25th of December. What is the significance?

Most Christians understand the significance of this date: 25th December of any year.

Disclaimer: To begin with, before I receive rude remarks, I just want to point out from a Metaphysical aspect,  Astrological facts and from a Religious perspective. The last thing I want to do here, is to denounce Christmas or Jesus, Yeshua Ben Joseph; for he did exist, but perhaps not in a time, the Bible wants us to believe.

Did you know?
Pope Julius I declared 25th December as the birthday of the Lord Jesus Christ around 350AD.

Most Christians today tend to agree with the idea that Jesus was not necessarily born on December 25th, AD1.
Joseph Fitz Myer, a Professor of emeritus bible studies, stated that “…though the year of Jesus’ birth is not recorded with certainty, his birth did not occur in AD1…” as generally believed.
In other statements for example, the Deaschen, believed to be written in 243AD, puts Jesus’s birthday on March 28th. Bishop Clement of Alexandria ca 215  AD, decided on November 18th. Fitz Myer himself chose September 11th, based on historical records.

But it was Pope Julius I who had declared, around 350 AD, the 25th December as Jesus’s birthday. He saw the date coincided with the winter solstice and the Jewish Hannukah, which were already times of celebration, so let the festivities be enhanced during this period.

Besides, cattle had been slaughtered and wine and beer had fermented during the winter, so everyone was ready to consume fresh produce in abundance.

Having converted many Pagans, the Universal Church then began to change certain pagan festivals, like the brutal Saturnalia, which was part of the Pagan Winter Solstice Festivals, into Christian “Holy Days” = Holidays. The Church also promised the converted Pagans that they could continue to celebrate their festivals, with the intentions of eventually replacing them with Christian versions. And even though there was nothing Christian about these “End-of Years”, weeklong festivals, the Church named the final day of festivities, which is 25th December, “Christ-Mass” day.

The first recorded celebration of Christmas took place in 336 AD under the reign of the Roman Emperor Constantine, who had slowly converted to Christianity, with Pope Julius making it official around 350.

In 529, Christmas Day was declared an official holiday. https://thenewdaily.com.au/religion/2017/12/14/12-days-of-christmas-day-three/

Let’s begin with Paganism.

How old is the pagan religion? – Quora

Paganism is a broad term for any religion not centred on the Bible – it includes Buddhism and Hinduism, both of which are exceedingly main religions. And since chimps have been observed displaying a basic form of ritual behaviour, paganism probably goes back well before anything we would clearly recognise as human.

Pagan religion | History, Types, beliefs, worship &More

What is modern-day Pagan religion? Pagan religion today grew from the new outlooks of the Renaissance period (1500) and the Reformation (the 1600s), through the revival of Druidry and folk custom in Europe, the witch-hunts of the 19th Century, and the explosion of interest in world religions in the sixties and seventies.

Often asked: Which Religion Is Older Pagan Or Christianity?

Paganism has grown in popularity greatly during the last hundred years. When did pagan religion start? Paganism (from classical Latin pāgānus “rural”, “rustic”, later “civilian”) is a term first used in the fourth century by early Christians for people in the Roman Empire who practiced polytheism or ethnic religions other than Judaism.

The true meaning of Paganism | Ancient Origins

The word “paganism” has come to refer to various pre-Christian religions belonging to a number of ancient cultures—those from Greece, Rome, Egypt, Scandinavia, and so on. It has come to also represent, in some circles, the modern ideology of Wicca and the followers of revived versions of the old practices.

Is paganism older than Christianity? – Quora

Is paganism older than Christianity? Yes. Pagan practices are much, much older than the comparatively recent upstart Christianity. The oldest pagan stone circle yet found was dated at approximately 2,030,000 years BCE. The pagans who built it were hominoids, not even human yet. Paganism was an important part of human evolution.

@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@

So, now that we grasp the idea that it was the Church, who decided that the Ancients are wrong, and they are right, we now look at the evidence, that Yeshua Ben Joseph, aka Jesus, was actually born on September 11th, 3 BC (Before Christ).

3 BC? How is this possible? This would mean our Calendars are wrong, well at least the years. So we are already looking at the end of 2025 and moving in to 2026. How is that for fast moving time since lockdowns?

Remember back then, they only had Stars in the sky for their compass. This was their way to orientate, their way to understand foreboding/prophecies, reading what the Universe was telling us. Today our Universe seems to be a Search Engine.

But thanks to this search engine, we can locate things from way back when (providing someone done the research….) but also with the tools of Apps we can “turn back the clock” in Astrology terms and see what the stars’ positions were, let’s say, on September 11, 3 BC.

Why this date? In the Book of Revelations 12:1-2 it reads the following:
Revelation 12:1-2
1 And a great sign was seen in heaven, a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, 2 and upon her head a crown of twelve stars, and she being with child screamed, travailing in birth, and agonised to be delivered.

Revelation 12:5
She gave birth to a son, a male child, who “will rule all the nations with an iron sceptre.” And her child was snatched up to God, and to his throne.

On the 11th September 3 BC (Day 1 Month 7 – Tishri) God used the constellation Virgo to give us a sign in the heavens:

That evening, from Bethlehem, as the constellation of Virgo became visible just above the horizon towards the west, it appeared as if sun set had ‘cloaked’ Virgo’s body. The crescent moon was positioned right under her feet, whereas the day before, and after, the moon was not under her feet. Also, above Virgo’s head are nine stars that form the constellation of Leo, which represents the Lion of the tribe of Judah who is Jesus. That night however Mercury, Venus and Jupiter were also in Leo, making a total of twelve stars above Virgo’s head. Planets were considered as stars in ancient days, and the word planet literally means wondering star. The book of Revelation describes a great sign in the Heavens, with the sun, moon, and stars, and describes that the child being born was Jesus.

Furthermore, it is interesting to learn that:
The prophet Isaiah also made a prophetic allusion to this sign over 700 years before.

Isaiah 7:14
Therefore the LORD Himself will give you a sign: The virgin will conceive, and give birth to a son, and will call him Emmanuel.

The best time to have witnessed this momentary display was between 5:53 p.m. and 6:35 p.m. that evening, and Jesus was born at about 6:12 p.m. It’s possible to be confident that this was the time of Jesus’ birth because it was also at this precise time that the brightest star in Virgo, called Spica, which represents an ear of corn being held in Virgo’s left hand, appeared to ‘touch’ the horizon, or ‘alight to the earth.’ The name of this star in Hebrew is Tsemech which means ‘branch,’ and is the subject of prophecy by Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Zechariah. Spica is actually Latin for ‘ear of corn’ or ‘a kernel of wheat’, and Jesus Himself alluded to this sign:

John 12:23-24
23 And Jesus responded to them, “The hour is come that the Son of Man should be magnified.
24 Truly, truly I say to you, unless a kernel of wheat alights to the earth and dies, it remains a single seed. But if it dies, it bears fruit.”

Note to self: there are only some 3,761 “years” difference in the calculations of years:
Today is 28th day of the Month of December in the Gregorian calendar year 2022. Same date in the Hebrew calendar looks like this: 4th day of the month of Tevet in the year 5783.

It is also note worthy that the Hebrew calendar only has a 355 day cycle.

èso by all accounts, by whose calendar did we determine what happened when, when we read the Bible? Especially the Old Testament!?!

The Hebrew Calendar

The Hebrew Calendar, also called the Jewish Calendar, is a type of Lunisolar Calendar (The Lunisolar Calendar combines the Lunar and Solar Calendar to form another method of timekeeping.)  based on the cycle of the earth around the sun (yearly) and the moon around the earth (monthly).

The Hebrew months vary between 29 and 30 days as follows:

Tishrei (30 days) (תשרי) – between September to October.

Jeshván (29 or 30 days) (חשוון, also called Marjeshván – מרחשוון) – October to November

Kislev (30 or 29 days) (כסלו) – November to December

Tevet (29 days) (טבת) – December to January

Shevat (30 days) (שבט) – January to February

Adar (29 days) (אדר) – February to March

Nisán (30 days) (ניסן) – March to April

Iyar (29 days) (אייר) – April to May

Siván (30 days) (סיוון) – May to June

Tamuz (29 days) (תמוז) – June to July

Av (30 days) (אב) – July to August

Elul (29 days) (אלול) – August to September

Hmmm, it seems being sick this Festive Season has given me way too much time on my hands, with all that thinking I have been doing.
I sincerely hope, I haven’t offended anyone. I have not intended to have a go at Belief systems, nor disputing the existence of Christ, the Lord’s earthly self. I merely had been pondering on the idea, why we celebrate Jesus’ birthday on 25th December, when it also clear that December was not his birth month.
No worries, I’m back to work soon enough and then, will be distracted again for a while 😉.

Thank you for taking the time reading this. I wish you a magical, prosperous, and healthy 2023 or 2026 or which ever Year you live in 😊.

Quick translation of this old Michelangelo Caetani drawing.

Starting from the bottom all in Italian:

Gerusalemma = Jerusalem

Inferno = Hell

Selva Oscura = Wild Forrest

Emisperio Della Terra = hemisphere of the land

punto, al quale si traggon b’ con parte i pesi = point, to which which b’ with the weights are drawn

Emisoerio Dell’ Acqua = hemisphere of the water

Purgatorio = Purgatory

Paradiso Terrestre = Paradise on Earth

  1. Cielo Della Luna = Sky of the moon.
  2. Cielo Di Mercurio = Sky of Mercury.
  3. Cielo Di Venere = Sky of Venus.
  4. Cielo del Sole = Sky of the Sun.
  5. Cielo Di Marte = Sky of Mars.
  6. Cielo Di Give = Sky of Jupiter.
  7. Cielo Di Saturno = Sky of Saturn.
  8. Cielo Stellato Zodiaco = Sky of the Constellations. Zodiac.
  9. Cielo Cristallino. Primo Mobile = Crystal clear sky. First mobile.
  10. Cielo Quieto   Empireo Paradiso = Quite sky.  Empyrean Paradise.

Figura Universale Della Devina Commedia – Universal Figure of the Divine Comedy

So that is the picture translated. Now, before anyone goes on about Flat earth vs Spheric earth, just pause to remember, not even Michelangelo was able to paint in 3D on a flat sheet of paper.

Today is 27th December 2022. The whole family is down with the flu. Yes flu, not covid. Some things have been around before 2020, and the flu is one of them. So, I had nothing better to be doing, but to ponder on the spirituality and metaphysical part of “all things to do with Christmas”, which includes Jerusalem. So I went down a “rabbit-hole”.

I googled “Jerusalem” and I got:

  1. The name means “city of peace.” Jerusalem is often called Zion; Mount Zion is the hill on which the fortress of the city was built.

Jerusalem Definition & Meaning | Dictionary.com

During the Canaanite period (14th century BCE), Jerusalem was named as Urusalim on ancient Egyptian tablets, probably meaning “City of Shalem” …..

  • Why is it called Jerusalem? Hebrew Bible and Jewish sources Jerusalem – Wikipedia
According to a Midrash, the name is a combination of two names united by God, Yireh (“the abiding place”, the name given by Abraham to the place where he planned to sacrifice his son) and Shalem (“Place of Peace“, the name given by high priest Shem).

In the Old Testament, Shalem is the name of a city ruled by Melchizedek. Some experts believe that the biblical city of Shalem is today’s Jerusalem (Jeru-shalem), the “City of Peace.”

The Place of Peace … Paradise?

Hmmm, City of Shalem … ??? City of Shambhala? Naahhhh. Not possible, or is it? So I continued to do research. I google: “City of Shalem” and I get:

Salem (Bible) – Wikipedia

https://en.wikipedia.org › wiki › Sa…

Salem is an ancient Middle Eastern town mentioned in the Bible. Salem is referenced in the … Jacob came to Shalem, a city of Shechem, which is in the land of Canaan…

Wait, SALEM??? Okay. So what can I find with Salem and connection to Jerusalem or Shamballa?

So I looked up Shamballa, Shambala, Shambhala… Shambhala (pronounced sham-bah-lah, sometimes spelled “Shambala” and “Shamballa”) is a mythical Buddhist kingdom that is said to exist somewhere between the Himalaya Mountains and the Gobi Desert. In Shambhala, all of the citizens have achieved enlightenment, so it is the embodiment of Tibetan Buddhist perfection. That is the reason for one of its other names: The Pure Land. It is also known as Olmolungring, Shangri-La, Paradise, and Eden.

At first it may appear somewhat confusing to associate Shambhala with Christianity. Shambhala is usually associated with Eastern thought and religion, such as Tibetan Buddhism. Public knowledge of Shambhala in Western society really began with the Theosophical Society, founded in 1875.

According to theosophical literature, Shambhala was originally a small colony of Atlantean adepts in eastern Asia who had survived the cataclysmic submergence of the ancient continent. This sanctuary-colony was established by a high initiate known in the East as “Manu.” These primordial survivors gathered on a sacred island in a prehistoric sea now occupied by the Gobi Desert: “An island, where now the Gobi Desert lies, was inhabited by the last remnant of the race that preceded ours; a handful of Adepts―the “Sons of God,” now referred to as Brahman Pitris … This sea existed until the last great glacial period, when a local cataclysm, which swept the waters south and west, formed the present great desolate desert …” (“Theosophy,” Vol. 42, No. 3, January, 1954). ….Under the direction and influence of Christ-Jesus, the lotus-centre of Shambhala that once invisibly hovered ‘beyond the Himalayas,’ is now etherically situated above the geographical city of Jerusalem. This new sacred heart-centre of Shambhala is known esoterically as the “New Jerusalem.” https://www.heartofshambhala.com/?page_id=41

“The growth of the New Jerusalem has been ongoing since the Mystery of Golgotha. When the human being has entirely fulfilled his time on earth he will have reached the stage in which he not only weaves the heavenly substance into his own body through his senses, but in which he extends the heavenly substance through what we call spiritual knowledge and art into what will be the external city. The Old Jerusalem was built from below upwards; the New Jerusalem will be built in all reality from above downwards”. ~From The Book of Revelation, by Rudolf Steiner, Lecture 9, Dornach, 13 September 1924 https://reverseritual.com/shamballathe-new-jerusalem/

Are Salem and Jerusalem the same?

The name refers to the royal city of Melchizedek and is traditionally identified with Jerusalem. It is also mentioned in Hebrews 7.
Salem (Bible) – Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salem_(Bible)

That the name Salem refers to Jerusalem is evidenced by Psalm 76:2 which uses “Salem” as a parallel for “Zion”, the citadel of Jerusalem. The same identification is made by Josephus and the Aramaic translations of the Bible. Names of Jerusalem – Wikipedia

Salem is old Jerusalem

Shambala/Shamballa/Shambhala in New Jerusalem

I cannot find any direct connection between Salem and Shamballa, only hints. But as both are linked to Jerusalem in some shape or form, I conclude that one is the physical past and the other still an etherical future.
I left the links here for you to click on and read yourself.

I also believe that there is a far greater meaning behind all of this. Microcosm and Macrocosm and Above so Below and on a spiritual level, all that ends, is recycled, and encouraged to regrow with more wisdom and new knowledge gained. We are the living organisms on earth, which is a living organism in our solar system, which is a living organism in our Milky Way Galaxy, which is a living organism in the universe, which is a living organism in the … ? But staying on earth: a seed is sown. First it grows roots, to be firmly anchored into the rich soil Gaia has to offer. Now the stem grows followed by branches, flowers, and fruit. The fruit carries the seeds for the next generation of tree/plant to be seeded. So in my view, Salem is the mother tree and Shamballa, it’s off-spring. Gaia is transitioning and us with her.

Paradise lives in the Seed with all of it’s Divine Glory, ready to “show herself off” to the world. And many still have not “got it”.
In order to be like that Tree of Life, we must raise our lower frequencies. To lift out of the dark (roots) into the light (tree crown). When we have reach the Light, there will be another Darkness lurking below us. Once aware, start raising it to the Light.
We know that trees are interconnected with one another, something us humans are still to master. Globally. If we did, the current crises we hear about, read about, witness and taking in their refugees…… would not exist. The last time humanity came close to reaching this Oneness, was 9-11! Think about that for a moment.

Ah well….. such is Life.

Did you know that the oldest Language is circa. 4700 years old and is said to be Egyptian.

Did you know that the Bible thinks, Earth is only 6000 years old?

Did you know that In cosmology, the seven heavens refer to seven levels or divisions of the Heavens (Heaven). The concept, also found in the ancient Mesopotamian religions, can be found in JudaismChristianity, and Islam; a similar concept is also found in some other religions such as Hinduism. Some of these traditions, including Jainism, also have a concept of seven earths or seven underworlds both with the metaphysical realms of deities and with observed celestial bodies such as the classical planets and fixed stars.

To each of the seven heavens corresponds one of the seven classical planets known in antiquity. Ancient observers noticed that these heavenly objects (the MoonMercuryVenus, the SunMarsJupiter, and Saturn) moved at different paces in the sky both from each other and from the fixed stars beyond them.

Noticed how our Moon falls under a category of being a planet? I believe this happened when Pluto was removed. 😉

Seven Heavens. Seven heavenly objects. Seven main chakras.

Much to think about and I shall leave this at that.

Good Night, God bless. May 2023 bring you all you wish for.

A metaphysical conversation between friends on Messenger chat:
Oh, and by the way: MDP = Mind Dowsing Protocol.

Hi Catherine and Merry Christmas to you, Paul, and your puppy dogs!! I heard from Derek and wanted to share with you what he’s doing.

JD: From Derek: “I learned from Raymon Grace that he had successfully used some of the body’s approximately 95% of unused DNA (Doctors term junk DNA) to rebuild his knee and that his knee was now functioning better than it was 30 years ago. Well, I used my dowsing to ask if I could use this unused DNA in my Body to rebuild any of my Body components that needed rebuilding and got a YES. So I am now using 12 MDPs (long term) to rebuild Knees, Hips, Spinal Column, Shoulders, Thalamus, Hypothalamus, Kidneys, and Tooth 12 and am feeling 40% improvements which is great. Another truly great gift I have been blessed with is that I now use Master Jesus daily for all Intents that I normally would have used an MDP for and there is no limit for Master Jesus also every Intent Master Jesus does for me runs simultaneously and I am so truly grateful for this gift.”

I asked him how he is using Master Jesus in place of the MDP.

From Derek: “… just did this now as I had a slight jelly legs sensation when walking. “My intent is that Master Jesus will please banish the spirit of all diseases causing jelly legs sensation when walking, when that’s done deactivate the life force of the diseases, when that’s done scramble the frequency of the diseases, when that’s done scramble the frequency of any side effects of the diseases including jelly legs sensation when walking, all energy work to be carried out in all of my subtle bodies, my physical body, and in all levels of my existence when that’s done transmute all energies into the most appropriate beneficial frequencies for me not to suffer with jelly legs sensation when walking ever again and thank you, heavenly father, Master Jesus, and the blood of Jesus that I don’t suffer with this ever again this I command in your name Amen, Amen, Amen.”

I thought this was interesting. I also was reminded from Raymon to clear all irritants, allergens, and to talk to the mast cells. He, Raymon, says the Mast Cells are the communicators of the body and carry trauma and illness energy to the surface to be removed. He says to start by asking them if they are involved, then check to see if they are carrying energy that needs to be cleared. Raymon also says to learn to have this dialogue with the body and it will tell you what it is trying to resolve. He also says to dowse on what was happening in the couple of years before the symptoms started, that is often what needs to be released/transmuted. I get pneumonia every year, I think my symptoms for pneumonia would have started when I was 3 or 4, that’s a long time ago. LOL!

Me: May I ask a stupid question? MDP and the protocols….. to me, in effect, he is doing the same just replacing the word MDP for Master Jesus. The fact that Jesus is not a son of God, but an Energy form, a Soul, that mastered 3D density, nobody seems to talk about. But that’s neither here nor there. To me, Derek replaced MDP for Master Jesus whose energy is equal to cosmic abundance. So yeah, makes sense to ask upon him. Like the Master Archangels. I call upon him Monday to Friday. I ask him to protect our native, innate, messenger RNA from artificial intelligence, interfering mRNA, and so protecting our RNA and DNA. Reinforcing our body shields and body armour to protect and shield us from harmful 5G Millimeter microwaves and harmful sonic and subsonic frequencies. I ask him to awaken those dormant DNA strands that serve us best now. But I have never asked Jesus to heal me. Interesting

JD: Not stupid at all as I was thinking the same thing. I call on and ask the AAs for everything especially getting through to some of the animals. AA Michael & Metatron, morning, and night for protecting my property, etc. Derek just got out of the hospital and asked me to check and see if there was anything else to work on that he had missed. I wondered why he hadn’t asked Master Jesus. … I thought energy equal to cosmic abundance was AA Ariel.

I use AA Michael and Metatron for most of what you’re saying. I use AA Fhleyai and Haniel for help with the animals, AA Raphael for help with healing.

Now, “The fact that Jesus is not a son of God, but an Energy form, a Soul, that mastered 3D density nobody seems to talk about” I must be way behind, didn’t know this.

Me: All major arcana in the AA kingdom are all equal energy to cosmos.

JD: Got it, was just reading that.

Me: Well… Jesus… What does the bible tell us about Jesus?

JD: That he’s Marie’s boy child … Simply put that he is the son of God, but can do anything.

Me: Ok. Who or what is God?

JD: The creator of all things

Me: The creator of ALL things….. yes. But just on this planet?

JD: I’m stuck in the Catholic rut today … No everywhere …

Me: … nothing to do with being religious …

JD: I know. you’re asking my brain to work.

Me: That’s ok too lol … So God is everything and everywhere!

JD: correct!

Me: … from solid, to liquid, to gas, to crystalline, to dark matter, to light matter, he is shadow, he is light, he is energy on every level of thought and existence. Yes?

JD: Agree

Me: So who is Jesus?

JD: AAAHH … he is energy and thought on every existence … That makes sense!

Me: Like you and I are

JD: Yes

Me: Macro- and Microcosm

JD: … yes, wow!

Me: So, using a tool called pendulum, to work with tangible energy, is one thing. Using your MIND, is quite another. This, I feel, by definition, should be called Quantum Energy.

JD: Agree.

Me: And on the way to work I had this very topic of conversation with myself, and I had forgotten I had until now.

JD: Synchronicity. I’m here to keep you on your toes ….

Me: … and me your brain working hahaha

Me: So with this “knew” understanding, re-read Derek’s note to you

JD: okay

Me: To ask Jesus to reactivate your dormant DNA….. ask yourself to do this. You are Jesus. You are God. The Universe is within you … But … If your Chakras are banjaxed, you are snookered!

JD: what does banjaxed mean?

JD: The Hara chakra needs to be cleared on all levels of existence or it isn’t cleared, then does this apply to all chakras. It seems like it would.

Me: Only if your chakras are open. Banjaxed – Irish slang for “not working” … So I came to the conclusion this morning … let me see if I can recall my order and thinking …

Me: I asked myself: What is quantum healing?

Me: My reply was: The Quantumness in a Being, is the ability to sense, feel, hone in, and act upon …

JD: Quantum healing would be on all levels of existence current, this life past, past life and generations, all lifetimes and continuums.

Me: You are thinking tooooooooo big. Think small. Think Microcosm.
JD: Okay … I like small

Me: What is definition of having a Gut Feeling?
JD: intuition!
Me: Yes! Very good.
JD: thank you

Me: So how do we intuitively feel? How do we intuitively see?
JD: it hits us and we just know it
Me: … it just hits us…….. sometimes like a ton of bricks lol … Ok.
Me: Gut feeling , your gut belongs to which chakra?
JD: sacral
Me: Parts of it, yes, but majority is in the 3rd Dantien, your solar plexus
JD: that’s right

Me: If your SP is malfunctioning, how do you perceive gut feeling/intuition?

JD: I don’t know

Me: Ok. How do you know if you like or dislike a person you meet for the 1st time?
JD: you just know … your gut is screaming it

Me: Emotion of Liking or dislike originates from where?
JD: the hara chakra

Me: When does your heart skip a beat? Think Emotions. Emotion is heart chakra driven.

Me: To vocalise your “findings” you need to have a functional throat chakra.

JD: Emotion is heart chakra driven … yes you are right.

Me: Let’s start back at the beginning. Gut feelings are the SP. Emotions are the Heart Chakra. Vocalising is the Throat. If those 3 are all open and receiving and sending info like a CB radio, it still requires to be connected to something somehow, yes?

JD: yes

Me: In order to SEE, our 3rd needs to be open. In order to be grounded, our root chakra needs to be firmly connected to the crystalline core of Gaia via the Earth Chakra. In order to be connected to Divinity, our Crown chakra needs to be connected to the Universe via the Soul Star and Stella Gateway Chakras

JD: yes

Me: Now, we are like a battery, just got slotted into a remote control. We are now receiving and transmitting and sending energy in both directions. As long as ALL chakras are open, energy can pass through unhindered. Energy also exchanges in both directions.

JD: agree

Me: So, the Universe is abundant. So is Gaia. So who is Jesus and who is God? Where does the cosmos reside? What is universe and what is Quantum? I am not sure we have the words yet to define the last question, but it is us.

JD: That’s what I was going to say, it is us all in us.

Me: All within us. We just have not used the full capacity of our brains. Less than 10% we use

JD: agree

Me: So what exactly is it that Derek is doing when he uses MDP or Master Jesus?

JD: He’s using himself without realizing it!

Me: BINGO!

JD: Wow

Me: Anyways, the power is within us all. We can activate ourselves!

Ask yourself this question:
Let’s say your car’s petrol tank can hold 100L of Petrol/Gas or Diesel. Would you only fill it 10%? How often would you have to go to refil that 10%?
If your Lithium Battery would only charge 10%, would you set off to drive that car?

No! But that is exactly what we are doing.

Thank you for taking time reading this.

The “Quantumness” of Yeshua Ben Josef or the Three Men baring Wise Gifts

By Rev. Dr. Catherine W Dunne MSc.D, RGN, WMA, ACHH, RGMT, RMP, RHP, Healing Minister, Reiki 20th Degree GMT, Lemurian Seed Reiki GMT, Chakra Master Practitioner, Master Pendulum Practitioner. Co-Founder of Aumvedas Academy and Teacher. Owner of Holistic Health Care Wexford. Author of Reiki Grandmaster Series Attunements numbers 19&20.

Today I wish to discuss with you, what in my opinion, the Star of Bethlehem was and why it lingered for so long over the stable. Plus the true meaning behind those Gifts.

My brain functions at it’s best, it seems, early in the morning, behind the steering-wheel of my car, driving to work. So that’s Mondays to Fridays. Weekends I switch off…. Giggle.

So yesterday morning I gave Christmas some thought. I thought about them Three Wise Men, arriving from three directions, only to arrive in the fourth.

The Star of Bethlehem. Was it really a comet? Or could it have been something entirely different?

For years I have been referring to Jesus as Yeshua Ben Joseph. I do remember once, many, many, many years ago, having read this name and all I remembered that it was Jesus. The rest I have really forgotten. But is Yeshua Ben Joseph, Jesus? And if so, why Ben Joseph? Wasn’t Mary’s husband called Josef?

Let us start by looking at everything from a Metaphysical angle.

Metaphysical

Metaphysical meaning of man
Man–An idea in Divine Mind; the epitome of being. The apex of God’s creation, created in His image and likeness.

Metaphysical meaning of fourth dimension
Fourth dimension–A transcendent realm that Jesus called the “kingdom of the heavens.” Here one can discern the trend of spiritual forces and see with the spiritual vision of the Christ Mind.

Metaphysical meaning of frankincense
Frankincense–“A fragrant gum resin” (Webster). Metaphysically, it represents in man the transmutation of the material consciousness into the spiritual.

Metaphysical meaning of myrrh
Myrrh–An aromatic gum resin; a slightly pungent perfume, used for incense. Metaphysically myrrh represents the eternity of Spirit, an emblem of the Resurrection, an ointment of love.

Metaphysical meaning of gold
Gold–Metaphysically, gold represents spiritual gifts, the riches of Spirit. The gold that the Wise Men brought to the Christ child was a consciousness of the omnipresent richness of substance.

What were those three gifts?

Frankincense = Metaphysical meaning of frankincense.
Frankincense–“A fragrant gum resin” (Webster). Metaphysically, it represents in man the transmutation of the material consciousness into the spiritual. Frankincense very much supports the body and mind because it works as an energy medicine. It affects our own energy field, and because that energy field is the link between our body and mind, it tends to stimulate the body and mind to move toward frankincense may also have an implied connection with the Temple worship of the Old Covenant.

Myrrh = Much like frankincense, myrrh is not an herb but a resin. The scent is said to boost the spirits and the soul. Both frankincense and myrrh have healing properties that can help people emotionally, vibrationally, and spiritually.

Gold = The gold that the Wise Men brought to the Christ child was a consciousness of the omnipresent richness of substance. The energy within gold is really the radiant, and the energy within gold is of extremely high vibratory rate, it can only act upon the finer and more subtle expressions of life, through absorption. Gold brings connection to the universe and its knowledge, natural energies, and wisdom.  It unlocks and activates the third eye and crown chakras. Gold opens the crown chakra, and you can attract divine consciousness. The Divine Energy is activated and emitted from the gold ring, aka the Halo depicted in many pictures of Jesus.

The Star of Bethlehem

A Comet (they say was in actual fact Hayley’s comet) that happened to be in the sky at the time of the birth of Jesus, is said to have shown the Three Wise Men they path to finding Mary and Joseph, just after Jesus was born. Science/Astrology will tell you that there was an appearance of Haley’s Comet in 12 BC. But that date is too early to align with other astrological events surrounding the birth of Christ.

The Star of Bethlehem could have also been a Merkabah. In Many parts of Europe we see Advent Stars being erected to be shining bright from the 1st Advent.
I know in Germany; this Advent Star sits on top of the Christmas Tree.

What Is Merkabah?

The Merkabah (meaning light-spirit-body) is the energy sphere in which everything exists. It is the vehicle that carries you to the dimensions of unity and love that exist beyond the mind. The upward and downward interlocked tetrahedrons represent the duality of existence—body and spirit—united in the harmony of a singular form.

Merkabah is a 5,000 year old word that describes how one can use one’s Conscious Awareness to fill one’s Spiritual Energy Fields of Consciousness with the energies of Unconditional Love and transcend dimensional levels of Consciousness.

Merkabah Meaning
The word Merkabah comes from a Hebrew word which means “chariot”, & when broken down phonetically means “light, body, spirit” from an ancient Egyptian translation. If you consider both meanings, it essentially refers to a way of connecting with light, body, and spirit through the means of this ‘vehicle’ or symbol.

In other words, the Merkabah is an energy matrix surrounding the aura that strengthens the alignment between the mind, body, and Soul. It offers protection to the user and aligns you more fully with your higher self.

Who is Yeshua Ben Joseph?

In the Irish language some still use “óg “ in their names. In Irish it means “young” or “the young one”.

Mac — means “son of” — anglicized as Mc or left as Mac.

Ó (Oh-fada)— means “grandson of” — anglicized as O’.

Example:

Seán (John) Óg = John Jnr. Furthermore: Surnames with ‘Mac or Mc’ in them meant ‘son of’, for example, Seán Mac Suibhne (Seán (of) Sweeney) and James, Seamus, Seán  Ó Cléirigh (now O’Clery / Clery) is James, grandson of Clery.

Hope I haven’t confused you too much.

The Hebrew word Ben (בן‎), meaning “son” or “boy”, forms part of many surnames in Hebrew.

Yeshua is a name that means ‘Salvation’ in Hebrew.  The noun means the save deliverer.

The name Joseph/Josef means Increaser, Repeater or Doubler and in Hebrew, means “God will add.

Yeshua Ben Joseph is in fact the soul essence of our Cosmic father himself.

Conclusion:

The Gifts from the Three Wise Men ensured he never lost the connection to his origin or original self, as opposed to “higher self”, to which we now refer to.

Co-incidences do not exist. Everything is in the plan of the great Divine Planer – call it Universe, Cosmos, or God. God is Soul Source. God is the Origin of All.

The comet, the star, those three wise men saw that night, I believe, was in actual fact the birth of Jesus, but not how it is written in the scripts. I believe those three men, who came from three different directions, witnessed a “Repeater”, a Soul representative of God himself, make his way, in a Merkabah, to be birthed at that very moment in time.(Co-incidences do not exist.) This fragment of Soul was not born without the knowledge where he originated from (unlike us StarSeeds). The Saviour Son of God (Yeshua Ben Joseph) was placed here at that right time, to deliver God’s messages to Mankind. But I guess, Mankind wasn’t ready then, and today with Social Media influencing our lives, we struggle to hear his words and teachings still.

I believe in Jesus. I believe in Source.
Jesus was a Spiritual Person, not religious. He just happened to be born to Jewish parents. And somehow is now believed to be Christian.

Reiki Blog Part three – Reiki Vs Taoism and Ho’oponopono

Reiki Vs Taoism and Ho’oponopono – by Rev Dr C.W. Dunne D.D., RGN, WMA, RGMT, RMP, RHP, Healing Minister

Reiki was discovered in the 1920’s. Taoism is ca 2500 to 3000+ yrs old.

The Dao Monks studied the Human, done autopsies, studied the Universe and kind of invented/discovered Astrology and their findings and discoveries had been passed on to their students. Over the course of time, the connection was made, as they discovered that the Universe is the Macrocosm and we are the Microcosm. The whole of the Universe is within us, as we are the Universe. Cosmic dust “rained” onto our planet and life began in form of bacteria and those evolved as we know. We eat, breath and drink cosmic dust and when we die, we become cosmic dust once again. Dao Monks had also established the connection to our Higher Self through meditation. Our Higher Self is permanently connected to the Universe.

Ho’oponopono: the real “age” of Ho’oponopono is not very clear, but the Polynesian Islanders have been practicing for a very, very long time. But what exactly is Ho’oponopono? In a Nutshell? It is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness.

Traditional Practices: “Ho’oponopono” is defined in the Hawaiian Dictionary as “mental cleansing: family conferences in which relationships were set right through prayer, discussion, confession, repentance, and mutual restitution and forgiveness.”

Literally, hoʻo is a particle used to make an actualizing verb from the following noun, as would “to” before a noun in English. Here, it creates a verb from the noun pono, which is defined as:

…goodness, uprightness, morality, moral qualities, correct or proper procedure, excellence, well-being, prosperity, welfare, benefit, true condition or nature, duty; moral, fitting, proper, righteous, right, upright, just, virtuous, fair, beneficial, successful, in perfect order, accurate, correct, eased, relieved; should, ought, must, necessary.

Ponopono is defined as “to put to rights; to put in order or shape, correct, revise, adjust, amend, regulate, arrange, rectify, tidy up, make orderly or neat”.

In other words: There are three states of Mind: Emptiness – Zero (Divinity), Inspiration and Memory.

My personal conclusion is the following:

Dr Usui Sensei, as per history, studied many books. He had stumbled across references of ancient Chinese Text (about the Universe, Astrology, Anatomy, Health and Healing, including Meridians, Energy Centres (Chakras), Meditations in order to connect with the Universe as we are the Universe) from before a certain Emperor ordered their destruction; during the reign of this Emperor, these scrolls were hidden, brought out of China to Tibet and Thailand. Usui had travelled to China a lot it is said he had come across scrolls and tried to find more, but these were “lost goods”, many are still not found.

So with the knowledge he had up until that point, and he was a Monk now, he would practice frequent meditation.

Now I surmise the following:

I think the Enlightenment came with an INSPIRATIONAL thought…..and Reiki was born but not the Reiki as we know it today. Ho’oponopono: …once the mind is empty we wait for that INSPIRATIONAL thought to come through.

I can never prove this; it is and will always be a Theory but, like a jigsaw, one can visualise what had happened and put the pieces together…

Reiki Symbols: Usui only towards the end may have had only two.

Hayashi is the one who made more symbols and hand placements.

Takata, is the one who turned it into a business. But the bottom line remains still this:

This is why I believe that there is a connection between Reiki, Ho’oponopono and Daoism (Taoism)

Reiki being the youngest of them, the result of Ho and Dao perhaps… who knows?

Mikao Usui received and INSPIRATIONAL thought in other words. He was never attuned or initiated by any one person.

Thank you for reading my Reiki Blogs.

Reiki Blog Part two – Reiki in person Vs Reiki by distance

Originally posted: by Rev Dr C.W. Dunne D.D., RGN, WMA, RGMT, RMP, RHP, Healing Minister 20/11/2016

Thank you for coming back to read more about my Reiki experience.

In my last Blog, I spoke about the history of our three Reiki Masters. I hope you enjoyed it.

We have learnt, that only after Madam Takata’s death, did Reiki develop into nearly a secret society, with secret language, with high membership fees – as high as $10.000 US. Despite such fees, people are joining the Reiki Wave, today even more so than ever before.

We have also learnt that Dr Usui sensei, had meditated and the Inspiration came to him.

And, after this occurred, from all those books he had studied, he started to build on those building blocks and “invented” Reiki. Dr Usui sensei, built the foundation of the Reiki we know today, or is it the same Reiki?

Ever since Reiki has been made available by Distant Learning, it has exploded. Everybody wants to become a Reiki Practitioner. So what is bad about this?

On the surface? Probably nothing. Except the World of Reiki are in two halves. Two halves, with two uneven weight distribution. Most Indemnity Insurance Companies will not insure those, taught by e-Learning, yet you can do a Law Degree and this is accepted.

Person to Person initiation Vs Distant learning with Distant Attunements.

Let us start by looking at the Distant Learning version first.

You can google the search engines for online Reiki courses and you will find plenty, including Facebook based schools. Apart from the price structure and offering MP3’s and video links, you read your way through the course. Right? Well…..in most cases, yes.

Peeps “frog-march” their way from Level one to Masters within a month. Just so that can be called Master. But do these fast track Masters have what it takes to be a sensei??

The majority of these courses work in this fashion.

And then there are online courses, that make you work and study and keep journals and give feedback and sit an exam – in other words: making to gain real experience. Can the Teacher/Master monitor this? NO. The Master relies on their student’s honesty.

Now how about those initiations/attunements? – I hear you ask. Good point.

How did Dr M. Usui Sensei get attuned or initiated to Reiki?

……by an INSPIRATIONAL THOUGHT……. Okay, let’s just leave this statement sitting there.

Or can we? Inspirational thought…………. So this is distant attunement, is it?

How INSPIRATIONAL thought works, I shall explain in Part three.

So anyways, this inspirational thought led to somewhere. It led Dr Usui sensei to open up a school with beds and start practicing his inspiration and what he had read in books prior to the inspiration. He, in actual fact, combined healing modalities, like a little bit of good old fashioned cosmic healing. (More about this is a later blog).

A building with beds turned into a school of Reiki Teachings. Some of those who received healing, now were taught this skill (Person to Person schooling) – in part payment = a form of Energy Exchange with a donation as fee. This way Dr Usui sensei was passing on his knowledge. But does “passing on”, teaching, demonstrating….. Does this mean INITIATION?

If this was the case, then, when we all went to school, we all got initiated, but to what?????

As far as I am concerned, if Dr Mikao Usui sensei, a married man with 2 children and later a Monk, can receive a Divine Inspirational Thought (Ho’oponopono) and feel the energy move through his body, like a serpent (Kundalini) and draw this energy from the Universe (Daoism), and is now so charged, that when he places his hands on your head (causing the first “domino effect towards self-healing”) and four months later (after daily hands on treatment) you are healed, then DISTANT ATTUNEMENT must work!

Who Are The Original Reiki Masters? Part One

Usui Sensei 1865 – 1926

Mikao Usui was the originator of what we today call Reiki. He was born on August 15th, 1865 in the village of ‘Taniai-mura’  in the Yamagata district of Gifu prefecture Kyoto.

Mikao Usui probably came from a wealthy family as at that time only children from wealthy families could get a good education.

As a child, he studied in a Tendai Buddhist monastery school entering at an early age. He was also a student of different martial arts. His memorial states that he was a talented hard-working student, he liked to read and his knowledge of medicine, psychology, fortune telling and theology of religions around the world, including the Kyoten (Buddhist Bible) was vast. He married and his wife’s name was Sadako, they had a son (born 1907) and daughter.

Usui sensei studied and traveled to western countries and China several times, this was encouraged during the Meiji Era and later, to learn and study western ways.

During his life, Miako Usui held many different professions such as public servant, office worker, industrialist, reporter, politician’s secretary, missionary, supervisor of convicts. He also worked as a private secretary to a politician Shimpei Goto, who was Secretary of the Railroad, Postmaster General and Secretary of the Interior and State.

At some point in his life, he became a Tendai Buddhist Monk/Priest (what we in the west call a lay priest). On several occasions, he took a form of meditation lasting 21 days. On his memorial, it says that at one time this took place on Mount Kurama (Horse Saddle Mountain). This is where he is supposed to have been given the inspiration for his system of healing – Reiki. It is very likely that he incorporated ideas and knowledge about healing from another system, both spiritual and physical, like Chinese Medicine,  other Eastern healing systems like Chi Gong, the Japanese equivalent Kiko, acupuncture and others.

Mikao Usui found that the healing techniques contained within his spiritual system worked well on various ailments. In April 1922 he opened his first school/clinic in Harajuku Tokyo. Usui had a small manual which  is now translated into English and published by Western Reiki Master living in Japan, Frank Arjava Petter, under the title “The Original Reiki Handbook of Dr. Mikao Usui” (1)

Mikao Usui’s skills as a healer and teacher must have been very good and his fame spread very quickly throughout Japan. This was a time of great change in Japan, opening up to the West and changes both in government and religion. His teachings became popular among older people who saw them as a return to old ideals and spiritual practices.

His school/clinic was formed not just for the spiritual teachings but it was also a way for people to obtain healing. As people in general at this time in Japan’s history were very poor, healing sessions were very cheap or free. According to Japanese history articles, healing and other similar practices at that time would be given for a minimal cost or more likely for free.

Reiki students seem to have worked with the teacher as a sort of payment (a small monetary fee might also have been involved).

The Usui teachings included teaching people how to heal themselves (a very central point still in Reiki of today). Healing would be given to them, then they were taught how to heal themselves.

In 1923 on the 1st of September an earthquake shook Tokyo and Yokohama, measuring 7.9 on the Richter scale. The epicenter was 50 miles from Tokyo. Over 140,000 deaths were reported. The majority were killed in the fires started by the earthquake. It was the greatest natural disaster in Japanese history. Mikao Usui and his students started to give healing in the area and the demand and need for Reiki was enormous and as a result of his work, he became even more famous.

In 1925 Usui had become so busy that he had to open a new larger school outside Tokyo in Nakano. As he traveled widely his senior students would continue with his work when he was away from his school/clinic.

Dr Mikao Usui passed away on March 9th, 1926 at the age of 62. He is buried in Saihoji Temple in Suginami-Ku, Tokyo. Later his students created and erected a large memorial stone next to his grave describing his life and work. Much of the new information about Usui Sensei comes from the translation of this memorial.

Three levels of teachings

Usui Sensei’s teachings were divided into 6 levels, Shoden (4 levels), Okuden (2 levels) and Shinpi-den. The beginning level student (Shoden) had to work hard at increasing their own spirituality before being able to move on to the Okuden (inner teachings) level. Not many students reached the next level of Shinpiden – Mystery/secret teachings.

It is reported that he had taught his system of healing to well over 2000 persons, and what we in the West call Reiki Masters (no such title existed in Japan at the time) to 15 – 17 persons.

Chujiro Hayashi  1878 – 1940

Dr. Hayashi has played 2 important parts in Western Reiki. Number one is that he is probably the originator of the hand position system used here in the West. Number two is that he initiated Mrs. Takata to Reiki Master who brought Reiki to the West.

An ex-naval Officer in the Japanese Navy and a Naval Doctor who graduated from Navy School in December 1902.

He started his Reiki training with Usui Sensei in 1925, 47 years of age. It is believed he was one of the last Reiki Masters trained by Usui.

Following his first training, he left the Usui school and started a small clinic in Tokyo named “Hayashi Reiki Kenkyu-kai”, which had 8 beds and 16 healers. Practitioners worked in pairs of two to a bed giving treatments to patients.

Hayashi originally had seven to eight hand positions that covered the upper body only. These positions are based on the Eastern traditional healing methods (such as Chinese Medicine) that the “body” is the head and torso, the limbs are considered “external”. When treating these positions, which cover major energy center’s (acupuncture points), the energy will flow not only through the body but also to the arms and legs. (using meridians). Therefore it is only necessary to treat the head and torso in order to treat the entire body-mind.

Usui Sensei used head positions only, then treated any problem area on the body.  He also gave additional positions for treating specific conditions.

It seems that Hayashi may have adopted further hand positions and that these may have been the base for the hand positions used in the western world.  These hand positions that cover the whole body gives a better overall flow of energy around and through the body.

Dr. Hayashi compiled his own 40 page manual on how to use the hand positions for certain ailments. This manual may have been given to his students. During his work with Reiki, he initiated about 17 Reiki Masters including Mrs. Takata.

Chujiro Hayashi ritually ended his life by committing Seppuku’ on May 10th, 1940.

Hawayo Takata 1900 – 1980

Reiki comes to the West

Hawayo Takata was born at dawn on December 24th, 1900, on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. Her parents were Japanese immigrants and her father worked in the sugarcane fields. She eventually married the bookkeeper of the plantation where she was employed. In October of 1930, Saichi Takata died at the age of thirty-four leaving Mrs. Takata to raise their two daughters.

In order to provide for her family, she had to work very hard with little rest. After five years she developed severe abdominal pain, a lung condition and had a nervous breakdown.

Soon after this, one of her sisters died and she traveled to Japan where her parents had moved to deliver the news. She also felt she could find help for her poor health in Japan. Here she came in contact with Dr. Hayashi’s clinic and she began receiving Reiki treatment.

Mrs. Takata received daily treatments twice a day and got progressively better. In four months, she was completely healed. Impressed by the results, she wanted to learn Reiki. In the Spring of 1936, Mrs. Takata received First Degree Reiki (Shoden). She worked with Dr. Hayashi for one year and then received Second Degree Reiki (Okuden).

Mrs. Takata returned to Hawaii in 1937. She was soon followed by Dr. Hayashi who came to help Mrs. Takata establish Reiki in Hawaii. In the Winter of 1938, Dr. Hayashi initiated Hawayo Takata as a Reiki Master. She was the thirteenth and last Reiki Master Dr. Hayashi initiated.

Between 1970 and her transition on December 11th, 1980, Mrs. Takata initiated twenty-two, Reiki Masters.

Mrs. Takata practiced and taught Reiki for more than 40 years. She was a powerful healer, an engaged teacher, and a very successful businesswoman.

Unlike her Masters, Dr’s Usui and Hayashi, she did not give her students handouts or manuals, and the students were not permitted to record anything in writing. She had expected them all to remember her words in their memories. Any symbols drawn on paper were all destroyed at the end of class.

Reiki energy is very flexible and creative, treating each unique situation with a unique response and working freely with all other forms of healing. The Reiki energy itself provides a wonderful model for the practice of Reiki. This began to be acknowledged gradually after Takata Sensei passed on.

The original twenty-two teachers have taught others. In the decade since Mrs. Takata experienced transition, Reiki has spread rapidly in the West and East and is now practiced throughout all parts of the world.  In the mid-1980s, Iris Ishikura, one of Takata’s Masters, trained two Reiki Masters at a more reasonable fee and made them promise they would also charge a reasonable fee. The Masters trained by Ishikura at this lower fee began training many other Masters in turn. Out of this group, many were open to change and began allowing the wisdom of the Reiki energy to guide them in the way they should practice and teach Reiki. Because of this, restrictive rules began to fall away. Reiki classes became more open and more supportive of the learning process. Workbooks were created, notes and tape recordings were allowed, reasonable fees were charged, and many began studying with more than one teacher. All this generated greater respect for Reiki. It also increased people’s understanding of Reiki and improved their healing skills. With lower fees, the practice of Reiki began to grow quickly and spread all over the world.

Healing the Seven Chakras with Herbs

by Catherine W Dunne 06 Dec 2022 Ireland

Healing the Seven Chakras with Herbs

As you may know by now, my passion are the Chakras. There is so much to them that still have not yet been discovered.
Many of you are aware of vibrational medicine. For those of you not familiar with this, Vibrational Medicine is not just Sound Frequency therapy.
Everything around us is Energy. To quote Einstein, as I do in many of my online courses:

ENERGY = VIBRATION + FREQUENCY

Sound, colour, perfume, flavours, toxicity, potency, cells, matter, liquid, light, magnetism, air, living, dead, ….. all are a form of Energy.

Plants have been used as medicines for thousands of years to cure various ailments, gain wisdom and to help us connect with nature. There are scripts from 2500 BC about various plants and their healing properties. In India, there are several Vedas that mention about treating diseases using herbs and plants. Plants have vibrational frequency that is in tune with our body and psyche. These vibrational qualities of plants can assist in balancing, healing and energizing the seven major chakras. The components of herbs interact with our energy system and remove toxic elements from our blood, enhance blood circulation and regulate the flow of oxygen. If one uses the herbs appropriately, one can maintain a balanced state of mind, body and spirit, Here are some of the common herbs associated with the seven chakras –

First Chakra – Root Chakra – Dandelion Roots

Root Chakra is located at the base of the spine. It connects us to the earth because that is where we receive all of the vital nutrients essential to our survival, and it is also where body toxins are released. The root chakra doesn’t just ground us physically, it also grounds us temporally by keeping us in the present moment. An imbalanced root chakra can lead to problems in the legs, feet, rectum, tailbone, immune system, depression, autoimmune deficiencies. Dandelion root tea are found to be highly effective in the treatment of depression, gallbladder, or high blood pressure. Adding in foods like: carrots, potatoes, parsnips, radishes, onions and garlic, and anything else that roots itself, can have a soothing effect for our root chakra.

Second Chakra – Sacral Chakra – Gardenia flowers

Sacral Chakra is located below the navel near the abdomen between the ovaries for women and near the prostate gland for men. The fundamental quality of this chakra is pure creativity, attention, sensual expression, unencumbered by the ego. When this Chakra is blocked it can lead to eating disorders, urinary tract problems, reproductive disorders, occasional headache, fever, and emotional imbalances. Calendula is an easy to grow herb that enhances your creativity in all areas of life. Another herb which is highly beneficial for the sacral chakra is Gardenia. One can put Gardenia roots and oil to multiple use, and its flowers are found to be very soothing for the senses as well, no wonder it’s also known as the happiness herb. Sandalwood helps in curing many kinds of infection as it instigates new cell growth. You can apply sandalwood oil on your body before taking a shower or you can use it to create a good aroma in your house. Other herbs & spices that are beneficial are Coriander, fennel, liquorice, cinnamon, vanilla, carob, sweet paprika, sesame seeds, caraway seeds.

Third Chakra – Solar Plexus  – Rosemary Leaves

The 3rd chakra or the solar plexus chakra is the power centre of emotions and positive self-control. If this chakra is blocked we tend to feel unworthy and have a low self-esteem. Our emotional state is one of depression and anxiety. We tend to be doubtful and mistrusting toward others. This can lead to a plethora of physical problems: poor digestion, ulcers, diabetes, liver or kidney problems, anorexia, bulimia, and even intestinal tumours. To unblock the energy flow, one can use lavender, bergamot, or rosemary oil. Bergamot is great for the digestive system as it quickens the procedure of digestion causing less strain to the intestinal tract. In Mediterranean region, people consider rosemary as an essential herb for the stomach and intestines. One can put rosemary leaves in several dishes, or you can use rosemary oil to cook dishes. Marshmallow too relaxes the third chakra and softens our efforts to control life. It helps you to relax your diaphragm and reconnect to our breath. Other useful herbs & spices are Anise, celery, cinnamon, lily of the valley, mints, ginger, mints (peppermint, spearmint, etc.), melissa, turmeric, cumin, fennel.

Fourth Chakra – Heart Chakra – Hawthorne Berries

Heart Chakra is the centre of love, compassion, and forgiveness of our body’s energy system. When this chakra is blocked, we tend to feel disconnected and have trouble loving ourselves and others. We tend to experience poor circulation on the physical level, lack empathy on the emotional level, and lack devotion on the spiritual level. Many issues of love, grief, hatred, anger, jealousy, fears of betrayal, of loneliness, as well as the ability to heal ourselves, and others are centered in the fourth chakra. A tea or tincture of Hawthorne berries increases trust in the process of life and encourages you to feel safe following your heart. It also helps to strengthen the heart and blood vessels. You can also use Cayenne, jasmine, lavender, marjoram, rose, basil, sage, thyme, cilantro, parsley for a healthy heart.

Fifth Chakra – Throat Chakra – Red Clover Blossom

Throat chakra is largely responsible for self-expression and communication. When this chakra is clear our speech becomes uplifting, wise and we can communicate our intent clearly. An unbalanced throat chakra leads to thyroid problems, laryngitis on the physical level, co-dependency on the emotional level, unclear thoughts on the mental level, and insecurity on the spiritual level. We often speak without thinking and have trouble expressing ourselves in an authentic way. It is also responsible for nervousness, fear, and anxiety. Red clover blossoms assist in allowing a free flow of communication and self-expression. A cup of red clover tea can unlock the emotions and thoughts that are waiting to be spoken. Research conducted by the University of Maryland Medical Centre, shows that lemon balm is capable of healing several ailments including thyroid. Eucalyptus oil is another beneficial oil for decongestion, simply rubbing few drops of oil on the throat will help. Other herbs & spices that can help with the throat chakra is Coltsfoot, peppermint, sage, salt, and lemon grass.

Sixth Chakra – Third Eye Chakra – Eyebright Flowers

Sixth Chakra or the Third Eye is associated with intuition and the pineal gland. Eyebright When this chakra is blocked we tend to lack in imagination and intuition resulting in poor decision making and self-deception. Physically, third eye weakness may manifest as eye/ear problems, headaches, migraines, insomnia, or even nightmares. Mint, jasmine, and eyebright are herbs used to open the sixth chakra. Eyebright helps to see both the light and dark sides as part of the whole and is also used to cure eye problems. Mint has been found useful in curing depression, migraines, and memory loss. It also increases connectedness between mind and body. These are the herbs & spices that can energize and heal any imbalances in the third eye chakra, Juniper, mugwort, poppy, rosemary, lavender, and poppy seed.

Seventh Chakra – Crown Chakra – Lotus

The Crown Chakra connects us to the universal divine energy. This chakra is associated with wisdom, enlightenment, and transcendence. When our crown chakra is cleansed and open we experience divine union and cosmic love, stretching out forever. Our unique frequency is in tune with the cosmic orchestra. When our crown chakra is blocked or closed we feel disconnected spiritually, as though we are living without any direction or purpose. On a physical level, it can lead to depression, nervous system disorders, migraines, amnesia, ADD, dyslexia, and in the most extreme cases cognitive delusions and mental illness. Lavender flowers and lotus assist in opening your seventh chakra. Lavender brings you into alignment with divine wisdom on a daily basis and is a popular herb for enhancing meditation. While lotus leaves and stems are widely used in Japanese and Chinese cuisine, and each part has its own set of benefits. Lavender is your best bet because it works well on all the chakras. You can include plants in your life through taking herbs internally in the form of tea, or externally as a bath or aromatherapy, you can enhance the benefits by consciously connecting with their vibrational qualities.

Hope you enjoy this little “nugget” of information.

As mentioned above, I teach online courses. I have a very detailed courses, maybe too detailed…. 😉
Chakra – Energy Healing
In this one you would begin this journey by studying the 7 Major Chakras in our body.
Exploring the causes of blockages, hyperactivities and their effects on us. Students will learn how Essential Oils and Foods benefit the Chakra, learn about the maintenance and balancing of our Chakras by uses of Yoga. Moreover, students will challenge their own perceptions about the causes of illness and what it takes to heal.
Armed with this understanding, students will begin to interact with the energetic system of the body to understand how to read, interpret, and heal illness.

I teach this via the facebook “classrooms”, something, we the teacher of Aumvedas Academy, have been doing since 2016.

Thank you for taking the time to read my blog. I do appreciate your feedbacks.
Until my next blog, enjoy your week.

Chakra Meditation

It involves Chakra Anusandhana, which means discovery or search of the chakras.

In Hinduism and in some related Asian cultures, a chakra is thought to be a nexus of metaphysical and/or biophysical energy residing in the human body.

Chakra Meditation involves Chakra Anusandhana, which means “discovery or search of the chakras”. It is a simple way for beginners to explore the chakras self-tutored. It helps in awakening them gently, and in a balanced integrated way.
Within our bodies there are focal points of energy, called Chakras, that we use, whether consciously or unconsciously.
Chakras are located in important parts of everyone’s body. Any organ within the area of these Chakras are used to control; and are, therefore, directly affected by the properties of that Chakra. There are seven Chakras located throughout the body, each with their own unique attributes and characteristics:

The Root Chakra is located directly at the base of the spine, also known as the coccyx. This Chakra is closely related to the body and our ability to master it. One’s health, constitution and security are linked to this Chakra. In addition, the realization of how our bodies connect to the material world is focused here.

Take a deep breath and pull it down through your body to the very base of your spine, the seat of the first chakra. As you release the air, relax all the muscles in your toes, feet, and legs. Take in more air and focus on your connecting point to the earth. Now release the air, relax down through your body, and continue to send your attention deep into the center of the earth. Picture magnetic lines of force coming from the earth’s core, connecting with your own root center. Allow that force to arise within you, from below. Imagine a feeling of power surging into this “root” center from the deep center of the earth. As it increases, keep your attention on this powerful magnetic energy at the bottom of your spine.

Focusing at the base of the spine, imagine that with each breath, energy collects and builds up there. Continue to relax, and sense the feelings in the coccyx, perineum, anus, and deep inside your pelvic cavity, the foundation of your body. Sensing your root center, breathe as if the earth’s energy is coming directly into you from below. Allow the energy to build, like a growing, magnetic force.

The Naval Chakra or Libido is located in the lower abdomen. This Chakra is tied into the more physical feelings of love, passion, and sexuality. The feeling of pleasure is also linked with this Chakra, so one may feel focus and feedback in this Chakra during moments of harmony, generosity, group creativity and selflessness.

Keeping the first chakra open, take a long deep breath in, and lift your awareness from your root center, up to the second chakra, the area of your sexual and reproductive organs. Take in more, letting the red energy from below heat up to a glowing orange surge… Now let the air rush out and begin to consciously relax your genital muscles, buttocks, abdomen, hips, and pelvis. Breathe the warm energy into the second chakra, deep inside your sexual center. Allow the power generated below to surge upwards and spread out at this second energy level, like warm, orange lava flowing out of a volcano. The Solar Plexus Chakra is located just above the navel and below the chest. This Chakra is a focus point for our force of will and our sense of transformation. Concentration and control of our personal energies originate from this point. One’s sense of power and authority, as well as self-control and discipline of the ego converge here.

Now take a deeper inhalation and lift your awareness to the third chakra, the abdominal/solar plexus center in your belly. While exhaling, let your attention settle here in your middle, your center of gravity. The colour changes from orange to radiant bright yellow.

Imagine that your breath comes not through your nose, but directly into your belly. Feel the air flowing into your guts. As you meditate on this glowing power center, sense the force within your diaphragm that moves your breath in and out automatically. Allow that innate rhythm free range to determine the depth and pace of your breathing and feel how it gently affects the surrounding areas. Continue letting all your stomach muscles relax deeper and feel the entire diaphragm itself relaxing.

The Heart Chakra is located at the center of the chest and is the focus for love and understanding. This Chakra also nurtures the rarefied feeling of unconditional or divine love, love that goes beyond the physical.
Take another slightly deeper inhalation and draw your attention up to the center of your chest. Take in more. As you exhale, settle your awareness on this heart center, and imagine it feeling stronger, while at the same time reopening all previous levels in succession.

The fourth chakra rules the heart, lungs, thymus, and adrenals. The native element is air, and the feelings are light and expansive. The colour is emerald, green, nature’s own colour of life, nourishment, and healing.

The transition from third to fourth chakra is a major evolutionary step, and one that differentiates you from most of the animals. Here, you have the potential for looking beyond your personal ego and melodrama, achieving some sense of balance between yourself and the world.

This is the center of the higher faculties: love, compassion, empathy, forgiveness, and self-sacrifice. Here we become conscious participants in our own evolution. The heart is the center of the true calling of all human souls: pure unconditional love.

The Throat Chakra is located in the throat area between one’s chin and the top of the sternum. This Chakra is linked to one’s powers of communication. Through this Chakra, one can realize truth and knowledge, honesty, kindness, and wisdom and how these elements can be conveyed through thoughtful speech.

Now inhale somewhat forcefully and pull all that energy up from the deep red root center, through the orange sexual/regenerative center, and up and through the yellow power plexus, and the green heart level, and into your throat area, which is a beautiful blue colour. Hold the air and energy in for a moment while relaxing… take in more. Now relax and soften your tongue, vocal cords, epiglottis, neck muscles, shoulders, arms, and hands. With each exhalation, feel the radiant energy in your thyroid at the base of the neck, and throughout your entire upper respiratory tract. Sigh out the sound, “ah…” Open the throat chakra.

The Brow Chakra is located in the forehead, right above our eyes. This is also known as the region of the “Third Eye” in Buddhist and other belief systems. This Chakra is related to our perception beyond the physical realm. Intuition, insight, and imagination can all be associated with this Chakra.

With the throat chakra remaining open, take a deeper breath in, and lift your awareness to the psychic center between your eyebrows, in the middle of your forehead. Then relax deeply and imagine that each breath has the effect of opening this “Third Eye” center, like a window opening to a morning sunrise. Allow the brilliant light directly into your forehead center, splashing a rainbow of colour through your brain. You feel your head getting more transparent. Now picture a radiant super-natural indigo light flooding in through your eyes and brain, illuminating your consciousness in all directions and dimensions.

The Crown Chakra is located at the very top of the head. This Chakra is associated directly with dealings of the mind and spirit. This Chakra is deeply tied to the exploration of one’s consciousness and place in space and time.

Breathe in and come up. Hold it. Release. The crown chakra.. It is like a thousand-petalled lotus opening upward from the top of your head. This “fontanelle” is where you enter and exit the physical body as a soul evolving through endless incarnations and forms.
The glands are the pituitary and thalamus, deep in the brain. The colour is luminous super-natural violet, reaching up to the brilliant white of pure cosmic consciousness itself. In the throat center, you are knowledge. In the eyebrow center you are intuition. In the crown you are wisdom.

How to Practice Chakra Meditation:
Chakra Meditation can be practised sitting or lying.
Close your eyes and adjust your body and clothes.
Take a deep breath and relax.
Take a few minutes to settle down and then practise Ujjayi Pranayama. Try to practice the latter for a little while.

Now bring awareness to the spinal passage, such that you feel the breath move up from the bottom to the top. Spend a few minutes establishing this inner breath pattern up and down. Ascend with inhalation and descend with exhalation.

Begin to locate chakras within that channel. You need not pinpoint the exact location, just focus on the general areas. Try to feel the location of each station and mentally repeat its name as you pass by it. On your way up mentally repeat from Mooldhara to Ajna, and way down reverse the order.

Just before finishing let go of the breath sound, then name and chant ‘Om’ thrice.

Intuitive Healing

Hi.
Thank you for coming back to read another blog of mine. Today I want to share an experience I made, during a Intuitive Healing session.

I have several Healing Modalities “under my belt”, so I would consider myself well experienced in what I do. But I am also a Nurse and so can draw more in depth conclusions.
Intuitive Healing is akin with Spiritual Healing. Small difference being, we are dealing with a human being, in this life time and this life time’s problems, hurt, sorrows, pain, happiness, euphoria, depression…….. Love and the lack of. So we are dealing with accumulated emotions. Emotions, if negative and left to exist, grow like a cancer and eat you inside out, until you either have a”burn-out” or “call it quits”.

I recently had a client in, who had for 40 years always been a public servant; serving, attending to the general public. Most times, she enjoyed this position and other times felt resentment as could never offer their children the holidays, that other parents perhaps could and would. But she was a hard working person; juggling work and home simultaneously. Despite her efforts she increasingly felt unsupported by family members.

One year, after work pulling at her strings, children pulling at her strings, extended family pulling at her strings, feeling there was no escaping …. the ceiling was coming down …. she became ill. She needed surgery and not a small, insignificant surgery. It was that type of surgery where you would require recuperation post surgery. Ideally 3 weeks. Not 3 days. No sooner had she been discharged home, it was expected of her to return to work, to be present, this was her duty! “If she was well enough to be discharged …. she was well enough to work again!” This was the work’s philosophy. Just let this sink in for a moment. Imagine that the sick certification, excusing you from work, did not exist. Imagine, if you had had hysterectomy (6 weeks recuperation and no lifting is recommended), or carpel tunnel surgery or got bone pinned or heart valve replacement or thyroid surgery or collapsed lung or robotic prostate surgery….. you get the idea.
You return to work with all expectations as before surgery and more. No support. Just keep giving. Now you see CAM and find a Reiki practitioner and you attend and you come home with such positive experience. You felt Human again. You felt energised. You can face the “Music and dance” again. And it goes well for a while. You are coping.

But, there is still this one thing nagging on you. The lack of family support, the constant digging in the ribs, the constant words in your ears: ” more is expected of you” …. ” you are the face of this business” …. ” it is your duty to greet the general public, to welcome them in, so show them around….” …… ” if something goes wrong, only you are to be blamed….” and the actual story and background I am not discussing here.

Years go by, the pressure is weighing you down, you remember how beneficial that Reiki treatment was and seek out another. But all goes horribly wrong. Not the Reiki session, but the session that occurred in the next room, with this child screaming in terror, you are told that this child is possessed and is being cleared … all is okay … don’t worry. But something happened to you. Again, the actual story and background I am not discussing here.

Being born to parents who spent their childhood in WWII. Affection and Emotion was left out … never having been told “I love you, my child”. As an adult, you find the love you later marry and have children with. But his parents were no different to your parents. Same circumstances. WW2 has a lot to answer for. Any war, for that matter. And again, the actual story and background I am not discussing here.

The years move on. Work is getting tougher, and so is life. You try your best and that is still not good enough. Resentment, anger, frustration are born. These emotions fester and linger and are never dealt with. Well you think they are, but they are never addressed. Your body is showing signs of physical unwellness. You seek out medical help, seek out holistic help and it works to a degree but the body refuses to heal.

In TCM Anger resides in the Liver. In TCM we have three brains: upper, middle and lower dantien = head, heart and bowel. Liver meridian point for Anger is T5.
My client arrived, requesting Vibrational Therapy. She had also read Dr Brad Nelson’s Emotion Code and had practiced his exercises (including the use of magnets) and all went well, but woke this morning feeling just like she had after that “bad” Reiki experience all them years ago. Memories came flooding back. Didn’t want to leave her bed, for only she had an appointment with me.

I had all my tuning forks laid out. Had the candles lit. Diffusing some nice, refreshing, invigorating essential oils. We had a cup of tea first … chatted …. got to learn of the above history. Thank God I had a full box of tissues handy.

Anger, frustration, resentment.
This glass is full to the rim but where to or how to empty this safely?
What or how much hate lies at the bottom of this glass and how much at the top?
What is the easiest approach to healing the past in this life time?
We discussed our options.
Kept returning to this full glass.

Intuitive Healing is akin to Spiritual Healing:
To quote the King James Bible: “Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. ” 1 John 3:18….
How much do you love yourself?
I say: In order to empty that full glass of anger, frustration and resentment, one needs to start forgiving oneself, before forgiving those who were/are unjust towards you.
“Ya…. but …. I have already forgiven them….”
And did the problem go away in your body? If the glass is full to the rim, can you still add more without it overflowing?
“NO!”
Exactly. So all them years ago, your “house of cards” came tumbling down when you experienced that “Burn-Out” effect and started that downward spiral into depression. The “house of cards” fell because the foundation was pulled from under your feet. Like an earthquake, the foundation was shuck and the vibrational energy travelled up and all came crumbling down. But the “house of cards” that is YOU was never rebuilt to its original form. In fact, the broken layers were just thrown on top of each other, just enough to make you function, but were never healed. So the glass is full.

This was my approach. Visualise this full glass being a multicoloured candle, like a chakra candle. In order to reach the bottom, we have to burn away slowly from the top. So let’s light this candle.
Visualise the top layer of your full glass, the emotion here is the “smallest” of all in this glass. Baby steps. We will work our way down and even the Top of a Mountain, belongs to the Base of a Mountain. So visualise what that top layer represents to you and what colour do you give this?
“Dark Violet, nearly black”.
Very good. What colour would you like it to be for it to be released and set free as it no longer serves you today?
“Baby blue”.
Excellent. Breathe in that Baby Blue colour to that top layer and exhale that violet-black and continue so until your outbreath is equal to your inbreath. Ly down on to your front and need to address your Anger. T5. I need to “rock” your foundation, well not YOUR foundation, but that at the bottom of that glass. 32Hz weighted tuning fork. NOTE to self: Wear a thumb support. Moved on to 64Hz weighted. Working the meridinas on both sides of body. Yin and Yang. What goes in, must go out.
528Hz into Aura. Now roll onto your back. Magnets. Dantiens. Starting at the lower. Scanning with my hand I feel heat and vibration, vibration like bubbling water. Not good. Liver Running magnets over lower dantien – I feel some resistance to “let go”. I move on to Head. I see her grimace. I continue. She’s still focusing on her breathing exercise. Her face relaxes. Nearly smiling. I move back to lower dantien. I work the magents over her. I repeat and repeat and then, something quite unexpected happened.
She exhales . .. and this time (and if you are in the medical field you’ll understand this) on her breath was a strong metabolic odour. She’s not a diabetic. She does not have liver disease.
I asked her what colour was her outbreath …. baby blue!
Job done! And this was just the top layer.
She returned to “the here and now”.
“WOAAAAAAAA
OMG
If this was just the top layer…… how will I do and feel when all layers are gone?”

I gave her instructions what do for herself at home.
This session took about 2.5hrs.

Thank you for dropping by and reading my blog. Until the next story, stay well.
