Introduction
In recent weeks, a striking energetic pattern has emerged in my clinical and intuitive practice: multiple women presenting with complete chakra lockdown. This is not the common sluggishness or emotional congestion many people carry, but a full-system freeze affecting the Earth Star, all seven primary chakras, and the Soul Star. The pattern is precise, repeatable, and—crucially—collective.
As both a medical practitioner and an intuitive healer, I am documenting this emerging phenomenon to bring clarity to an escalating issue in the feminine field. What I observed in three separate women, each on the same day and with no connection to one another, indicates a larger energetic wave moving through the collective.
What is Full-System Chakra Lockdown?
A full-system freeze presents as:
Earth Star: inactive, unresponsive, no grounding dynamic
Root to Crown: unmoving, silent, withdrawn
Soul Star: disconnected, unlit, sealed
Aura: flattened or collapsed inwards
Nervous System: in dorsal-parasympathetic freeze (shutdown response)
This is not depression or simple burnout. It is a whole-system protective mechanism; the energetic equivalent of the body curling into a ball to survive.
Why the Solar Plexus Collapses First
Among all chakras, the Solar Plexus governs the greatest range of physiological and energetic functions. It influences:
the gut–brain axis
digestion and assimilation
liver, pancreas, adrenal regulation
boundaries
will and personal power
identity, autonomy, direction
In states of overwhelm, fear, pressure, and emotional overload, the Solar Plexus is the first centre to implode. When it collapses, it pulls the entire Chakra column with it, much like a star folding inward during gravitational overload.
Reopening the Solar Plexus becomes the pivotal step. Without it, the system cannot re-engage, reconnect, or climb out of freeze.
Why Women are Affected First
This wave strongly targets the feminine energetic architecture. Women process emotional and collective tension through:
hormonal cycles
relational fields
intuitive sensitivity
ancestral memories
social and maternal expectations
the psychic responsibility of caretaking others
Men respond to overload differently, often through mental dissociation or emotional numbing. Women absorb; men deflect. In collective compression, women reach freeze first.
Collective Triggers Behind the Feminine Shutdown
The cause of this pattern is not individual but environmental and collective. Key contributing factors include:
global instability and heightened fear
solar storms and geomagnetic stress
emotional overload in the collective psyche
information saturation and psychic noise
economic tension and survival concerns
collapse of social structures and support systems
ancestral trauma resurfacing for resolution
The feminine field has become the buffer for humanity’s emotional backlog, leading to widespread energetic collapse.
Case Report: Three Women, One Pattern
In the same month of November 2025, three unrelated women presented with identical energetic architecture:
full freeze from Earth Star to Soul Star
imploded Solar Plexus
diminished will and emotional exhaustion
a sense of being overwhelmed, directionless, or depleted
Despite different life stories, each carried the same imprint of collective pressure. In all three cases, the Solar Plexus was the centre demanding immediate intervention.
Intervention: Why the Solar Plexus Was Reopened First
Reactivating the Solar Plexus initiated:
return of breath and energetic flow
reconnection of the vertical line (Earth Star ↔ Soul Star)
release of tension in the gut and diaphragm
restoration of personal agency and inner stability
Opening any other Chakra first would have been ineffective or destabilising. The Solar Plexus is the command centre in full-system freeze.
Implications for Healers
Based on this emerging pattern, healers should be aware:
More women will present with full-system lockdown.
The Solar Plexus must often be addressed first.
Grounding techniques may fail until the Solar Plexus reopens.
Crown or heart work may overwhelm a frozen system.
Emotional containment and safety must be established before energetic reopening.
Healers may find themselves acting as stabilising nodes for the collective feminine field.
Implications for Humanity
This pattern reflects deeper shifts in consciousness. The feminine is reaching its threshold for emotional labour, generational trauma, and societal expectations. The Solar Plexus collapse signals the end of the era in which women silently carry the weight of the world.
A new phase is emerging—one that demands boundaries, balance, and restoration.
Conclusion
The phenomenon of Solar Plexus collapse in women is not isolated. It is a collective response to overwhelming emotional, psychic, and societal pressures. Documenting these cases helps illuminate a larger process unfolding within the human field—one that calls healers to recognise the signs and support the feminine through this transition.
Further study, documentation, and dialogue will be essential as this wave continues to unfold.
I hope you feel inspired. Look after your body, and it will keep you healthy.

The Seeing Hands: A Journey from Coma to Consciousness
Most people think a coma is like being asleep: dark, silent, empty and yet aware of your surrounding and what was going on around you. But for me, it was the complete opposite. It was the moment everything opened. Not my eyes, but my awareness. At just 7 years old, after a serious post-operative complication, I slipped into a coma that would reshape the rest of my life.
When I woke up, I was not the same little girl.
I had been “somewhere else” – a place without form, without walls, and yet full of presence. I remember it as a soft hum of connection. Of being held in something vaster than the body. And when I returned, it was like someone had turned on an extra sense. Except… it didn’t come through sight. It came through touch.
Please don’t misunderstand me, I never lost the sight in my eyes.
Learning to See – Without My Eyes
In the early days of recovery, something strange began happening. When I touched things or even hovered my hands over people – I felt information. Not just warmth or sensation, but layers. Emotions. Density. Flow. Blockages. Like rivers, jagged stones, or bright currents, moving beneath the skin.
My hands began to see.
Of course, try telling an adult that when you’re 7 and they’ll likely smile, pat your head, and offer you a biscuit.
By nine, I saw energy itself—colours spiralling through the body like living light, the true faces of the chakras (but I didn’t know then that they were called chakras).
We hear often how children and in rare cases some adults, see auras around people. Children believe everyone can, until told differently. I was no different.
But I knew this was real. And, as it turned out, so did someone else.
The Doctor Who Didn’t Laugh
My step-father was an Internist – a logical man, medically trained. But he was also a Reiki Master. Which meant he straddled two worlds: the clinical, and the subtle. When I was 15, his patients with back trouble started showing up at the house. He sent them in with a wink.
“Go on Cathy, take a look at them.”
I would hover my palms and know instantly where the problem was.
Not a guess. Not a hunch. A knowing.
He trusted it. And so did I.
That same year, he attuned me to Reiki Level 1. Not because I wanted to learn how to heal. But because he recognised that I already was a healer and just needed the keys to the temple I’d already been walking through in the dark.
Seeing Chakras… Differently
Here’s where it gets weird (or wonderful, depending on who’s reading).
At age 9, I began seeing (eyes & hands) chakras—and not the way they’re drawn in books. Not perfect spinning wheels with rainbow colours and petal counts. What I saw was alive. More like watery, pulsing orbs of frequency. Shape-shifting, responsive, and personal. They all have “funnels” adhered to them. The larger ones are to our back and front, one large one pointing towards our head and one towards our feet. In between, there are loads of smaller funnels and they have something, like “strings” connected to them. More about this later.
Some were dim, others bright. Some spun fast, some barely moved.
Later on, I’d find the books, the diagrams, the Sanskrit labels… but none of them matched what I had learned through my hands. The body does not lie. The energy system does not lie. And intuition does not wait for a textbook.
The Turning Point or The Path Wasn’t Learned — It Was Always There
That coma did not interrupt my life. It began it.
It taught me that consciousness isn’t confined to the brain. That healing isn’t only a profession; it’s a memory. I didn’t choose this path. It unfolded through me long before I understood it.
The coma also taught me that consciousness is not confined to eyes or words and that it moves through every cell.
Today, when I work as a medical intuitive, I still “see” with my hands. My hands became translators of that knowing. They felt, listened, and eventually saw. Healing ceased to be observation and became communication, a dialogue between the seen and unseen, between matter and memory.
I still trust the quiet information that rises through the palms. And I help others reconnect to their own layers of knowing too, because we all have it. We all are it.
Some of us just get thrown into the deep end a bit earlier.
If You’ve Ever Felt More Than You Could Explain… You’re Not Imagining It
Intuition doesn’t whisper in logic – it speaks in sensation. In resonance. In the things we feel before we understand.
The body is not just a vessel. It’s a tuning fork.
And when we learn how to listen with more than our eyes — healing becomes not just possible, but inevitable.
The Science of Sensory Substitution
Modern neuroscience calls this neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to re-map itself.
Fingertips contain more sensory neurons than any other part of the body.
In those who lose sight, the visual cortex can awaken to touch and sound.
Proprioception and vibration sensitivity sharpen with attention.
In essence, the hands truly can “see.” They translate texture, heat, and electromagnetic change into imagery the mind recognises.
The Subtle Layer — Energy Perception
Beyond the physical nerves lies another spectrum of perception. Every cell emits frequency; every emotion alters the field around it.
When awareness is trained, the hands register these resonances—the difference between calm and chaos, truth and distortion. What science measures as microcurrent, healers feel as life-force.
New Skills – Old Technique
In 2014 I was hospitalised for 3 days. Back in 2013/14 there had been much talk about the Third Eye … how you can switch it off and turn it back on, like a light switch.
I’m in hospital. The lady in the bed next to me, with curtains drawn around her, was pulling my energy. I was too weak to resist her. I then remembered “the flipping of the switch” and so I did.
A mistake I had to learn with to this day.
However, when a seeing person looses their eye-sight, they are taught to “see” and “read” with their hands.
I was discharged from hospital the day before Good Friday. By Easter Sunday I realised, I could not see a person’s chakras. What had happened? “The Light Switch”! Since then I am working on re-opening my Third Eye. But, and here’s the kicker:
I have, since aged 8 (taught to me by my Great-grandmother) always used my pendulum. My Trusted Friend (some people hear me make reference to my pendulum this way).
Translating Touch with the Pendulum
Intuition doesn’t whisper in logic, it speaks in sensation. In resonance. In the things we feel before we understand.
The body is not just a vessel. It’s a tuning fork.
Over time I introduced a bridge: the pendulum. Its swing turns micro-responses of muscle and energy into visible motion. The pendulum doesn’t decide; it amplifies—translating what the body already knows and allowing intuition and logic to converse in harmony.
And when we learn how to listen with more than our eyes — healing becomes not just possible, but inevitable.
Practice for Readers — Awaken the Hand-Senses
Rub your palms together until warmth arises.
Hold them a few centimeters apart; sense the subtle magnetism.
Move them slowly toward a plant, crystal, or another person’s hand.
Observe texture, density, warmth, or coolness.
Journal each session for seven days. Note how your language of feeling evolves.
You are retraining the body’s oldest instrument: feeling as knowing.
Bridging Science and Spirit
Science explains the wiring; spirituality explains the meaning. Together they reveal a complete anatomy of awareness.
In holistic medicine, data and divinity are not rivals; they’re dialects of the same truth: the body is conscious, and consciousness is the physician within.
Closing Reflection
The body never loses its ability to see. When one doorway closes, awareness finds another.
To feel is to witness creation in motion. One pulse, one breath, one infinite conversation through the hands of humankind.
I hope you feel inspired. Look after your body, and it will keep you healthy.

Hello and thank you for coming back. Today’s blog started back in 2019. Yes! Imagine. I started this article, feeling guided and not knowing where it would take me. It didn’t take me far, as my conscious knowledge was still limited. Deep down, I had this Inner Knowing yet did not know how to connect the dots, until now, I think.
This blog might seem like a long read. That is only because I included some A&P for better understanding.
The Chakra or Mind Body Spirit Connection
Chakra is a yogic word from India and literally means a wheel, whereas other cultures have different names for the same part of our energy system; Dantien is the Taoist Chinese, the Hawaiian Huna refer to Auw centres and in the Cabala the name is The Tree of Life. All the cultures have mapped the same energy system.
A definition of Chakra is “a vortex of energy and emissions operated by hormone instigation and by the autonomic nervous system. The Chakras form the front line of the body’s homeostasis.” (Homeostasis: definition in biology is the ability or tendency of the body or a cell to seek and maintain a condition of equilibrium – a stable internal environment — as it deals with external changes). That makes the Chakras very important indeed. Their electrical function can be likened to transformers to feed the higher voltage energy fields of the aura into the sub-circuits of lower electro-magnetic energy of the meridian system. The Chakra and the meridian systems are therefore intrinsically linked in order to form a distribution network for the life force energy.
I read some time back of an experiment where two scientific investigators of vital life force were testing the theory that we need energy from outside of us in order to live. One of the men was connected to a heart/vital signs monitor and then his crown and heart chakras were covered with lead. The other scientist was so startled by how quickly his colleague’s vital life signs were diminishing they had to immediately stop the experiment because if it continued, he would die.
Every organ, tissue, gland and cell in the body depends on a regular and uninterrupted supply of this energy in order to carry out the process of sustaining life. If the energy flow is restricted, shielded or blocked it can eventually lead to illness or disease. By finding and correcting the imbalance of the whole system of energy, we help to restore the natural equilibrium and good health.
The laws governing Quantum Physics has demonstrated that everything in the Universe is made up of vibrational fields, including the human body.
Ancient Chinese and Indian medicines are both advocates of unblocking and releasing energy disturbances inside and outside the body in order to alleviate the symptoms of disease. The vital life-source energy systems of the chakras and meridians are barely acknowledged or used in western medicine; in western culture the emphasis is on the things that can be seen under the microscope.
Chakras, meridians, aura and other energies in the body are collectively known as subtle energies of human and animal bodies. They interact with, and depend upon, the energy from the Earth and the Universe. As the experiment above indicated, if that source is blocked, we die. Recharging these energies is also dependent on breathing, eating healthy foods and drinking pure water. There are seven main chakras (there are actually more, but they are not connected directly with the body’s vital systems, including the meridians) which are shown in the diagram, and they are numbered from the low to high on the body. The name of each is the associated part of the body where they are found:
7. Crown 6. Third eye or brow 5. Throat 4. Heart 3. Solar plexus 2. Sacral 1. Root or base
Our instincts are involved with the lower chakras, thoughts and feelings with the higher chakras. Up to 12 chakras can be activated in some people but the others are not the subject of this article. The chakras are typically depicted with an associated colour; colours in the light spectrum have a unique vibrational frequency and therefore so do the chakras.
Some people have the gift of being able to see the energy colours, such as the author and energy worker Donna Eden. Donna writes that the colours are unique to every person. In her book Energy Medicine, she describes the chakras as having seven layers each of which corresponds with areas of life. This concept starts at the top layer which is related to recent events that have yet to be integrated into the energy. Then through the events of early life reaching down to the seventh layer. The seventh layer can be concerned with other lives lived (by the soul) and of unfulfilled potential that is waiting for the right time to bloom from the wisdom of the soul. Our chakras, therefore, show our biography.
Our mental, emotional and physical health requires the Chakra energies to be clear and free-flowing. All manner of health problems can occur when the Chakras are out of balance. Examples include where head and heart are imbalanced it can lead to difficulties in relationships. The organs in the region of any Chakra will reflect an imbalance seen in the Chakra and vice-versa. The chakras can have various levels of activity. When the Chakras are described as “open,” they are considered to be healthy. Ideally, all chakras would contribute to our well-being. Our instincts would work together with our feelings and thinking. However, this may not be the case. Some chakras are not open enough (being under-active), and to compensate, other chakras are over-active. The ideal state is where the chakras and their associated organs are balanced.
Meridians
There are 14 meridians in total. The meridian system is comprised of twelve principal meridians which are distribution paths for the energy in the body. There are also two centreline meridians, the central or conceptual and governing, act as vessels to store the energy inside the body. Given the characteristics of each meridian and the service they provide to the organs, we refer to them individually, but they are in fact a single system which is fully integrated with the chakras. The meridians are powerful circuitry in the body that:
Are high speed information channels for the organs to communicate with the external environment.
Provide the energy for homeostasis and allow the transport of energy (chi/prana) to the organs.
Have electrical properties and the acupressure points along them are mini torsion (twisting) fields which act as amplifying capacitors for the information travelling along the meridian.
Acupressure points have an increased level of electrical charge and respond to touch, needles, light and sound vibrations or other stimulus.
Transmit energy many times faster than the nervous system; the speed of transmission can be compared with the telephone network of copper versus fibre optic cabling.
The diagram shows an approximate view of the flow of energy through the meridians and references their associated organs. Notice that some are on the front of the body, such as stomach and liver, bladder is on the back whereas heart, small and large intestine are on the arms. They all have start and end points and where one finishes, another starts nearby.
Recent scientific discoveries are proving that this ancient, almost mythological, energy is very real. Its effects have been measured in the laboratory; it constitutes a fifth force which has been overlooked by Western physics. The scientific world has slowly started to acknowledge the wisdom of the ancient cultures and calls the meridian network the Primo Vascular system. When the internal and external aspects of our lives become at odds with each other we become dissonant which is a lack of harmony or inflexibility. This could be for example, from stress at work causing dis-ease in the body due to the inability of energy to flow.
When you understand the traits and properties of each of
the main energy centres and how they interact with the body, you can begin to appreciate the energetic link to physical disorders and ailments. This includes how energy and other levels of your consciousness such as thoughts and feelings impact the body; an imbalance in a Chakra can manifest as dysfunction or disease within the body.
From the alternative energy medicine point of view, we consider dis-ease in the body a more appropriate description. Dis-ease can usually be identified and re-balanced.
Before we go any further, let me refresh your anatomy and physiology of our body:
Now you are up-to-date the our body’s systems.
Therapeutic Measures to Balance Chakras and Meridians
See Mel’s experience of her Biofield Viewer with Kinesiology treatment – written in her own words: “As an experienced and qualified Kinesiologist I use a number of techniques to support homeostasis for a client, otherwise called a re-balance. Any re-balancing involves the elements of physical structure, nutrition, emotions in priority order, as well as the energy flow of Chakras and meridians. By connecting all these components balance can be restored. With the addition of the Biofield Viewer (TM) technology as a therapeutic tool, both of us can see the energy of your Chakras, biofield and the inner most etheric layer in your biofield. This specialist real-time imaging system captures photographs which are translated into psychedelic images by sophisticated software and colour coding to show the detected subtle layers of electromagnetic activity around your body. This is a highly effective way of locating energy which is not flowing or is being shielded for some past or present reason. Where this is the case, it is likely to be creating imbalances in the body’s finely tuned systems and organs. The Biofield Viewer is able to show Chakra energies. This is a substantial scientific discovery as the chakras are very significant in your overall health and well-being.
This visual reinforcement is very powerful for healing. It could be likened to a parent seeing the ultrasound scan of their unborn child; it makes it feel more real and is often easier to engage with the development of the baby for both mother and father; or in our case, for you to engage with the energies in your body.
The innermost layer of the biofield is known as the etheric layer. The Biofield Viewer in 3D mode makes this field visible making it possible to track even the smallest vents of bio-photons, which is a sign of impending issues. In this mode, images of the etheric field are dramatically shown in three dimensions. See image examples below.
The shades and strength of colours have meaning. Here is an example of a Biofield image and the interpretation of what it is showing; it provides analysis information to discuss with you and to use in the Kinesiology treatment that will follow. This next example below shows images of two men; the picture on the left shows a man in good health with greater prevalence of green and narrow bands which indicate a healthier landscape in the body. The man on the right has congested energy which is depicted by the pools of bright pinks.
The 3D images are dramatically different from both the biofield and Chakra images. In the following example, by viewing her 3D images we found that the client was ungrounded. Being ungrounded can cause disruption in the body’s electrical systems and make you feel unsettled.
The two images shown were taken less than five minutes apart.
Taking a set of images is a fast, easy and non-invasive process. Images taken before and a few days after your treatment will reveal the energy improvement that have been made.
Leaving a gap before taking the second set of images gives time for your energies to settle.“
Are you still with me?
I hear you brain ticking and thinking: Just how does all this connected with chakras, meridians and our body?
I will try to explain with more tables and pictures. Baring in mind that this knowledge isn’t brand-new, well it is kinda, for us in the Western Hemisphere it is. In the Eastern Hemisphere the yogic/Ayurveda of India and the Daoist/Taoist of China, both carry this knowledge for 6000+ years. The Three Tan Tien.
They already discovered the Mind, Body and Spirit connection. The Body part is our physical body. The Spirit part are our chakras The Mind part is our perception of the world around us, aka Biofield/Aura.
Okay … I hear another question coming up: And how exactly do Mind, Body and Spirit connect?
M-E-R-I-D-I-A-N-S That’s how.
Our Meridians are the “fiber optic” highspeed internet, connecting to our organs and Chakra. The Central/Conceptual and the Governing Meridians are the body’s main Highway/Motorway. These then branch off to dual-carriage ways, side roads, lanes and paths. Now visualise the dual-carriage ways connect to an organ; each organ connects to its neighbour via the side road. The lanes connect to our lymphatic, circulatory and nervous systems. The paths to our sensory systems and beyond … like to our auras, our biofield.
Chakras and Related Anatomy Summary
The following chart summarises the relationship between the Chakra, anatomical areas and the inner-self aspect with the related meridian.
I really hope you enjoyed this crash course into your human vessel and know what makes it tick.

Today I want to share my April 2020 article again. I feel some things have changed since, but only superficially. I sense a lot of resentment and anger still in people.
“There is a time when we should hear the certain calls ‘Cause the world it seems it’s right in this line ‘Cause there’s a chance for taking in needing our own lives It seems we need nothing at all I used to feel I should give away my heart And it shows that fear of needing them Then I read the headlines and it said they’re dying there And it shows that we must heed instead” Michael Jackson
The veil is rapidly thinning. I also feel the “last of the sleepers” are going to experience a rude awakening. They shall have questions and a great sense of feeling overwhelmed by the Truth.
Many Starseeds and Lightworkers have been preparing for this moment since the start of the infamous lockdown of 2020/21. We are now sitting patiently for this nefarious bubble burst. It is not going to be nice. And yet, united we have become so strong, as One, we shall defeat the poisons out there. As One we help those lost, unite with us. As One, we Heal the World, because WE ARE THE WORLD
“We are the world We are the children We are the ones who make a brighter day So let’s start giving There’s a chance we’re taking We’re taking our own lives It’s true we’ll make a brighter day Just you and me“ Michael Jackson

Hello and thank you for joining me here today.
My name is Catherine Dunne. I am a Nurse, Holistic Practitioner, Energy and Intuitive Healer, Spiritualist and Teacher. I am also the Author of the last two Reiki Attunements from the Reiki Grandmaster Series, called Forgiveness and Gratitude.
Thanks to the current “lockdown” I have found time to watch all those things, I normally struggle to watch. I’ve been watching OUT OF SHADOWS OFFICIAL (by the same name). I’ve also been watching Laura Eisenhower, Magenta Pixie, and Edge of Wonder, to name a few.
I am also a fan of Magenta Pixie, and I am sure, many of you are following her, too. Her books are a conversation with the “Nine”. Four days ago, she made this video Three Step Process to Stargate Ascension in Lockdown (Full Monadic Download)),which I ended up watching twice, as it stirred something within me.
Magenta speaks of Ho’oponopono, Fear, Emotional Integration, Declaration of Sovereignty and Forgiveness and Gratitude. The steps Magenta speaks of are:
THREE STEPS
STEP ONE
Understanding the dark plan – Feel the fear and integrate the Emotion(s)
STEP TWO
Declaration of Sovereignty ; laying down your boundaries
With step 3, you are turning around the negative effects from step 2, making them positive and so laying down a new contract to the universe.
STEP THREE
Forgiveness and Gratitude to be sent out to the Being of the Cosmic Universe.
Lets see, what this means:
Ignorance or “being ignorant” means Your response due to lack of knowledge/understanding. So, we learn of a virus, and it is highly contagious but fail to understand why so many people are dying.
Fear. To witness the spreading of and over many countries seemingly simultaneously … like a tsunami rolling in from the sea and you are helpless. Three Step Process to Stargate Ascension in Lockdown (Full Monadic Download)
Anger. You are ordered to stay at home. You are being told, you are not an “essential worker”. You are told, you cannot visit family and friends. A close person to you is dying. You are told to keep away. You witness, despite restrictions in place, how many are ignoring them, placing you and your loved ones at great risk, perhaps. Your Anger, because you are also running out of things to do: i.e. home painting and decorations, DIY projects and so forth leads you to become frustrated.
Frustration leads to Resentfulness, Desperation and Depression. Even paranoia.
All of those attributes are very negative. It also seems you cannot “run away” from this either. The “news” of increasing numbers of infected cases; increasing numbers of death by virus, is in your face all day long. You wake in the morning, turn on the radio you’re listening to it…. You turn on the TV and you are seeing it, you cannot buy the newspaper, so you resort to internet newspapers and those are usually just headline chasers, but you are now reading the words. There is no escaping it. Or is there? This constant bullying with slow drip fear feeding, eats away on our very substance, our essence, the person you were born to be. They, the Darkworkers are nearly having you where they want you to be, on your knees. This has to stop. This is emotional rape, I think. The human is a mammal and like all animals, we need social connectiveness.
“I used to feel, I should give away my heart And it shows that we are needing in there Then I read the headlines And it said they’re dying there And it showed that we was heeding a stand“ Michael Jackson
So STEP ONE
Understanding the dark plan – Feel the fear and integrate the Emotion(s). How do you integrate emotions? Feel them, meditate on them and release the negative energy. After this is done, you move on to
STEP TWO
Declaration of Sovereignty; laying down your boundaries. (For a better understanding best go to YouTube and watch Laura Eisenhower’s Message to the Dark Controllers).
How? Verbalise or write down for yourself or to the public that you have never given permission to be broken like a wild horse. You’ve never given, nor will you give permission to let Fear into your life. You do not Consent for the Darkworkers to take control over your life. Once you have this achieved you move to
STEP THREE
Forgiveness and Gratitude to be sent out to the Being of the Cosmic Universe.
“Now there’s a time when we must love at all And it seems that life, it don’t make love at all But everyday and I love you more and more It’s she and I, didn’t do it better.” Michael Jackson
“There’s a chance we’re taking We’re taking our whole lives It’s true, we’ll make a brighter day Just you and me.” Michael Jackson
2016/17 I studied Ho’oponopono. What is Ho’oponopono?
Ho‘oponopono, the Hawaiian forgiveness process, allows us to cut the aka connection. This means essentially clearing out preconceptions in how we view others. It helps create new connections and rejuvenate relationships with the help of Divinity. The word “forgive” means to wipe the slate clean, to pardon, to cancel a debt. When we wrong someone, we seek his or her forgiveness in order for the relationship to be restored. It is important to remember that forgiveness is not granted because a person deserves to be forgiven. Instead, it is an act of love, mercy, and grace.
FORGIVENESS
To quote Thomas Szasz:
“The stupid neither forgive nor forget; the naïve forgive and forget; the wise forgive but do not forget.”
To quote me from the RGM Series Level 19 = Dai Yōsha = Great Forgiveness
“Forgiving others comes later. First you must forgive yourself. This requires taking responsibility for your own learning process, and having the courage to sweat!”
To quote me from the RGM Series Level 20 = Dai Kansha = Great Appreciation = Gratitude
Online definition:
“Gratitude means thanks and appreciation. … Gratitude, which rhymes with “attitude,” comes from the Latin word gratus, which means “thankful, pleasing.” When you feel gratitude, you’re pleased by what someone did for you and, also pleased by the results. “
My definition:
“When we have learnt to practice Forgiveness, what follows, is a moment of nothingness, quietness and after a while of zero state, the Divine talks to you in form of inspiration. But before this can happen, we go through a phase of feeling lighter, elated, thankful. A weight has been lifted. Because you were able to let go, you have made room for something new, like hope, love, happiness, appreciation or gratitude to fill the void.”

“We are the world We are the children We are the ones who make a brighter day So let’s start giving There’s a chance we’re taking We’re taking our own lives It’s true we’ll make a brighter day Just you and me“ Michael Jackson
Meditation
The technique is similar, as the other symbols Dai.
It deals with just your upper body. It does not matter if you are sitting in the Lotus position or sitting on a chair.
Take 3 deep cleansing breaths, in through your nose and out hard, through your mouth and visualise a bright light from heaven which, enters in through your Crown Chakra and flows through the body, hands and feet until it is finally comes out again.
During this meditation, awareness rises that one is in contact with the Universal Life Energy and that we are in a lifetime of change, and that we should prepare for a new era. So let us start; and meditate for 15 minutes.
I love you. I’m sorry. Please forgive me. I thank you.

In the world of holistic healing, Reiki has gained immense popularity for its ability to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Central to the practice of Reiki is the concept of energy, and one powerful technique that helps Reiki practitioners tap into this energy is Byosen Reikan Ho scanning. Byosen Reikan Ho scanning is a method used to identify areas of imbalance and blocked energy within the body, allowing the practitioner to focus their healing intentions and facilitate the flow of energy to promote healing. In this blog, we will delve a little into the intricacies of Byosen Reikan Ho scanning in Reiki and explore how it can unlock the key to harnessing the healing potential of energy.
If Byosen Reikan Ho is the Body and Aura Scanning or Intuitive (psychic) Sensing of Imbalances, then Byogen Chiryo Ho is the Finding the Root of a Problem.
Understanding the Concept of Energy in Reiki Healing
Before we dive deeper into the world of Byosen Reikan Ho scanning, it is essential to understand the fundamental concept of energy in Reiki healing. Reiki practitioners believe that energy, also known as qi, ki or chi, flows through the body, nourishing and sustaining it. However, when this energy becomes stagnant or blocked, it can lead to physical, emotional, and mental ailments. Byosen Reikan Ho scanning aims to identify these areas of stagnation or blockages, allowing the practitioner to direct healing energy to those specific areas and restore balance; this also affects our Chakras.
In Reiki, energy is not limited to the physical body but extends beyond it. It encompasses the Aura, Chakras, and Meridians, which are vital components of the body’s energy system. Byosen Reikan Ho scanning helps the practitioner detect imbalances in these energy fields, providing valuable insights into the underlying causes of a person’s health issues. By gaining a deeper understanding of energy and its flow, Reiki practitioners can better facilitate the healing process and support their clients in achieving optimal well-being. A Reiki Practitioner who has studied many varied Energy Healing modalities, will understand the Energy signatures of a healthy organ, a healthy body and so becomes more sensitive, more intuitive.
Let’s begin by teasing out a meaning of the words. Byosen Reikan Ho, a Japanese Reiki practice taught in Okuden Reiki Level II, is a phrase composed of five kanji:
病 Byo = illness, sickness
前 Sen = present, complete, uniform (there are other kanji for Sen, having meanings such as before, ahead, previous, future, precedence, gland)
靈 Rei = sacred, spirit, soul
感 Kan = impression, feeling, sensation, emotion
法 Ho = method, rule, model, system
A literal translation of the kanji would be ‘illness present sacred impression method.’ Since that translation doesn’t easily glide over the tongue, a simpler and more user friendly translation of Byosen Reikan Ho would be ‘method for sensing sacred impressions of an illness.’ Byosen is concerned with the ‘energetic sensation’ perceived at areas of dis-harmony or dis-ease.
Whenever there is a dis-ease, dis-harmony or dis-order in a person’s energetic makeup (whether or not the individual is aware of it) there will always be an accompanying ‘energetic sensation’, referred to as hibiki (‘resonance’) – providing one is aware of what to look for – and providing one has developed the necessary sensitivity skills to perceive it.
What does that actually mean?
Illness can be anything — a broken arm, stress, cancer, anger, attachments, ignorance, you name it. Impressions are what are known in Japanese as Hibiki, which means echo, reverberation, or sound. It is said that a seasoned practitioner can infer from the Hibiki the cause, current status, and amount of treatment required to heal the dis-ease. These impressions are sometimes referred to as intuition, which can be felt in your body, seen as a visual image, heard as a sound, or experienced in another kinaesthetic way. And, within the system of Reiki, the method is a hands-on method with the body.
Kan and Hibiki
Before proceeding further, let’s look at this idea of an impression (kan) as an echo (hibiki).
What is an echo? The scientific definition states that an echo is simply a reflection of sound or electromagnetic waves on an obstructing surface. Bringing that definition into the Byosen Reikan Ho practice, when we are doing a hands-on method over our client’s body, our hands are the obstructing surface that enable us to experience the energetic waves of the client’s illness.
However, everything we experience is filtered through our personal interpretations of how the world works and what is important to us.
These filters — which are defined by our society, where we grew up, what we learn from school, parents, our personal practice, etc.— are different from one person to another.
Allow me to explain the Byosen Reikan Ho levels:
A lesser known facet of Byosen Reikan Ho scanning is that it presents itself to the practitioner as different detectable levels; these levels are indicators of the degree of byosen present in physical and subtle bodies. Recognizing these levels during a Reiki treatment is a beneficial source of information.
These are presented here in order of increasing intensity. Most practitioners are familiar with the sensations but may not be aware of their significance during treatment.
Heat (the first level of sensation intensity) – The heat level is higher than normal during a Reiki treatment. This level indicates a certain accumulation of toxins.
Strong heat (second level) – The heat experienced by the practitioner may become uncomfortable and the palms may begin to sweat. This indicates a higher concentration of toxins.
Tingling (third level) – This can be experienced as a “needle” sensation or a buzzing sensation in the hands. It can also manifest as numbness or a “pull” sensation. This level indicates a more severe level of toxic accumulation.
Throbbing, cold (fourth level) – The practitioner may experience this level as a throbbing sensation in the hands, which may also become uncomfortable. The manifestation of the cold, as well as the strong pulsations, indicate that the affected part contains a substantial accumulation of toxic energy, probably due to an infection or an unresolved problem for a long time.
Pain (fifth level) – This refers to the pain felt in the hands and sometimes in other areas of the practitioner. The pain may be limited to the fingertips or fingers. However, it can also occur in the whole hand, wrist and arm up to the shoulder. This is, of course, the most severe level of byosen. When the practitioner feels pain, it is necessary to maintain the position of the hand and channel Reiki until the pain disappears, which indicates a decrease in byosen. The presence of pain is an energy signal and does not pose a threat to the practitioner’s health. However, if this sensation occurs, you can shake your hands two or three times. In my practice, I have experienced the sensation of pain sometimes during a treatment and I am always grateful for this unmistakable signal.
Dai Yōsha and Dai Kansha
Dai = The Great
Yōsha = Forgiveness
Kansha = Appreciation/Gratitude
“When we have learnt to practice Forgiveness, what follows, is a moment of nothingness, quietness and after a while of zero state, the Divine talks to you in form of inspiration. But before this can happen, we go through a phase of feeling lighter, elated, thankful. A weight has been lifted. Because you were able to let go, you have made room for something new, like hope, love, happiness, appreciation or gratitude to fill the void.” (Catherine W Dunne, Ireland 2016)
A few weeks ago, a gentleman rings to make an appointment. His wife had shared a blog I had written: Mixed Emotions . He felt inspired but didn’t know what type of treatment he actually wanted.
To continue with this story, let’s call him Christian. He is aged late 50s, early 60s. A few years back he had been involved in a multi car traffic accident, his car was written off, so were two other cars. Many badly injured, Christian was very lucky. His shock made him leave his mangled car and try to help others. Fact was, he should have not been physically able to do any of the First Aid. The driver who caused this accident was unharmed. His passenger, his brother though, spent the rest of his years in hospital care. The damage to his body was irreversible. The driver was elderly, and with his brother, had just been to visit their terminally ill sister. Christian is left with fused vertebras in his neck. So his range of movement in his neck is limited.
Christian was not sure why he came, just knew, after having read Mixed Emotions, that he had to. We chatted about this accident and how he felt then and today. Whilst chatting, I scanned his body. I started with assessing his Chakras. All fine, except his Heart Chakra: stopped. Then body brushing – Byosen Reikan Ho: Heaviness, imbalance and a buzzing sensation over his lungs.
TCM:
He has mild COPD, but this is not what I was sensing. Lungs: Familial. Did something happen in his childhood? Denied. We continue discussing all possibilities and I kept returning to this accident.
During my scanning and continued assessing, we were talking about Christian’s emotions after this car accident. What surfaced was his inability to control his anger-outbursts. As years went on, the anger and frustration grew within him.
Had Christian forgiven the driver?
“Yeah! Absolutely! Sure, … his sister was terminal, … and … his brother is permanently crushed and hospitalised as a result from this accident … his mind was not on the road …. His mind was occupied with his terminal sister… ”.
And still. I was drawn to this accident.
Suddenly, it was I who became overwhelmed, emotionally overwhelmed. Tearful, crying. I was still applying Healing. But there was a sense of Gratitude Dai Kansha, coming through. An energy. Not Christian’s.
Christian laid there, seeing my emotional outburst, and was confused.
Then I understood: The Driver. He was attached to Christian. He wanted to find a way to ask Christian for Dai Yōsha. Forgiveness.
With Byogen Chiryo Ho, Byosen Reikan Ho and focused energy healing – Reiki – Vibrational Therapy – Pendulum Therapy, we allowed the healing to come through. Christian immediately felt ‘lighter’. He hadn’t realised that what he was feeling in his body, the heaviness, the dreariness, his anger outbursts … had its root cause at the time of the accident. 12 years earlier.
Later that day, I received a WhatsApp message: “My wife says: I got that Spark is back in my Eyes….. Thank you for this healing journey. Thank you. I feel so much lighter.”

A number of important cosmological communications have occurred over the last quarter century and will continue to occur over the next seven years and into the second quarter of the 21st century. This involves messages coded to reach the public conscious either originating or vibrating with a number of strategic stargates.
These stargates are aligned with each other in such a way to support the manifestation of a new heaven on Earth.
At the end of this period there will be a genetic manifestation or birthing of new female energy known by its 13-strand DNA; an event and physiological occurrence that has been compromised and suppressed for the last 3600 years, but which can no longer be contained.
For years science has recognized that we have two active physical strands of DNA.
We also have a further ten energetic DNA strands which have been dormant within the Human Being for many centuries. These dormant strands of DNA have been discovered by scientists, who not knowing the function of these strands, have identified them as ‘junk’ DNA (labelled as such as science still do not understand their functions).
Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is a nucleic acid that contains all the genetic instructions used in the development and functioning of all known living things.
The main role of DNA is the long-term storage of information. DNA is often compared to a set of blueprints since it contains the instructions needed to construct other components of cells.
The DNA segments that carry genetic information are called genes, but other DNA sequences have structural purposes or are involved in regulating the use of genetic information.
Our DNA is therefore our personal blueprint and as such contains all our mental, physical, emotional and Spiritual information.
The original Human Beinghad 12 Strands of DNA actively working and maintaining the full function of the Human as a Spiritual Being. With our over preoccupation with left brained thinking and the closing down of our heart centers, these ‘extra’ DNA strands have been lost.
The consequences of this loss are that we live in a spiritually deficient society and our intuitive and healing abilities have been hugely reduced. It has also resulted in us only accessing and using a very small part of our brains.
J.J. Hurtak in Book of Knowledge: Keys of Enoch, wrote,
“Arcturus is the midpoint between the Earth and other higher levels of consciousness. It is the governing body for our universe which determines the spiritual progress of humanity.
Arcturus is the first docking station that allows us to travel beyond our consciousness. Humans whose coded DNA has been activated by the keys will be taken up through Arcturus before moving on to other levels of creation.” According to the Arcturians, there are 12 frequencies that correspond to our evolving 12-strand DNA.
And then there’s a 13th that corresponds to the most powerful and purest vibration of universal love and compassion. Our body’s seventh chakra (crown chakra) connects us to the previous six chakras in our body and to the Earth. Then an eighth chakra, about 12 inches above the crown, allows us to connect to a higher plane of consciousness.
A ninth chakra, approximately two feet from the body, connects with the sacred gridwork of the Earth. A tenth chakra aligns with the solar system, an eleventh with the galactic center, and a twelfth with our physical universal.
A 13th chakra aligns with the super-galactic center that is a gateway for the most ascended of masters and for the purest energies of the heart associated with the divine Mother and universal love. The Great Hindu Mother Ammachi is currently manifesting this energy in the physical and is a forbearer of the new energy to follow.
When you activate the 8th chakra, you gain the ability to explore higher consciousness. When you activate the ninth chakra you can make contact with higher beings or guides who are still working in other frequencies on the Earth plane such as the ancient Mayas, Incans, Egyptians, and Tibetans.
When you activate the tenth chakra you can make contact with entities beyond the planet but in this solar system – those who have shared some human characteristics but are also part alien. When you activate the eleventh chakra you can make contact with Sirians, Pleiadians, and the Arcturians.
When activating the twelfth chakra, you can contact the Arcturians as well and also the higher level beings such as those who are tasked with the ascension of humans and the evolution of our galaxy. These ascended masters include the White Brotherhood. The 13th chakra activates the super-galactic center, home of numerous galaxies and universes where the Galactic Federation works from and where the female energies associated with universal love and fellowship manifest. The Arcturians are helping us to activate and align our 12-strand DNA (corresponding to the 12 chakras) with the energies of their midway command station in the Universe, so that we can prepare ourselves for the new 13-chakra female energy that the new Earth will soon be birthing and eventually become junior members of the Galactic Federation.
But before we can even reach the 13th, we must connect, activate all 12.
The energy of our Earth is moving through major vibrational shifts and into higher levels of consciousness.
As the Earth raises Her vibration, we as Human Beings are being given many opportunities to raise our vibration. This shift is being referred to as the Ascension and there are many people around the world who are experiencing confusion and chaos in their worlds.
Yet in this seeming chaos and confusion lie great opportunities for us to grow, expand and evolve.
One of the most exciting aspects of our evolutionary process is the retooling of our DNA. Cosmic light encoded rays from thecreator have been coming into our Earth stimulating change and reordering our Human bodies.
As the light encoded filaments are absorbed into our being our scattered DNA is being activated and reformed into new helixes or strands of DNA and being reordered into bundles.
As this rebundling and reordering progresses we create a more evolved nervous system that facilitates new information and data to move into our consciousness. Many of our dormant brain cells are being awoken and we are being able to access our full body potential.
As our bodies fill with more light so our memories are opened and we evolve as our DNA evolves into conscious Multidimensional Beings.
Our 12 strands of DNA activate and connect to our 12 Chakra points, energy doorways through which we access our Spiritual heritage. The 12 strands of DNA serve as links through the 12 chakras to the energy web outside of our bodies. The 12 chakras act as energetic doorways into our body connecting us to the vital forces of existence.
It is through opening and activating these portals of energy that we can begin to truly know ourselves.
As all 12 strands of DNA are now forming, whatever issues we have not dealt with and peacefully cleared in our personal history, will create chaos. Feelings and memories are emerging offering us an opportunity to experience the fabric of our being and revealing who we are through the events and beliefs that are intricately woven into us.
Our task is to awaken, activate and unite all 12 creating the spinning of the 12.
This spinning of the 12 strands of DNA and 12 chakra points will draw to us energies that will intermingle and move throughout our beings activating and awakening the many different aspects of ourselves. This will trigger new versions, understandings and meanings to all the events in our lives and our world.
Our 12 chakras are collections of energy where events can emerge. They hold memory and identity and each corresponds to a strand of DNA. These 12 energy centers must be accessed from within where we can feel the data corresponding with and translating our experiences within the context of our minds.
By opening our hearts and minds all the answers to the great mysteries will be found within.
We are required to step out of our current belief systems and to create new belief systems as the mind is structured to evolve and form our experiences based on what we command. Our mind is not our master; we are the masters of our own minds.
The mind is but a tool to be used to create reality and nothing more.
By consciously working with the waves of energy and light moving into our Earth, we are able to realize and understand that the transformation of this planet is based upon the healing and power of our minds.
Activating the full 12 DNA strands will create a connection between our human genetic coding and give us access to all knowledge and wisdom. This is the awareness and understanding of who we truly are.
In activating all 12 strands of DNA we create an alignment within ourselves allowing us to gently shift into much higher vibrational levels and frequency of light, helping our ascension process by further awakening our human consciousness.
My friend Angela and I have received downloads back in 2015/16, symbols that took us about another year to figure out what they were and yet still not fully understanding them then. Each symbol we have associated a frequency to. Each symbol we have associated what it’s purpose is. We also associated chakras to them and still we were at a loss. It was, until recently, not being able to see the forrest for the trees. Since the Lockdown, every day I have been and still do recite my mantra on the drive to work. It’s my form of meditation, my preparation for the day. In part I meditate on the DNA and restoration of them, all 144 DNA patterns until all 12 DNA Strands are fully functional. Gaia is moving faster through her ascension process. Tuning up her frequency and vibrating stronger. Spinning faster and faster. Have you noticed how time is flying since lockdown? Yes, it’s not just You, who noticed this. For those of us who are grounded, walking the Earth barefoot, working the soil with our hands, sitting in the grass leaning against a tree, hugging a tree, walking through the woods, walking on the beach, swimming in the sea……feel her vibration and attune to her frequency. In order for us to ascend with her, we need to activate all 144 DNA patterns, 12 DNA Strands. The Strands are connected to each 12 Chakras 7 of them are in our physical body. One below us, the Earth Chakra, 4 above us. The 5th or the 13th is pure Bliss: Universal Love and Compassion.
What is my meditation?
“I activate the Heart Beacon and Merkabah, instilling the Golden-Silver onto Rosegold Rays of the Cosmic Universe deep into my auric space, etheral field and bio-energetic body. Instilling Christ Light Vibrational, and God Life Frequency Codes deep into the DNA and RNA, protecting the origanal human mitrochondrial nuclei by re-awakening, re-constituting, re-pairing, re-wiring, re-activing all 144 DNA Patterns until all 12 DNA Strands are fully functional. Enabling us to be the Human we have once been and always should have been … to self-heal, to heal others, to see and recognise our own kind and so much more. We are Multi-Dimensional Beings. We are Quantum. Always have been and Always Shall. As this must be .. so it is. This is the Law.
Thank you, and I hope you have enjoyed this read. Warm wishes and bright blessings. Much love to you.

Hi everyone. It’s been a while since my last post, but Life has been busy.
I want to share an experience I had today, during an Energy Healing Session. This gentleman, retired, came for a Reiki session. He had never had one before. As with all my clients, who come for the first Reiki, I explain what it is about and what it is I do, and what they may or may not experience.
Also, with all my clients, no matter what they come for, I do a Chakra Assessment. This gives me information about the body and what state it is in, followed by the Byosen.
He is a retired horticulturist and still does a lot of beautiful work in his garden. And so, knowing this, I was somewhat surprised that his Earth Chakra had stopped. Total disconnect. His Root and Sacral Chakras were perfect, and his Solar Plexus and Heart and Throat Chakras were stopped, his 3. Eye and Crown Chakras were turning, but in the wrong directions and his Soul Star Chakra was also motionless.
We had a little discussion about him being disconnected and surely he must be feeling imbalanced?
He admitted feeling imbalanced and thought this was linked to his tinnitus. He had once attended a colleague for an Acupuncture Session for his tinnitus and later a Physiotherapist for trapped sciatica and shoulder and neck tightness, but he continued to feel unbalanced. He denied any issues with his neck and despite gardening work being heavy at times, he denied any physical strain presently.
I preceded to Byosen and quickly was getting mixed energy vibes and spikes right across the abdominal area, upper and mid area and to his right flank. So I asked him if he had any chronic infection/illness with his liver. But something inside told me, here are two different emotions in one body. I was confused. The liver felt hard, energetically that is, while the rest of the body, despite Energy Centres being out of synch, felt soft, sad, but soft and a little tired. His liver made no sense to me. One thing I never done today, shame on me, was give him a questionnaire to complete prior to session. In hindsight probably the best thing I’ve ever done.
While hundreds of possibilities were still running through my head, putting on my “nurse’s think cap” … he looks at me and quietly says: “Oh, I must have forgotten to mention that I am an Organ Transplant Recipient. I got a new liver six years ago.”
I stood there somewhat stunned.
Don’t get me wrong, I see many patients coming into the surgery who have had an organ transplant, but when I am working in the function as a nurse, I am not in the habit of “feeling their auras”. I very seldom mix my professions. Well, seldom in my “day job” as a nurse.
So the liver of a stranger … it is hard with anger. Raging anger. So angry it stopped the Solar Plexus. What did he know about the “owner”? Male, female? Male. Ok. Age? “No. I wasn’t given any more information, just that he had died in a car accident.” I guess that leave a multitude of possibilities open to ponder on. So we created a scenario to help him understand what I was feeling.
Let us say, the “owner” of this liver was a 30-35 year old man, who recently experienced so emotionally tripping, that he raced out in anger … got into his car … raced off … blind to his surroundings … boom. Accident happens and he dies. Life was ripped from his body so sudden. He died with all that agro, anger, fire in his belly. He was so angry; his blood was boiling.
Every Chakra is a Recordkeeper. Every Chakra is connected to organs. Each organ to connected to neighbouring organ, exchanging information via the Meridians and back to the Chakra, also via Meridian and this Chakra to it’s neighbouring Chakra and into the two main Meridian Vessels: Conceptional and Governing.
When any living creature is about to die, either because of illness or old age, the body and Soul is preparing for this day. But in a dramatic event such as an accident, the Soul is ripped out of the vessel we know as the body.
Chakras as Recordkeepers. Each organ has its own Chakra – a minor chakra. Now this organ is being transplanted into another vessel, another body, another strange body, with strange Chakras, strange energies … What just happened? The hospital will now, if you are an organ recipient, place you on life long anti-organ-rejection medications. These affect your immune system. You become an “easy target” for all things virus and bacteria based.
In the human body we have two major organs and one major gland responsible for our healthy immune system. The organs are Liver and Spleen, the gland is the Thymus. The liver is our filter, cleansing our blood, the spleen also, like our bone marrow, produces blood cells but also fighter soldiers – the white cells. Thymus Gland the T-Cells. (I did write an article here about the Thymus Gland, go and have a look Thymus and the significance of T-cells.
The Thymus is home in the Heart Chakra. The Thymus, when healthy, is roughly the size of your hand, leathery, and would remind you of the lotus flower. If sick, or under a lot of pressure because of illness or medications or profound grief, it shrivels up to a hard walnut in size and shape. How do we know this? Well, many many many moons ago, Medical Physicians were also Pathologists. They were studying what make the human be alive and what caused death, and what changes in death. While in Ayurveda and TCM it was long understood, in the younger medicine, the Western School Medicine however, was baffled why this was so. Why had some dead a “walnut” and other a soft leathery lotus in center of their chest? I am sure you will have heard of the saying: Somebody having died of a broken heart. These people, for example, have a “walnut” next to their heart.
Today’s gentleman’s Heart Chakra was motionless. It stands to reason that his Thymus was shut down, shrivelled up, but not because of grief, and not because of illness, but because of his anti-organ-rejection prescription. It is so strong, it overwhelms the Thymus, hence one becomes Immunocompromised.
As I was explaining this to him, I could see his mind going into overdrive. He then asks me: “if the Thymus Gland is healthy, how do I feel, apart from healthy. Are there any tell-tale signs that my body is healthy or happy”? Good question.
I explained that when the Thymus opens up or opens further or simply is “happy” to be at its optimum, we experience it as a ‘flutter’. Because we have a different upbringing and teaching about our body compared to those with Native Nations, Ayurvedic and TCM knowledge, who are more in tune with themselves and Nature, we are not taught this and so, mentioning this to a doctor, you end up with ECG and possibly an ECHO, only to be told, all is normal. Medical Disclaimer: A flutter can also be caused from the heart and usually is accompanied by other symptoms. It is always best to have that ECG done and +/- followed-up by an ECHO.
As he was listening he had an “AHA” moment. He told me he had had this flutter once and he was sent in to hospital, had that ECG and ECHO and all was very satisfactory. He has had it again in the past, but never mentioned to doctor again. This was prior to organ transplant.
His Throat Chakra was blocked because of the either a herniated disc in his neck or tense neck and shoulder muscles that have trapped a nerve, maybe the vagus nerve or some minor blood vessels or other unknown reasons.
With all this knew found knowledge, he agreed for me to focus the Energy Healing on his liver.
While we know the organ donor was male and was in an accident, we don’t know what caused the anger and rage and how long he was carrying this rage within, prior to the fatal moment.
This liver was energetically very active. It felt me as a threat and kept “shooting energy darts” at my hand. At this point I decided to give it some 528Hz frequency with my tuning fork. After a few minutes Mr Liver started to back down. I sent him my focused intensions expressing Gratitude for being here today and allowing this gentleman to have a second chance in life, to live. I asked Mr Liver for Forgiveness. To forgive the person who triggered the anger emotion in the previous “host” and to forgive his former “host” for having been so angry and hold that rage. I asked My Liver to let go of these emotions. As they no longer serve a purpose. He was in a new “host” and this new “host” is so thankful for a second chance to live, all he wants, is that they both continue to live in harmony.
I then started my Reiki Session.
I asked this gentleman what colour he was giving his, this liver now – yellow, and which colour would he like it to be? Blue. I gave instructions to breathe Blue into his liver and exhale Yellow out and to continue to do this until the outbreath matches in the inbreath. This was all I was asking him to do, while I work on the rest.
Walking around him, placing hands, conducting Universal Energy to him, I finally arrived at Mr Liver. This time he was more welcoming to me and allowed me to help him, quite successfully. I continued to work my usual, checked the gentleman’s chakras again, Earth Chakra was slow to get started, but it did, Solar Plexus and Heart Chakras were doing great. Throat Chakra needed a little more persuading, but it too, started up and this, this gentleman felt, he reports.
All was good again.
What was the connection to the Earth Chakra? Memories. Mr Liver’s perceived memories. Burial. Underground. Mr Liver associated “Grounding” with going under the ground. This too, I shown Mr Liver, that this is not the meaning, today.
To conclude this, I learnt some new things today. I am grateful for this experience of how a donated organ resonates in the recipient’s body. At the start of today’s session, there was Mixed Emotions. At the end of this session, there was only one: Gratitude.

It is fascinating to learn that scientists are now regarding the emerging discovery of T-Cells as equally important to antibodies in the fight against Covid-19.
SCIENCE
Your thymus is a small gland in the lymphatic system that makes, and trains special white blood cells called T-cells. The T-cells help your immune system fight disease and infection. Your thymus gland produces most of your T-cells before birth. The rest are made in childhood, and you’ll have all the T-cells you need for life by the time you hit puberty.
What is the thymus?
The thymus is a small gland that’s part of your lymphatic system. Your lymphatic system is made up of a network of tissues, vessels, and organs such as your tonsils, spleen, and appendix. Your lymphatic system is a part of your immune system. It helps defend against infection and disease.
What does the thymus do?
The primary function of the thymus gland is to train special white blood cells called T-lymphocytes or T-cells. White blood cells (lymphocytes) travel from your bone marrow to your thymus. The lymphocytes mature and become specialized T-cells in your thymus.
After the T-cells have matured, they enter your bloodstream. They travel to your lymph nodes (groups of cells) and other organs in your lymphatic system, where they help your immune system fight disease and infection.
Your thymus gland is also part of your endocrine system. Your endocrine system makes and releases hormones that control the functions of your body. Your thymus produces and releases several hormones including:
Thymopoietin: fuels the production of T-cells and tells the pituitary gland to release hormones.
Thymosin and thymulin: help make specialized types of T-cells.
Thymic humoral factor: keeps your immune system working properly.
During what age is the thymus gland most active?
The thymus gland is most active during childhood. Your thymus actually starts making T-cells before you’re born. It keeps producing T-cells and you have all the T-cells you need by the time you reach puberty. After puberty, your thymus gland slowly starts to decrease in size and is replaced by fat.
ANATOMY
Where is the thymus located?
The location of your thymus gland is in your upper chest behind your breastbone (sternum). It sits between your lungs in a part of your chest called the mediastinum. Your thymus is just in front of and above your heart.
What does the thymus gland look like?
The thymus gland is pinkish grey. It is made up of two irregularly shaped parts (lobes). The lobes have lots of small bumps called lobules on the surface.
How big is the thymus gland?
The thymus gland is quite big in babies and children. It reaches its biggest weight of about 1 ounce during puberty. After puberty, it begins to shrink, and in older adults, it’s rather small.
CONDITIONS AND DISORDERS
There are disorders that can affect the thymus gland, but this is not the place to be listing them.
Many conditions and disorders can affect your thymus gland. The issues range from genetic disorders present at birth to diseases most commonly seen in adults.
Does this sacred gland hold the secret to overcoming Covid-19?
T-cells: the missing link in coronavirus immunity?
Scientists who have spent months focused on the role of antibodies in fighting Covid-19 are beginning to suspect that a lesser known part of the immune system is equally crucial: T-cells. Evidence is emerging that T-cells, which can “remember” past infections and kill pathogens if they reappear, have a big influence on how long patients remain resistant to reinfection by Covid-19. The cells, whose size and complexity dwarf tiny antibodies, also appear to affect how well vaccines work and even the level of immunity in the community required to suppress new waves of disease. “Antibodies do look slightly precarious and transient in the blood, while there is a lot of evidence that T-cells are long lasting,” said Mala Maini, professor of viral immunology at University College London. People who recovered from Sars, the disease most closely related to Covid-19, in 2003 still show cellular immunity to that coronavirus 17 years later. T-cells, which circulate in the blood, might protect people who have been infected and recovered from the new coronavirus but have no detectable antibodies shortly thereafter.
Immunity to any infection arises from a complicated interplay of different cells and proteins such as antibodies, which are produced in various human tissues. Some are designed to recognise invading germs. Others have the job of destroying them. T-cells come in several different types, including killer T-cells, helper T-cells and memory T-cells. Then there are B-cells — another essential category of white blood cell. Among other roles B-cells are the immune system’s antibody factories. Al Edwards, associate professor at Reading University’s School of Pharmacy, offers an analogy. “T-cells are tasting the virus whereas the antibodies are feeling the virus,” he said. “T-cells can promote antibody responses and antibody responses can promote a T-cell response. These two systems work together.” “Even if you’re left with no detectable circulating antibodies, that doesn’t necessarily mean you have no protective immunity, because you are likely to have memory immune cells (B and T cells) that can rapidly kick into action to start up a new immune response if you re-encounter the virus,” added Prof Maini of UCL. “So you might well get a milder infection.”
Holistic Healthcare – TCM
T-Cells are produced in a small gland called the thymus, which sits just above the breastbone, on top of the heart. From the Western medical perspective, the thymus gland is linked to our lymphatic and immune systems, helping us to fight infection. It is especially active during childhood and then starts to deteriorate after adolescence. The thymus gland is also an important centre in the body’s meridian system, mapped out in ancient Chinese medicine, and the chakra energy centres in the subtle body.
The location of the thymus is also significant. It is positioned within the heart meridian, as well as the lesser-known higher heart chakra, representing the transpersonal aspect of the heart, unconditional divine love and compassion. It is therefore unsurprising that the thymus can hold a lifetime’s worth of unprocessed emotions such as anxiety, sadness, and grief, stuck in layers of the physical and energetic body and affecting our vibrational frequency.
Our ancestors knew the innate intelligence and wisdom of the sacred thymus! The ancient Chinese, Indian yogic, Egyptian, and Mayan traditions all recognised that to open our thymus is to open and infuse our lives with forgiveness, love, and compassion. For this reason, many of them performed special healing techniques and ceremonies to activate the thymus.
Thymus self-care is particularly important and potent at a time when the fear response is on high alert, and we encourage you to cleanse this energetic centre to optimise its function and stimulate the production of T-Cells.
The thymus is very sensitive to both positive and negative sounds, and sound therapy can help to restore balance to your chakra.
There are also a few simple practices that you can try at home to stimulate the flow of energy, move through blockages, and bring about harmony and equilibrium:
If you have a singing bowl at home you can try lying down, placing the bowl directly on to your body and simply allowing the acoustic vibrations to move through your sternum.
Practice Qigong
Try tapping on your energy meridians, particularly those directly under your collar bones (tip: these spots will probably feel sore if you press into them).
Thymus patting/tapping: Using your fingertips or side of your fist, tap up and down and counter-clockwise, about 2-3 inches along your sternum, between and above your breasts. The thymus is located behind the third rib, but any vibrations along the length of the upper sternum will stimulate it. Do this for 15-20 seconds and continue to take regular slow breaths. Do 1-3 times a day or up to 4 during times of acute illness. It can be all you need to ward off a cold or illness as the thymus is stimulated to release all those infections fighting white blood cells.
Thymus and Heart Chakra
The Heart Chakra has been referred as the seat of the soul. The Heart Chakra represents unconditional Divine Love. Unconditional love is free of ego; therefore a healthy higher heart facilitates spiritual growth and deep inner transformation.
Opening our thymus chakra enhances our willingness to forgive and to show compassion. Unlocking it corresponds to flinging open a window for your soul to work through in the material world. Often, people who get in touch with their ascended heart will desire to hand its gifts on to others because, as receptacles of divine love, they also feel it flowing from them like water from a spring.
In our everyday lives we can connect to our heart, through sound through music, it reminds us of past love, events, memories, and moments that have captured our soul.
So, for a thriving thymus chakra, listen to music, sing like nobody is hearing, dance like nobody is watching or play a musical instrument.
In my Energy Healing treatments I hold space for healing, I use the divine universal energy to restore depleted energy in my clients and restore vitality to each Chakra. It’s possible to dissolve blockages and become aligned once again with your true self.
Sources suggest that human life began on this planet 5.5 – 10.5 million years ago, though the first “humans” did not have physical bodies.
There is a suggestion that the Sphinx may date back about 5 million years.
Some of the sources include:
The first root race was Polarian, followed by Hyperboean – both these races where non-corporeal.
The third root race were the Lemurians, and had physical bodies like us.
These early races created bodies because they wanted to experience life in physical form, and some of these bodies may not have been human – the mythical centaurs (half man, half horse) may have been result of some of their experiments.
This is how Dr Joshua David Stone describes the seven root races (A Complete Ascension Manual, page 5):

Dr. Stone says that the first race appeared about 18.5 million years ago.
We are the Aryan race, and the Meruvian race is just starting to appear in North America and Australasia. The Paradisian race and the continent of Tara are yet to appear on the planet.
Dr. Doreal describes how the first beings inhabited the polar regions (Polarian and Hyperboean), which where warm and tropical at that time. Also, around 500,000 years ago, the earth was covered in a thick water mist and the beings had gill like extensions in the throat for breathing.
A serpent-like civilization inhabited the South polar region and was constantly at war with the other beings (the serpent sign is also used to indicate Sirians – see later).
There is other evidence of ancient inhabitation by intelligent life:
grooved metal spheres in rock which is 2.8 billion years old. Hundreds of these artificial objects have been found in South African mines.
shoe prints in Cambrian rocks, alongside fossils of marine arthropods. One imprint was of a sandal worn on the right foot, alongside fossils dating back 590 million years.
polished square cubes and a block of silver in a coal deposit dating 280 – 320 million years old.
carved bell-shaped metallic vessel basted out of rock 600 million years old.
a gold thread embedded in stone 320 – 360 million years old
These finds are quietly ignored by science because there is absolutely no explanation for them according to the current theory of human evolution.

Shamballa
I am using the term Shamballa to refer to civilizations in the Gobi desert region. There was certainly a great civilization there in the past, and indications are that it predated Lemuria and Atlantis. The term Shamballa has been used.
Dr. Doreal has an image which was unearthed from a temple in the Gobi desert, and he dates it back about 50,000 years.
It shows short stocky men, with long thin arms and legs, grass skirts, strange shells, and an image of something he calls the Kraken. The hair and facial features of the men are unlike any race known on the planet today.
The booklet explains that the man on the right is covering his pineal gland, showing the separation of men from the governing incorporeal beings – which is in keeping with the Rosicrucian explanations.
Gobi, Sahara, and the Australian deserts have all been populated in the past, and these regions where not deserts a few thousand years ago.

Lemuria (Mu)
MAP OF INDIA IN 30,000 B.C.Modified after a map in “Ancient World”, North Mahalingam. International Society for Investigation of Ancient Civilization. 101 Mount Road, Guindy, Madras, India 50032
Mu is another name for Lemuria.
The Lemurians were apparently a short, stocky, dark-skinned Matriachal race. There is good evidence for the land of Lemuria – much better than evidence for Atlantis.
It is placed in the Pacific Ocean, covering from India, across Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Islands to Hawaii in the north and Easter Island in the east. There are coral reefs in deep water off the coast of some of the Pacific Islands, suggesting that at one time the land was higher (or that the sea level was much lower).
Govindam’s “Babaja and the 18 Siddha Kriya Yoga Tradition” shows a map of India in 30,000 BC, joining India to Australia (it also shows Mt Meru as one of the mountain peaks – other sources put Mt Meru at the north pole, or as another name for the Great Pyramid in Egypt!).

Atlantis
Atlantis is one of the best known mythical continents, referred to by Plato and other legends.
Many people have theorized where it may have been – from the middle of the Atlantic, to Antarctica, Indonesia, Greenland, and a volcanic island near Greece which erupted a few thousand years before Plato’s time.
Some sources suggest that there is evidence of structures on the sea floor off the east coast of northern USA, but no hard evidence has been produced.
It may well be that there were Homo Sapiens Sapiens civilizations living in a number of different continents (archaeological evidence certainly supports this), and the people of this era could generically be called “Atlantians”.

(From A Dweller on Two Planets, Phylos the Thibetan)
Most sources agree that Atlantis existed in parallel with Lemuria but was colonized later.
It had developed technology somewhat in advance of the present day, and it was through misuse of the technology in some way which attributed to the fall of Atlantis and the entire continent descending into the sea.
Some sources say that the sea level rose as the ice age came to a close, others attribute it to a meteorite strike, a volcanic eruption, misuse of their technology – maybe it was a combination of factors.
Around 11,600 BC Atlantis disappear to the ocean floor somewhere. This coincides with the end of the ice age (known fact) and is supposed to be the mythical flood in the bible.
Other Perspectives
In his book “The Masters and The Path”, CW Leadbeater (of the Theosophical Society) describes (page 30) the residence of Kuthumi, Master Morya and Djwhal Khul in a ravine in Tibet.
Nearby, he describes the entrance to an occult museum which these masters protect on behalf of the Great White Brotherhood.
The museum houses images of every type of man which has existed on the planet,
“…from gigantic loose-jointed Lemurians to pigmy remains of even earlier and less human races.”
Also original manuscripts written by Lord Buddha, and the Book of Dzyan, and scripts from other worlds.
Inner Earth Societies
At the time of the flood, the intelligent beings on the planet either (a) went underground, or (b) build boats (collectively called “Noah” – not one person, but many individuals).
As the waters receded, many of the underground people emerged, but some stayed underground.
Those underground are said to still have large civilizations there – they are said to be quiet, peace-loving people, with technology, who live long lives. The Ascended Masters are said to belong to these races.
The humans who emerged from underground (Hopi legends tell how they came out of the ground) began the following races:
– Hopi (American Indians)
– Aborigines (Australia)
– Druids (England)
– Ainu (Japan)
– Snake people (of 5,000 – 6,000 BC, now extinct. Note that the snake/serpent is a sign of Sirian energy)
– Dravidians (India)
The skin colours of the races were originally:
– red – Atlantis, North America
– black – Sudan, West Africa
– brown – Andes, Lemuria
– yellow – Gobi desert
– white – Iran, Europe
Ice Ages on Earth
The great ages of the earth are labelled by archaeologists as follows:
– Pre-Cambrian – 3.9 billion to 540 million years ago
– Paleozoic – 540 million – 245 million years ago
– Mesozoic – 245 million – 66.4 million years ago
– Cenozoic – 66.4 million years ago to present
The Cenozoic era is divided into epochs:
a) Tertiary, composed of:
– Palaeocene – 66.4 – 57.8 million years ago
– Eocene – 57.8 – 36.6 millions years ago
– Oligocene – 33.6 – 23.7 million years ago
– Miocene – 23.7 – 5.3 million years ago
– Pliocene – 5.3 – 1.6 million years ago
b) Quaternary, composed of:
– Pleistocene – 1.6 million years ago to 10,000 years ago
– Holocene – 10,000 years ago until present
These time periods are arbitrarily assigned by humans, designed to coincide with major changes which took place on the planet.
The last ice age was during the Pleistocene period, and technically we are still in it, or just coming out of it. Currently about 11% of the land area of the world is covered by ice/glaciers, holding about three-quarters of all the fresh water of the planet.
If it were all to melt the sea level would rise 90 meters.
During the height of the ice age of the Pleistocene period, up to 30% of the land area was covered with ice, and the sea level was 35 meters lower about 13,000 years ago when a sudden warming occurred, and the ice abruptly receded.
Somewhere 10,000 – 12,000 years ago there certainly was a great flood of a lot of land area. Human evolution seems to have occurred during this ice age period when the majority of the world was cooler than in previous times (this could be a concern if global warming is a reality).
There was a small ice age during 1500 – 1850 – this is known as the “Little Ice Age”.

Now that the chakras have become New Age parlance, there are many interpretations of their meaning and function being branded about. While this popularity is making the chakras a household word, it is also spreading a lot of confusing, confliction, and often erroneous information. It is important to realize the chakras come from an ancient tradition, which many New Age teachers have barely explored. Here is a brief summary of the development of the chakras historically.
The Vedas are the oldest written tradition in India, (1,500 – 500 B.C.) recorded from oral tradition by upper caste Brahmins, who may have been descended from the Aryan stock which entered India from the north. The original meaning of the word chakra as “wheel” refers to the chariot wheels of the rulers, called cakravartins. (The correct spelling is cakra, though pronounced with a ch as in church.) The word was also a metaphor for the sun, which “traverses the world like the triumphant chariot of a cakravartinand denotes the eternal wheel of time called the kalacakra which represents celestial order and balance.
The birth of a cakravartin was said to herald a New Age, and they were described as preceded by a golden disk of light, much like the halo of Christ, only this spinning disk was seen in front of them (perhaps their powerful third chakras). It is also said that the god Vishnu descended to Earth, having in his four arms a cakra, a lotus flower, a club, and a conch shell. (This may have referred to a cakra as a discus-like weapon.)
There is some mention of the chakras as psychic centers of consciousness in the Yoga Upanishads (circa 600B.C.) and later in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (circa 200 B.C.). Most interpretations of Patanjali read a dualism between purusha (pure consciousness) and prakriti (the prima materia of the world), implying that the goal of yoga was to rise above nature for the realization of pure consciousness, free of the fluctuations of the mind and emotions. Yet the word yoga means union or yoke, so this realization of consciousness must ultimately reintegrate with nature for a higher synthesis.
The Chakra System and Kundalini yoga arose within the Tantric tradition, during the second half of the first millennium, common era. The word Tantra means tool (tra) for stretching (tan) and can be thought of as a loom in which the fabric of nature is woven from the union of opposites. In the West, Tantra is thought of primarily as a sexual tradition, yet sacred sexuality is only a small part of a broad weaving of philosophy which includes many practices of yoga, worship of deities, especially the Hindu goddesses, and integration of the many polaric forces in the universe.
The main text about Chakras that has come to us in the West, is a translation by the Englishman, Arthur Avalon, in his book The Serpent Power published in 1919. These texts: the Sat-Cakra-Nirupana, written by an Indian pundit in 1577, and the Padaka-Pancaka, written in the 10th century, contain descriptions of the centers and related practices. There is also another 10th century text, called the Gorakshashatakam, which gives instructions for meditating on the Chakras. These texts form the basis of our understanding of Chakra theory and Kundalini yoga today.
In these traditions, there are seven basic chakras, and they all exist within the subtle body, overlaying the physical body. Through modern physiology we can see that these seven Chakras correspond exactly to the seven main nerve ganglia which emanate from the spinal column. There are minor Chakras mentioned in the ancient texts, the Soma Chakra, located just above the third eye, and the Anandakanda lotus, which contains the Celestial Wishing Tree (Kalpataru) of the Heart Chakra, and other texts mention minor sub-levels to the major Chakras.
THE TREE OF LIFE
Leaves and branches
Inside the human body are millions and millions of tiny whirling vital life forces concentrated into centres called Chakras. Chakra means wheel in Sanskrit because these energies spin at these points rotating clockwise at a certain frequency. The Chakra is a subtle energy centre that normally cannot be perceived. The activity resembles a galaxy of planets, each spinning on its axis at points along the spinal cord. Each Chakra is designed to supervise and maintain the perfect operation of the bodily systems under its control. This purification is done by spinning in pure or positive vibrations and spinning out impure or negative ones.
An understanding of what each Chakra attracts and what can disturb it is important for our wellbeing. Each thought and action influence the sensitiveness and performance of these centres. Immediately after Self-Realization these Chakras are activated and initially begin the slow process of clearing the gross negativity accumulated by years of neglect or self-destructive activities like drugs, drinking, violence, anger, hatred, fanaticism, sexual deviation and so on. The benefits are almost immediate; small anxieties decrease and some joy and objectivity begins to manifest, and the blocked Chakras begin to rotate properly again.
The human being has seven major Chakras and these correspond to the autonomic nerve plexuses. Thus:
The Mooladhara Chakra corresponds to the pelvic plexus. The Swadhisthan Chakra corresponds to the aortic plexus. The Nabhi Chakra corresponds to the coeliac plexus. The Anahath Chakra corresponds to the cardiac plexus. The Vishuddhi Chakra corresponds to the cervical plexus. The Agnya Chakra corresponds to the optic chiasma. The Sahasrara Chakra expresses at the limbic area.
Furthermore, the petals of each Chakra correspond to the sub plexuses of the autonomic system. For example the classically described six petals of the Swadhisthan Chakra corresponds to the spermatic, left colic, sigmoid, superior haemorrhoidal, inferior mesenteric and hypogastric sub plexuses of the aortic plexus. The Chakra directs the particular type of energy controlling the autonomic nerve plexus and also adjacent endocrine and other organs.
By a series of subtle connections called ‘Nadis‘ in Yogic terminology each Chakra is connected to and brings its influence to bear on the whole body. For example the Nabhi Chakra controls the entire lymphatic system. In classical texts there are said to be three hundred and fifty millions of these Nadis. Very importantly, each Chakra is connected to a part of the hand as indicated in the subtle system diagram. Once the state of Yoga is achieved, the hands become sensitive to the state of the Chakras, and with practice this is easily interpreted.
The Chakras also influence and reflect our mental and emotional life. For example, the Swadhisthan Chakra controls a person’s creativity and those who work hard — artists and other creative people — it may become weak. The right Anahath Chakra (there are three parts of the Anahath Chakra: right, center and left) reflects the relationship of fatherhood, either with the person’s own father or his own children. Sufferers from anorexia nervosa, for example, invariably have a problem with this centre. There are more complex scenarios for serious problems where two or more Chakras are inter-related and affected, but we need not worry for eventually the Kundalini is able to set the entire subtle system working at optimum levels.
Thus the state of the Chakras at a subtle level reflects and influences a person’s physical, mental and emotional welfare. This is a dynamic relationship and so action at a subtle level on the Chakra can improve and (very importantly) integrate all these aspects. This is why, in a nutshell, people who achieve and consolidate their Yoga invariably find that their physical, emotional and other problems improve.
According to Hinduism Today the chakras system (portals of perception) is “not a topic you will ever learn in school, nor is it likely to be part of a soul-searching confabulation around the office coffee machine. Yet the chakras are of profound importance to those seriously exploring the nature of consciousness — their own spiritual quest, a friend’s uncommon perceptions or the expanding mind of an entire human race. To make up for the deficit, and to make this highly esoteric subject approachable for those not having the time to learn Sanskrit or trek to a lofty Himalayan cave, the Hinduism Today staff has assembled in the next four pages the simplified essentials of these mysterious centers within you.
The modern Hindu renaissance figure Swami Vivekananda was also a great yogi. One day at 1,000 Island Park, USA, outside a summer cottage, buttoned up in a quaint trench coat, he shared some of India’s deepest mysticism with a small group of Western ladies: “The sun and moon currents [the pingala and ida] bring energy to all parts of the body. While meditating at the Baranagore Math, I saw the nerves, ida and pingala. The surplus energy is stored at certain points, plexuses, along the spinal column commonly known as nerve centers. A third, the sushumna, is a very fine, very brilliant thread, a living passage through the spinal cord, through which we have to make the kundalini rise. The yogi is able not only to feel them but actually see them.”
Chakras, or “plexuses of consciousness,” form the major nerve ganglia of an extraordinary circuitry of nadis, energy channels that link together our animal body with our subtler bodies and their higher functions such as intelligence and love. It is because of these chakras and nadis that our five koshas,” sheaths”— function so smoothly and integrally as a one organism and awareness can move through all bodies, transiting from physical to emotional, to intuition to spiritual, instantaneously. In computer language, these chakras could be considered cosmic network hubs and the nadis as multi-gigabyte-per-second optical fibre wiring. Except, this wiring extends inside and outside the computer.
Our five “sheaths,” koshas -physical, vital/pranic, emotional/mental, intuitive/ cognitive and superconscious-are not disjointed, but beautifully and inextricably interlocked like layers of an onion. Each one is encased by the next subtler as they function together in daily consciousness. For example, when we feel the embarrassing hot flush of anger or riveting cool current of the intellect, we are aware in the astral body, not the physical body. When a wave of boundless love surges from within, we are accessing the intuitive and soul sheaths.
Hindu, Chinese Taoist and Tibetan Buddhist scriptures refer to an electrical human infrastructure of 72,000 sukshma prana nadis or “subtle channels of vital force.” The Shiva Samhita lists fourteen major currents. Of these, three are the super information highways-ida, pingala and sushumna — running interwoven around and within, respectively, the spinal cord. Where the nadis most intensely converge, yogis have pinpointed the chakras — 88,000 according to the most extensive yogic explorations.
The most important are the seven above the base of the spine-muladhara, svadishthana, manipura, anahata, vishuddha, ajna and sahasrara-and seven below that come into power in the Kali Yuga-atala, vitala, sutala, talatala, rasatala, mahatala and patala. As giant electrical transformers govern and regulate the flow and dispersion of power through a community, so do these whirlpools of light receive, filter, focus and funnel the vital life force, prana, that flows through us from the Source of Life.
Though of gross form, the body maintains a connection to each of the chakras through nerve ganglia along the spinal cord and in the cranium. But unlike these physical nerves, which are measured in millimeters, the subtle nerve and the chakras are measured by vibration, similar to AM, FM, and short-wave radio frequencies. Although regionalized to various parts of each sheath, or body, the chakras are more accurately regions of mind power-vast fields of collective, related, and interrelated thought realms, like vast cities, or energy fields, or like portals of consciousness… .
Knowledge of the chakras so exhaustively recorded by India’s yogis, permeates Hindu culture, its dance tradition and its sacred architecture. The Hindu temple is segmented to mirror the human body’s seven chakra design. Beyond India, this knowledge was inspirational to the flowering of tantric Tibetan Buddhism. In Tibet, Mani Padma “jewelled lotus,” is the name of the Manipura chakra enshrined in the mantra Om Mani Padme Hum. Buddha called his first sermon Dhammachakkappavattana Sutta. Chakka is the Pali word for chakra. “Turning the Wheel of Truth” can also be interpreted as spinning the higher chakras.
Chakra/nadi knowledge has surfaced in every society that nurtured a mystical tradition. “The chakra unmistakably appears in the religious art of the three Americas,” notes metaphysical scholar Manley P. Hall. The Mayan God Quetzalcoatl is often portrayed with a plumage around his head to represent the emanating rays of the sahasrara. In Polynesia, the Hawaiians constructed seven temples on the island of Kauai representing each of the chakras along a trail called Ku-a-moo,” spine of the dragon,” (sushumna nadi) from the ocean to a central volcanic peak. Mystical Sikh, Sufi and Christian sects each possess chakra-nadi teachings. The Chinese acupuncture system is completely based on this knowledge. By releasing obstructions in the flow of chi, or vital prana, that runs through the nadis, illness conditions are treated and averted.
Literature on chakras, our inner bodies and their make-up continues to proliferate in a Hindu context and in other cultural and ideological frameworks. The self-healing movement has logged onto chakra knowledge, and more and more mainstream allopathic medical practitioners are finding themselves referring to “that other nervous system.” As cognizance of the chakras grows, not only will people better comprehend their own mental/emotional orientation and be inspired by higher portals of perception, but also finally fathom how someone could kill another, or how a soul could forgive and still love a murderer.
Before exploring the intricacies of the chakras in our colour poster of the month, we offer this engaging observation by the German linguist and Indologist Max Muller [1823-1900]: “But if it seems strange to you that the old Indian philosophers should have known more about the soul than Greeks or medieval or modern philosophers, let us remember that however much the telescopes for observing the stars of heaven have been improved, the observatories of the soul have remained much the same. These days the focus is often on the more down-to-earth benefits of Yoga, including improved physical fitness, stress control, mental clarity, greater self-understanding and general well-being. Not many yoga practitioners are aware that there is a substantial difference between Yoga (Union with the Divine) and the many schools that teach watered down versions, especially in the West.

Since I was 12-15 years old, I have had a fascination with them, particularly as a child I could see them. I actually thought, everybody could see them …. like others can see Auras. I am still studying them. Always finding more ancient mind blowing information sometimes. Whenever I have clients for Energy Healing or Massage Therapies, I always access their Chakras. This helps me “diagnose” what is “wrong” with this person on my couch.
