to trust the intelligence of the body and the natural movement of life force.
The Living Architecture of Twelve
The Year of the Fire Horse does not introduce new energy — it reveals the structure through which energy has always moved.
It shows the living architecture described in Twelve: The Sacred Code of Consciousness — the twelve-fold pattern through which life organises, evolves, and expresses itself within both the human system and the living Earth.
Fire ignites the process. The twelve fields give it form.
Further Exploration
Those wishing to explore the deeper energetic architecture behind these processes may refer to Twelve: The Sacred Code of Consciousness, where the full framework of the twelve-fold system and its role in human and planetary evolution is described.

Introduction
In recent weeks, a striking energetic pattern has emerged in my clinical and intuitive practice: multiple women presenting with complete chakra lockdown. This is not the common sluggishness or emotional congestion many people carry, but a full-system freeze affecting the Earth Star, all seven primary chakras, and the Soul Star. The pattern is precise, repeatable, and—crucially—collective.
As both a medical practitioner and an intuitive healer, I am documenting this emerging phenomenon to bring clarity to an escalating issue in the feminine field. What I observed in three separate women, each on the same day and with no connection to one another, indicates a larger energetic wave moving through the collective.
What is Full-System Chakra Lockdown?
A full-system freeze presents as:
Earth Star: inactive, unresponsive, no grounding dynamic
Root to Crown: unmoving, silent, withdrawn
Soul Star: disconnected, unlit, sealed
Aura: flattened or collapsed inwards
Nervous System: in dorsal-parasympathetic freeze (shutdown response)
This is not depression or simple burnout. It is a whole-system protective mechanism; the energetic equivalent of the body curling into a ball to survive.
Why the Solar Plexus Collapses First
Among all chakras, the Solar Plexus governs the greatest range of physiological and energetic functions. It influences:
the gut–brain axis
digestion and assimilation
liver, pancreas, adrenal regulation
boundaries
will and personal power
identity, autonomy, direction
In states of overwhelm, fear, pressure, and emotional overload, the Solar Plexus is the first centre to implode. When it collapses, it pulls the entire Chakra column with it, much like a star folding inward during gravitational overload.
Reopening the Solar Plexus becomes the pivotal step. Without it, the system cannot re-engage, reconnect, or climb out of freeze.
Why Women are Affected First
This wave strongly targets the feminine energetic architecture. Women process emotional and collective tension through:
hormonal cycles
relational fields
intuitive sensitivity
ancestral memories
social and maternal expectations
the psychic responsibility of caretaking others
Men respond to overload differently, often through mental dissociation or emotional numbing. Women absorb; men deflect. In collective compression, women reach freeze first.
Collective Triggers Behind the Feminine Shutdown
The cause of this pattern is not individual but environmental and collective. Key contributing factors include:
global instability and heightened fear
solar storms and geomagnetic stress
emotional overload in the collective psyche
information saturation and psychic noise
economic tension and survival concerns
collapse of social structures and support systems
ancestral trauma resurfacing for resolution
The feminine field has become the buffer for humanity’s emotional backlog, leading to widespread energetic collapse.
Case Report: Three Women, One Pattern
In the same month of November 2025, three unrelated women presented with identical energetic architecture:
full freeze from Earth Star to Soul Star
imploded Solar Plexus
diminished will and emotional exhaustion
a sense of being overwhelmed, directionless, or depleted
Despite different life stories, each carried the same imprint of collective pressure. In all three cases, the Solar Plexus was the centre demanding immediate intervention.
Intervention: Why the Solar Plexus Was Reopened First
Reactivating the Solar Plexus initiated:
return of breath and energetic flow
reconnection of the vertical line (Earth Star ↔ Soul Star)
release of tension in the gut and diaphragm
restoration of personal agency and inner stability
Opening any other Chakra first would have been ineffective or destabilising. The Solar Plexus is the command centre in full-system freeze.
Implications for Healers
Based on this emerging pattern, healers should be aware:
More women will present with full-system lockdown.
The Solar Plexus must often be addressed first.
Grounding techniques may fail until the Solar Plexus reopens.
Crown or heart work may overwhelm a frozen system.
Emotional containment and safety must be established before energetic reopening.
Healers may find themselves acting as stabilising nodes for the collective feminine field.
Implications for Humanity
This pattern reflects deeper shifts in consciousness. The feminine is reaching its threshold for emotional labour, generational trauma, and societal expectations. The Solar Plexus collapse signals the end of the era in which women silently carry the weight of the world.
A new phase is emerging—one that demands boundaries, balance, and restoration.
Conclusion
The phenomenon of Solar Plexus collapse in women is not isolated. It is a collective response to overwhelming emotional, psychic, and societal pressures. Documenting these cases helps illuminate a larger process unfolding within the human field—one that calls healers to recognise the signs and support the feminine through this transition.
Further study, documentation, and dialogue will be essential as this wave continues to unfold.
I hope you feel inspired. Look after your body, and it will keep you healthy.

The Seeing Hands: A Journey from Coma to Consciousness
Most people think a coma is like being asleep: dark, silent, empty and yet aware of your surrounding and what was going on around you. But for me, it was the complete opposite. It was the moment everything opened. Not my eyes, but my awareness. At just 7 years old, after a serious post-operative complication, I slipped into a coma that would reshape the rest of my life.
When I woke up, I was not the same little girl.
I had been “somewhere else” – a place without form, without walls, and yet full of presence. I remember it as a soft hum of connection. Of being held in something vaster than the body. And when I returned, it was like someone had turned on an extra sense. Except… it didn’t come through sight. It came through touch.
Please don’t misunderstand me, I never lost the sight in my eyes.
Learning to See – Without My Eyes
In the early days of recovery, something strange began happening. When I touched things or even hovered my hands over people – I felt information. Not just warmth or sensation, but layers. Emotions. Density. Flow. Blockages. Like rivers, jagged stones, or bright currents, moving beneath the skin.
My hands began to see.
Of course, try telling an adult that when you’re 7 and they’ll likely smile, pat your head, and offer you a biscuit.
By nine, I saw energy itself—colours spiralling through the body like living light, the true faces of the chakras (but I didn’t know then that they were called chakras).
We hear often how children and in rare cases some adults, see auras around people. Children believe everyone can, until told differently. I was no different.
But I knew this was real. And, as it turned out, so did someone else.
The Doctor Who Didn’t Laugh
My step-father was an Internist – a logical man, medically trained. But he was also a Reiki Master. Which meant he straddled two worlds: the clinical, and the subtle. When I was 15, his patients with back trouble started showing up at the house. He sent them in with a wink.
“Go on Cathy, take a look at them.”
I would hover my palms and know instantly where the problem was.
Not a guess. Not a hunch. A knowing.
He trusted it. And so did I.
That same year, he attuned me to Reiki Level 1. Not because I wanted to learn how to heal. But because he recognised that I already was a healer and just needed the keys to the temple I’d already been walking through in the dark.
Seeing Chakras… Differently
Here’s where it gets weird (or wonderful, depending on who’s reading).
At age 9, I began seeing (eyes & hands) chakras—and not the way they’re drawn in books. Not perfect spinning wheels with rainbow colours and petal counts. What I saw was alive. More like watery, pulsing orbs of frequency. Shape-shifting, responsive, and personal. They all have “funnels” adhered to them. The larger ones are to our back and front, one large one pointing towards our head and one towards our feet. In between, there are loads of smaller funnels and they have something, like “strings” connected to them. More about this later.
Some were dim, others bright. Some spun fast, some barely moved.
Later on, I’d find the books, the diagrams, the Sanskrit labels… but none of them matched what I had learned through my hands. The body does not lie. The energy system does not lie. And intuition does not wait for a textbook.
The Turning Point or The Path Wasn’t Learned — It Was Always There
That coma did not interrupt my life. It began it.
It taught me that consciousness isn’t confined to the brain. That healing isn’t only a profession; it’s a memory. I didn’t choose this path. It unfolded through me long before I understood it.
The coma also taught me that consciousness is not confined to eyes or words and that it moves through every cell.
Today, when I work as a medical intuitive, I still “see” with my hands. My hands became translators of that knowing. They felt, listened, and eventually saw. Healing ceased to be observation and became communication, a dialogue between the seen and unseen, between matter and memory.
I still trust the quiet information that rises through the palms. And I help others reconnect to their own layers of knowing too, because we all have it. We all are it.
Some of us just get thrown into the deep end a bit earlier.
If You’ve Ever Felt More Than You Could Explain… You’re Not Imagining It
Intuition doesn’t whisper in logic – it speaks in sensation. In resonance. In the things we feel before we understand.
The body is not just a vessel. It’s a tuning fork.
And when we learn how to listen with more than our eyes — healing becomes not just possible, but inevitable.
The Science of Sensory Substitution
Modern neuroscience calls this neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to re-map itself.
Fingertips contain more sensory neurons than any other part of the body.
In those who lose sight, the visual cortex can awaken to touch and sound.
Proprioception and vibration sensitivity sharpen with attention.
In essence, the hands truly can “see.” They translate texture, heat, and electromagnetic change into imagery the mind recognises.
The Subtle Layer — Energy Perception
Beyond the physical nerves lies another spectrum of perception. Every cell emits frequency; every emotion alters the field around it.
When awareness is trained, the hands register these resonances—the difference between calm and chaos, truth and distortion. What science measures as microcurrent, healers feel as life-force.
New Skills – Old Technique
In 2014 I was hospitalised for 3 days. Back in 2013/14 there had been much talk about the Third Eye … how you can switch it off and turn it back on, like a light switch.
I’m in hospital. The lady in the bed next to me, with curtains drawn around her, was pulling my energy. I was too weak to resist her. I then remembered “the flipping of the switch” and so I did.
A mistake I had to learn with to this day.
However, when a seeing person looses their eye-sight, they are taught to “see” and “read” with their hands.
I was discharged from hospital the day before Good Friday. By Easter Sunday I realised, I could not see a person’s chakras. What had happened? “The Light Switch”! Since then I am working on re-opening my Third Eye. But, and here’s the kicker:
I have, since aged 8 (taught to me by my Great-grandmother) always used my pendulum. My Trusted Friend (some people hear me make reference to my pendulum this way).
Translating Touch with the Pendulum
Intuition doesn’t whisper in logic, it speaks in sensation. In resonance. In the things we feel before we understand.
The body is not just a vessel. It’s a tuning fork.
Over time I introduced a bridge: the pendulum. Its swing turns micro-responses of muscle and energy into visible motion. The pendulum doesn’t decide; it amplifies—translating what the body already knows and allowing intuition and logic to converse in harmony.
And when we learn how to listen with more than our eyes — healing becomes not just possible, but inevitable.
Practice for Readers — Awaken the Hand-Senses
Rub your palms together until warmth arises.
Hold them a few centimeters apart; sense the subtle magnetism.
Move them slowly toward a plant, crystal, or another person’s hand.
Observe texture, density, warmth, or coolness.
Journal each session for seven days. Note how your language of feeling evolves.
You are retraining the body’s oldest instrument: feeling as knowing.
Bridging Science and Spirit
Science explains the wiring; spirituality explains the meaning. Together they reveal a complete anatomy of awareness.
In holistic medicine, data and divinity are not rivals; they’re dialects of the same truth: the body is conscious, and consciousness is the physician within.
Closing Reflection
The body never loses its ability to see. When one doorway closes, awareness finds another.
To feel is to witness creation in motion. One pulse, one breath, one infinite conversation through the hands of humankind.
I hope you feel inspired. Look after your body, and it will keep you healthy.

We all have heard of the saying: “You are what you eat!” But what about what we wear?
An organ is defined loosely as any part of an animal (human included) or plant that is adapted for a particular function for example respiration, digestion or excretion. Skin is the largest organ in a human body. It comprises two distinct layers, the epidermis and the dermis. The skin of a 180 cm (5 ft 11 in) adult male weighing around 70kg (154 lb) covers an area of 1.5–2 sq m (16.1–21.5 sq ft) and weighs about 3.8 kg (8 lb 5 oz). By comparison, this hypothetical man’s liver – his largest internal organ – would weigh only about 1.5 kg (3 lb 4.8 oz).
Skin’s function: Protects against pathogens; provides insulation; synthesizes vitamin D; regulates temperature; provides sensation. Here are some fun and surprising facts about skin to help you better appreciate this large organ in your body:
Your skin makes up about 15% of your total body weight.
The average adult has nearly 21 square feet (2 sq m) of skin that contains over 11 miles (17.7km or 17702,8m) of blood vessels.
A single square inch (ca. 6,4516 sq cm) of skin has about 300 sweat glands.
The thickest skin is found on your feet and the thinnest area of skin is your eyelids.
Your skin renews itself every 28 days and sheds about 9 pounds (9lbs = approx. 454mg or 0,454kg) of dead skin cells every year.
Some of the dust in your home may actually be dead skin.
Your skin has some nerves that are connected to your muscles to help you react more quickly to extreme temperatures or pain.
Changes in your skin can often be a warning sign of a medical condition or changes in your body’s health.
There are at least five types of receptors in the skin that respond to pain and touch.
Sleep is vital for healthy, vibrant, and youthful skin.
Now, that’s the scientific part of biology covered.
The Vibrational Frequencies of the Human Body.
Did you know that our body is a form of energy, which is made up of vibration and frequency. And sometimes, one “resonates” with another human.
Bruce Tainio, famous researcher and developer of Tainio Technology found that a healthy body resonates at a frequency of 62-72 MHz, (MHz takes 1 ‘hz’ and multiplies it by a million) and when your frequency drops to 58 MHz, that is when disease starts.
In 1992, Bruce Tainio built the first frequency monitor in the world – Calibrated Frequency Monitor (CFM).
Below are some frequencies listed, that may be of interest:

Fresh Foods / Herbs at: 20-27 Hz
Dried Foods /Herbs at: 15-22 Hz
Processed / Canned Food at: 0 Hz
Frequency is defined as a measurable rate of electrical energy that is constant between any two points. When there is frequency, there is electromagnetic potential. We are being influenced by the magnetic action (or attraction) of the frequencies that surround our lives each day and frequencies influence our state of well-being. Everything has an electrical frequency measured in hertz.
Studies show that negative thoughts lower our frequency on average 12 Hz. Positive thoughts raises our Hz on average 10 Hz. Prayer and meditation raises our frequency on average 15 Hz.
Royal Raymond Rife, M.D., developed a “frequency generator” in the early 1920s. With this he found that with certain frequencies he could destroy a cancer cell or a virus. He found that certain frequencies could prevent the development of disease, and others would destroy disease. Substances with higher frequency will destroy diseases of a lower frequency. The study of frequencies raises an important question, concerning the frequencies of substances we eat, breathe and absorb. Many pollutants lower healthy frequency. Processed/canned food has a frequency of zero. Fresh produce has up to 15 Hz, dried herbs from 12 to 22 Hz and fresh herbs from 20 to 27 Hz.
What Rife proved is that every health disorder has a frequency, which in turn responds (resonates) to a specific (optimal) frequency for its dissolving/healing in the body.
Does Colour have frequencies?
First of all, Colour is determined first by frequency and then by how those frequencies are combined when they reach the eye. Colour is the frequency of visible light, and it ranges from 430 trillion Hertz (which is red) to 750 trillion Hertz (which is violet). Waves can also go beyond and below those frequencies, but they’re not visible to the human eye.
Does Fabric have frequencies?
Fabrics have frequencies and they affect the way we feel. But there’s science behind this too: natural fibres have higher frequencies than synthetic ones and therefore are better for us. Natural Fibers like linen, organic cotton, and silk offer high vibrational frequencies that enhance energy, clarity, and health. In contrast, synthetic Fibers like polyester and nylon have low frequencies that can disrupt your natural energy flow. In 2003 a Jewish doctor, Heidi Yellen, did a study on the frequencies of fabrics, in which she showed that a healthy human body has a signature frequency of 100, and wearing a material that measures less than 100 units of energy would compromise our wellbeing. Each fabric gives of a frequency that can be measured in mHz (megaHertZ). Organic cotton has a tested value of 110 mHz, polyester around 10 mHz. A diseased person generally measures 15 mHz. Wool and Linen both have a signature of 5000 mHz! That amazing naturally created feature of the fabrics will also give energy to your body as you wear it. It is important however to not wear linen and wool together, however, as the frequencies in both of the linen and wool fibres run in opposite current directions. If you wear them together, the two frequencies will cancel each other out and bring you to a 0 (Zero).
Here’s a chart with some common clothing fabrics and their corresponding frequencies:
Fabric | Frequency (Hz)
Flax-Linen | 5000 Hz
Animal Wool | 500 Hz
Cotton | 80-100 Hz
Silk | 100-230 Hz
Flax-Hemp | 230 Hz
Rayon | 40-50 Hz
Polyester | 30-40 Hz
Nylon | 25-35 Hz
The concept of clothing fabric frequency is based on the idea that different materials have unique vibrational energies that can affect our physical and emotional wellbeing. Here’s a more detailed explanation:
Frequency ranges: The frequencies listed in the chart are generally categorized into three ranges:
Low frequency (30-60 Hz): Synthetic fabrics are believed to have a low frequency, which can lead to feelings of fatigue, lethargy, and stagnation.
Medium frequency (70-500 Hz): Natural fabrics can promote balance, stability, and comfort.
High frequency (550-5000+ Hz): Fabrics are believed to have a high frequency, which can enhance energy, vitality, and spiritual connection.
Impact on human energy: Wearing clothing made from low-frequency fabrics can allegedly drain our energy, while high-frequency fabrics can boost our vitality and promote a sense of well-being.
Scientific basis: While there is some anecdotal evidence to support the concept of clothing fabric frequency, there is limited scientific research to confirm its validity. Some studies suggest that the human body responds to the electromagnetic properties of fabrics, which may influence our energy levels and emotional state.
Keep in mind that the scientific evidence supporting clothing fabric frequency is limited, and more research is needed to fully understand its effects on human health and wellbeing. Please note that these frequencies are approximate and based on various sources, including Dr. Heidi Yellen’s study. The actual frequencies may vary depending on the specific fabric type, weave, fabric colour and synthetic or organic manufactured colour and manufacturing process.
Summary: Impact on Health
Synthetic garments are often less breathable and can retain heat and moisture, which can lead to skin irritations and other skin problems. What’s more, the low frequency of synthetic fibers can contribute to feelings of fatigue, stress and even general malaise. Some wellness experts recommend avoiding synthetic clothing whenever possible, especially when worn directly against the skin.
Making Conscious Choices for Well-Being
It’s clear that the clothes we wear are not just choices of style or comfort, but can also have a significant impact on our health and well-being due to their vibrational frequencies. Natural fibers such as cotton, linen, hemp and wool offer vibrational frequencies that are harmonious with our bodies, promoting a state of well-being, vitality and comfort. Conversely, synthetic garments, with their low frequencies, can have disruptive effects on our energy and health.
Making conscious choices when it comes to clothing, with a preference for natural fibers, can be a simple yet powerful way of supporting our health and well-being on a daily basis. By understanding the vibrational frequencies of different materials, we can choose clothes that not only fit well, but also resonate positively with our inner energy.
Conclusion:
At the start I mentioned that our Skin is our largest organ and its function is to: Protects against pathogens; provides insulation; synthesizes vitamin D; regulates temperature; provides sensation. Now that we have a greater understanding of our SKIN, the human’s healthy vibrational frequency, we need to exercise greater awareness on what we allow to be next to our skin and for how long.
Stay well in 2025.
I hope you feel inspired. Look after your body, and it will keep you healthy.

Hello and thank you for coming back. Today’s blog started back in 2019. Yes! Imagine. I started this article, feeling guided and not knowing where it would take me. It didn’t take me far, as my conscious knowledge was still limited. Deep down, I had this Inner Knowing yet did not know how to connect the dots, until now, I think.
This blog might seem like a long read. That is only because I included some A&P for better understanding.
The Chakra or Mind Body Spirit Connection
Chakra is a yogic word from India and literally means a wheel, whereas other cultures have different names for the same part of our energy system; Dantien is the Taoist Chinese, the Hawaiian Huna refer to Auw centres and in the Cabala the name is The Tree of Life. All the cultures have mapped the same energy system.
A definition of Chakra is “a vortex of energy and emissions operated by hormone instigation and by the autonomic nervous system. The Chakras form the front line of the body’s homeostasis.” (Homeostasis: definition in biology is the ability or tendency of the body or a cell to seek and maintain a condition of equilibrium – a stable internal environment — as it deals with external changes). That makes the Chakras very important indeed. Their electrical function can be likened to transformers to feed the higher voltage energy fields of the aura into the sub-circuits of lower electro-magnetic energy of the meridian system. The Chakra and the meridian systems are therefore intrinsically linked in order to form a distribution network for the life force energy.
I read some time back of an experiment where two scientific investigators of vital life force were testing the theory that we need energy from outside of us in order to live. One of the men was connected to a heart/vital signs monitor and then his crown and heart chakras were covered with lead. The other scientist was so startled by how quickly his colleague’s vital life signs were diminishing they had to immediately stop the experiment because if it continued, he would die.
Every organ, tissue, gland and cell in the body depends on a regular and uninterrupted supply of this energy in order to carry out the process of sustaining life. If the energy flow is restricted, shielded or blocked it can eventually lead to illness or disease. By finding and correcting the imbalance of the whole system of energy, we help to restore the natural equilibrium and good health.
The laws governing Quantum Physics has demonstrated that everything in the Universe is made up of vibrational fields, including the human body.
Ancient Chinese and Indian medicines are both advocates of unblocking and releasing energy disturbances inside and outside the body in order to alleviate the symptoms of disease. The vital life-source energy systems of the chakras and meridians are barely acknowledged or used in western medicine; in western culture the emphasis is on the things that can be seen under the microscope.
Chakras, meridians, aura and other energies in the body are collectively known as subtle energies of human and animal bodies. They interact with, and depend upon, the energy from the Earth and the Universe. As the experiment above indicated, if that source is blocked, we die. Recharging these energies is also dependent on breathing, eating healthy foods and drinking pure water. There are seven main chakras (there are actually more, but they are not connected directly with the body’s vital systems, including the meridians) which are shown in the diagram, and they are numbered from the low to high on the body. The name of each is the associated part of the body where they are found:
7. Crown 6. Third eye or brow 5. Throat 4. Heart 3. Solar plexus 2. Sacral 1. Root or base
Our instincts are involved with the lower chakras, thoughts and feelings with the higher chakras. Up to 12 chakras can be activated in some people but the others are not the subject of this article. The chakras are typically depicted with an associated colour; colours in the light spectrum have a unique vibrational frequency and therefore so do the chakras.
Some people have the gift of being able to see the energy colours, such as the author and energy worker Donna Eden. Donna writes that the colours are unique to every person. In her book Energy Medicine, she describes the chakras as having seven layers each of which corresponds with areas of life. This concept starts at the top layer which is related to recent events that have yet to be integrated into the energy. Then through the events of early life reaching down to the seventh layer. The seventh layer can be concerned with other lives lived (by the soul) and of unfulfilled potential that is waiting for the right time to bloom from the wisdom of the soul. Our chakras, therefore, show our biography.
Our mental, emotional and physical health requires the Chakra energies to be clear and free-flowing. All manner of health problems can occur when the Chakras are out of balance. Examples include where head and heart are imbalanced it can lead to difficulties in relationships. The organs in the region of any Chakra will reflect an imbalance seen in the Chakra and vice-versa. The chakras can have various levels of activity. When the Chakras are described as “open,” they are considered to be healthy. Ideally, all chakras would contribute to our well-being. Our instincts would work together with our feelings and thinking. However, this may not be the case. Some chakras are not open enough (being under-active), and to compensate, other chakras are over-active. The ideal state is where the chakras and their associated organs are balanced.
Meridians
There are 14 meridians in total. The meridian system is comprised of twelve principal meridians which are distribution paths for the energy in the body. There are also two centreline meridians, the central or conceptual and governing, act as vessels to store the energy inside the body. Given the characteristics of each meridian and the service they provide to the organs, we refer to them individually, but they are in fact a single system which is fully integrated with the chakras. The meridians are powerful circuitry in the body that:
Are high speed information channels for the organs to communicate with the external environment.
Provide the energy for homeostasis and allow the transport of energy (chi/prana) to the organs.
Have electrical properties and the acupressure points along them are mini torsion (twisting) fields which act as amplifying capacitors for the information travelling along the meridian.
Acupressure points have an increased level of electrical charge and respond to touch, needles, light and sound vibrations or other stimulus.
Transmit energy many times faster than the nervous system; the speed of transmission can be compared with the telephone network of copper versus fibre optic cabling.
The diagram shows an approximate view of the flow of energy through the meridians and references their associated organs. Notice that some are on the front of the body, such as stomach and liver, bladder is on the back whereas heart, small and large intestine are on the arms. They all have start and end points and where one finishes, another starts nearby.
Recent scientific discoveries are proving that this ancient, almost mythological, energy is very real. Its effects have been measured in the laboratory; it constitutes a fifth force which has been overlooked by Western physics. The scientific world has slowly started to acknowledge the wisdom of the ancient cultures and calls the meridian network the Primo Vascular system. When the internal and external aspects of our lives become at odds with each other we become dissonant which is a lack of harmony or inflexibility. This could be for example, from stress at work causing dis-ease in the body due to the inability of energy to flow.
When you understand the traits and properties of each of
the main energy centres and how they interact with the body, you can begin to appreciate the energetic link to physical disorders and ailments. This includes how energy and other levels of your consciousness such as thoughts and feelings impact the body; an imbalance in a Chakra can manifest as dysfunction or disease within the body.
From the alternative energy medicine point of view, we consider dis-ease in the body a more appropriate description. Dis-ease can usually be identified and re-balanced.
Before we go any further, let me refresh your anatomy and physiology of our body:

Therapeutic Measures to Balance Chakras and Meridians
See Mel’s experience of her Biofield Viewer with Kinesiology treatment – written in her own words: “As an experienced and qualified Kinesiologist I use a number of techniques to support homeostasis for a client, otherwise called a re-balance. Any re-balancing involves the elements of physical structure, nutrition, emotions in priority order, as well as the energy flow of Chakras and meridians. By connecting all these components balance can be restored. With the addition of the Biofield Viewer (TM) technology as a therapeutic tool, both of us can see the energy of your Chakras, biofield and the inner most etheric layer in your biofield. This specialist real-time imaging system captures photographs which are translated into psychedelic images by sophisticated software and colour coding to show the detected subtle layers of electromagnetic activity around your body. This is a highly effective way of locating energy which is not flowing or is being shielded for some past or present reason. Where this is the case, it is likely to be creating imbalances in the body’s finely tuned systems and organs. The Biofield Viewer is able to show Chakra energies. This is a substantial scientific discovery as the chakras are very significant in your overall health and well-being.
This visual reinforcement is very powerful for healing. It could be likened to a parent seeing the ultrasound scan of their unborn child; it makes it feel more real and is often easier to engage with the development of the baby for both mother and father; or in our case, for you to engage with the energies in your body.
The innermost layer of the biofield is known as the etheric layer. The Biofield Viewer in 3D mode makes this field visible making it possible to track even the smallest vents of bio-photons, which is a sign of impending issues. In this mode, images of the etheric field are dramatically shown in three dimensions. See image examples below.
The shades and strength of colours have meaning. Here is an example of a Biofield image and the interpretation of what it is showing; it provides analysis information to discuss with you and to use in the Kinesiology treatment that will follow. This next example below shows images of two men; the picture on the left shows a man in good health with greater prevalence of green and narrow bands which indicate a healthier landscape in the body. The man on the right has congested energy which is depicted by the pools of bright pinks.
The 3D images are dramatically different from both the biofield and Chakra images. In the following example, by viewing her 3D images we found that the client was ungrounded. Being ungrounded can cause disruption in the body’s electrical systems and make you feel unsettled.
The two images shown were taken less than five minutes apart.
Taking a set of images is a fast, easy and non-invasive process. Images taken before and a few days after your treatment will reveal the energy improvement that have been made.
Leaving a gap before taking the second set of images gives time for your energies to settle.“
Are you still with me?
I hear you brain ticking and thinking: Just how does all this connected with chakras, meridians and our body?
I will try to explain with more tables and pictures. Baring in mind that this knowledge isn’t brand-new, well it is kinda, for us in the Western Hemisphere it is. In the Eastern Hemisphere the yogic/Ayurveda of India and the Daoist/Taoist of China, both carry this knowledge for 6000+ years. The Three Tan Tien.
They already discovered the Mind, Body and Spirit connection. The Body part is our physical body. The Spirit part are our chakras The Mind part is our perception of the world around us, aka Biofield/Aura.
Okay … I hear another question coming up: And how exactly do Mind, Body and Spirit connect?
M-E-R-I-D-I-A-N-S That’s how.
Our Meridians are the “fiber optic” highspeed internet, connecting to our organs and Chakra. The Central/Conceptual and the Governing Meridians are the body’s main Highway/Motorway. These then branch off to dual-carriage ways, side roads, lanes and paths. Now visualise the dual-carriage ways connect to an organ; each organ connects to its neighbour via the side road. The lanes connect to our lymphatic, circulatory and nervous systems. The paths to our sensory systems and beyond … like to our auras, our biofield.
Chakras and Related Anatomy Summary
The following chart summarises the relationship between the Chakra, anatomical areas and the inner-self aspect with the related meridian.
I really hope you enjoyed this crash course into your human vessel and know what makes it tick.

Today I wish to discuss with you, what in my opinion, the Star of Bethlehem was and why it lingered for so long over the stable. Plus the true meaning behind those Gifts.
My brain functions at it’s best, it seems, early in the morning, behind the steering-wheel of my car, driving to work. So that’s Mondays to Fridays. Weekends I switch off…. Giggle.
So yesterday morning I gave Christmas some thought. I thought about them Three Wise Men, arriving from three directions, only to arrive in the fourth.
The Star of Bethlehem. Was it really a comet? Or could it have been something entirely different?
For years I have been referring to Jesus as Yeshua Ben Joseph. I do remember once, many, many, many years ago, having read this name and all I remembered that it was Jesus. The rest I have really forgotten. But is Yeshua Ben Joseph, Jesus? And if so, why Ben Joseph? Wasn’t Mary’s husband called Josef?
Let us start by looking at everything from a Metaphysical angle.
Metaphysical
Metaphysical meaning of man Man–An idea in Divine Mind; the epitome of being. The apex of God’s creation, created in His image and likeness.
Metaphysical meaning of fourth dimension Fourth dimension–A transcendent realm that Jesus called the “kingdom of the heavens.” Here one can discern the trend of spiritual forces and see with the spiritual vision of the Christ Mind.
Metaphysical meaning of frankincense Frankincense–“A fragrant gum resin” (Webster). Metaphysically, it represents in man the transmutation of the material consciousness into the spiritual.
Metaphysical meaning of myrrh Myrrh–An aromatic gum resin; a slightly pungent perfume, used for incense. Metaphysically myrrh represents the eternity of Spirit, an emblem of the Resurrection, an ointment of love.
Metaphysical meaning of gold Gold–Metaphysically, gold represents spiritual gifts, the riches of Spirit. The gold that the Wise Men brought to the Christ child was a consciousness of the omnipresent richness of substance.
What were those three gifts?
Frankincense = Metaphysical meaning of frankincense. Frankincense–“A fragrant gum resin” (Webster). Metaphysically, it represents in man the transmutation of the material consciousness into the spiritual. Frankincense very much supports the body and mind because it works as an energy medicine. It affects our own energy field, and because that energy field is the link between our body and mind, it tends to stimulate the body and mind to move toward frankincense may also have an implied connection with the Temple worship of the Old Covenant.
Myrrh = Much like frankincense, myrrh is not an herb but a resin. The scent is said to boost the spirits and the soul. Both frankincense and myrrh have healing properties that can help people emotionally, vibrationally, and spiritually.
Gold = The gold that the Wise Men brought to the Christ child was a consciousness of the omnipresent richness of substance. The energy within gold is really the radiant, and the energy within gold is of extremely high vibratory rate, it can only act upon the finer and more subtle expressions of life, through absorption. Gold brings connection to the universe and its knowledge, natural energies, and wisdom. It unlocks and activates the third eye and crown chakras. Gold opens the crown chakra, and you can attract divine consciousness. The Divine Energy is activated and emitted from the gold ring, aka the Halo depicted in many pictures of Jesus.
The Star of Bethlehem
A Comet (they say was in actual fact Hayley’s comet) that happened to be in the sky at the time of the birth of Jesus, is said to have shown the Three Wise Men they path to finding Mary and Joseph, just after Jesus was born. Science/Astrology will tell you that there was an appearance of Haley’s Comet in 12 BC. But that date is too early to align with other astrological events surrounding the birth of Christ.

The Star of Bethlehem could have also been a Merkabah. In Many parts of Europe we see Advent Stars being erected to be shining bright from the 1st Advent. I know in Germany; this Advent Star sits on top of the Christmas Tree.
What Is Merkabah?
The Merkabah (meaning light-spirit-body) is the energy sphere in which everything exists. It is the vehicle that carries you to the dimensions of unity and love that exist beyond the mind. The upward and downward interlocked tetrahedrons represent the duality of existence—body and spirit—united in the harmony of a singular form.
Merkabah is a 5,000 year old word that describes how one can use one’s Conscious Awareness to fill one’s Spiritual Energy Fields of Consciousness with the energies of Unconditional Love and transcend dimensional levels of Consciousness.
Merkabah Meaning The word Merkabah comes from a Hebrew word which means “chariot”, & when broken down phonetically means “light, body, spirit” from an ancient Egyptian translation. If you consider both meanings, it essentially refers to a way of connecting with light, body, and spirit through the means of this ‘vehicle’ or symbol.
In other words, the Merkabah is an energy matrix surrounding the aura that strengthens the alignment between the mind, body, and Soul. It offers protection to the user and aligns you more fully with your higher self.
Who is Yeshua Ben Joseph?
In the Irish language some still use “óg “ in their names. In Irish it means “young” or “the young one”.
Mac — means “son of” — anglicized as Mc or left as Mac.
Ó (Oh-fada)— means “grandson of” — anglicized as O’.
Example:
Seán (John) Óg = John Jnr. Furthermore: Surnames with ‘Mac or Mc’ in them meant ‘son of’, for example, Seán Mac Suibhne (Seán (of) Sweeney) and James, Seamus, Seán Ó Cléirigh (now O’Clery / Clery) is James, grandson of Clery.
Hope I haven’t confused you too much.
The Hebrew word Ben (בן), meaning “son” or “boy”, forms part of many surnames in Hebrew.
Yeshua is a name that means ‘Salvation’ in Hebrew. The noun means the save deliverer.
The name Joseph/Josef means Increaser, Repeater or Doubler and in Hebrew, means “God will add.
Yeshua Ben Joseph is in fact the soul essence of our Cosmic father himself.
Conclusion:
The Gifts from the Three Wise Men ensured he never lost the connection to his origin or original self, as opposed to “higher self”, to which we now refer to.
Co-incidences do not exist. Everything is in the plan of the great Divine Planer – call it Universe, Cosmos, or God. God is Soul Source. God is the Origin of All.
The comet, the star, those three wise men saw that night, I believe, was in actual fact the birth of Jesus, but not how it is written in the scripts. I believe those three men, who came from three different directions, witnessed a “Repeater”, a Soul representative of God himself, make his way, in a Merkabah, to be birthed at that very moment in time.(Co-incidences do not exist.) This fragment of Soul was not born without the knowledge where he originated from (unlike us StarSeeds). The Saviour Son of God (Yeshua Ben Joseph) was placed here at that right time, to deliver God’s messages to Mankind. But I guess, Mankind wasn’t ready then, and today with Social Media influencing our lives, we struggle to hear his words and teachings still.
I believe in Jesus. I believe in Source. Jesus was a Spiritual Person, not religious. He just happened to be born to Jewish parents. And somehow is now believed to be Christian.
Disclaimer: This is not meant to offend anyone. But certain facts cannot be ignored. If you are offended, please do not leave any horrible comments. Just move on. Then is article does not resonate with you, but I wonder: why did you continue reading this?
I am a Spiritualist. I practice Spirituality.
Merry Christmas 2022 and may 2023 be a healthy and prosperous years for us all.
